After 2017 max ICO profits, ICO has since then been a high target for scammers but alas ICO will still survive on the long run ,bitorrent and fetch.ai has proven that, many investors are now getting smart and extremely more careful ,its really a good thing ,before we know it the scam rate will get lower and scammers won't make a dime from ICO anymore. I think action speaks more than words,no one wants to lose money to scam projects anymore so they are forced to learn how to spot good projects to invest in. Warning doesn't work but investors losing money does makes them learn.
For me ICO still has the opportunity to survive if ICO plays beautifully and honestly. Many ICOs do not survive in the market because of their main intention to cheat and get profits by taking the rights of others. ICO will last a long time on the market if the development team is responsible for the project created. Other than that, if we know about ICO which is deceptive then we can immediately inform the media widely. This is necessary and must be done quickly so that there are no more victims. ICO fraud will only destroy the market. We must be careful in choosing projects to be used as investment land. We must be selective in choosing projects that are truly potential. |

Am I just lucky or was it because I'm more careful when picking airdrops? Many are complaining about airdrops been shitcoins or worthless but my own story is plain different,even when I blindly joined airdrop in 2018 im still able to make few good money out of airdrops
1)i make 100$ plus from MTC airdrop, I was given 400tokens and I sold on bitcnia, MTC coin is a Korean project and I was shocked how it manages to keep price at 0.30plus even in bear market
2)another one is originalmy ,a Brazil based project and I did make 70$ worth of tokens and I'm able to sell off too
3)was Apollo currency airdrop, I earned 23,000 pieces and able to sell at 0.0023 which was 53$
And many more, I don't know why people are complaining about airdrops, they arent that bad as stated
Airdrop as well as the bounty campaign, there are potential coins from airdrop and have good prices but there are also those that only become shit coins. In my opinion, you are lucky because you can benefit from the airdrop that you follow. You are truly intelligent and selective in choosing airdrop that is responsible and potential. I have never bought a coin beyond the top 100 coins. In my opinion coins that do not include the top 100 coins are coins that are difficult to compete and survive in the market. I'd better find a safe way by not buying coins outside of the top 100 coins. I feel I have a greater risk if I buy coins outside of potential coins. I better have a few coins but the coins include potential coins that can give me an advantage. I am a person who is happy with the movement so I prefer to buy the top 100 potential coins because I can play these coins actively in trading.

ICO is not a guarantee that the project will be successful, because most ICO projects are still limited to concepts and do not have clear references,

Indeed hardcap achievement is not a guarantee that a coin will succeed. But at least the coins that have reached the hard cap have a good future because the project has not been blocked by funding. The cost is not a problem so the development team only works hard to run the project as well as possible. Therefore, in order for this implementation to succeed, the ICO must be truly responsible for planning. This plan should be truly real and workable. I also never sold my coins when in losses. I better keep the coins in my wallet for a long time, until the price is fully recovered.
