Borrowing is not all bad, but it should be avoided and kept to a minimum because borrowing can sometimes lead to worse crises. As for borrowing money to invest in bitcoin, I don't think it's a wise idea even if you have a perfect plan because you're also not sure things will turn out the way you want them to. Landed properties are the best investment in a longer duration of time but they don't give the best profit in short duration investment. If you had $100k and invested it into Bitcoin and another individual invested it into Land, the individual that invested in Bitcoin will gain more profits in the short term and he can withdraw that profits and invest in real estate in the future and still be as wealthy as you are. Landed properties are for securing of wealth but use Bitcoin to gain more profis. I don't believe in focusing on one investment because the wealthy individuals don't only have one source of wealth so if we want to be like them then we should have multiple sources of income. Investing in bitcoin is undeniably more profitable than investing in land, but when it comes to risk, bitcoin is much riskier. If investing in bitcoin was easy to earn profits without risk, all investors would not have ignored bitcoin so easily. According to some statistics, real estate is still the top choices of investors, while bitcoin only accounts for a tiny market share. I think they will have a reason to do it.
