I have about 20 BCH and same in BSV that I would like to trade. Looking for BTC, ETH or Monero. What is the best way to do this on Bitcointalk or even elsewhere? Not big on centralised exchanges. Some kind of defi route or dex or whatever. What do you think?

Another coin gets bulltrend while there's no something happen with XYo Yes, I am aware. This whole project is circling the toilet-bowl. Has been doing so for some time. I did buy some, but quickly saw the w.o.t.w. However, it was not an insignificant loss and I am still a little salty about it. But such is life I suppose. The worst part of the whole experience was when they put that Scott Schlepper(spelling?) retard in charge of pr. He was as charming and as eloquent as a newbie Nigerian scammer. I mean, the guy couldn't get a point across to save his own head from falling into a basket. |

That doesn't make any sense, A> you don't understand leverage, I am not going to explain the chain, I should have dumbed down the post.
They are going to get the payment back right away, because that loan will be used to provide collateral for another loan in addition to my funds. So say it's 500 dollars in bitcoin I want through a normal lender, I put up 250, 125 I get from a lender here; the lender gives me 500, of that 125 I return it the original lender.
It's really pretty simple and I've done it before. The idea is to establish a relationship so in these commercial lenders it builds up my credit and then the lender here will in the future give me larger loans, and this is all to ultimately leverage trading on exchange.
If you can't understand what I alluded to in the original post and is common sense.
Edit; I was annoyed in my post because I came here as a new member seeking help and the response was rude but I apologize for any offense.
And what happens exactly when your trade goes sideways? Get another micro loan under a different account maybe? |

So the daily volume at this time is sitting at 4.8 M USD. That is almost 25% of the entire market cap. Are we supposed to believe that a quarter of all the tokens have changed hands in the last 24 hours?

If you don't want to be in stocks, bonds or mutual funds, then keep it simple and stick to what you know. I for one know a fair bit about numismatic coins. I know a guy, all he does is spend his money on vintage electric guitars and he has done quite well.
Some people like real estate. The point is, stay in your comfort zone, talk to people and only invest when you can get in cheap. You can't really go wrong.

Legally, if you filled out a KYC for these exchanges, couldn't your wife get what you have on the exchanges at least, through legal means?
Yes, if you left it on the exchanges. But then you are left with the problem of trusting the exchanges to hold your funds -> not the ideal. |

man, what can I say? Wow. I'm not sure if you understood what I was trying to say, but I know that I don't understand what you're saying. I don't know what you mean by "safe location" or what it is that "they" are removing from said location. I am confused.
To clarify, if I may, I don't think anybody will "find" the deposit box. This is not a scenario that I am guarding against. What I have here is a mechanism in place that protects against other (perhaps illegitimate) claims on the estate.
Maybe I'm not understanding correctly. So let's try, and get things straight. You said that you have a location in geography that only your wife would know of, and that you've buried your nanos seed. I did initially misunderstand that I thought you were burying both the deposit box with the wallet, and the seed. You then said if a "unfriendly" which I'll refer to as a stranger happened upon your deposit box they couldn't get in. Alright, so we've cleared things up without being rude right? Okay, so there's a fundamental problem with storing anything in a spot, and burying it. If it's in the public, and not private land then it could be found by a stranger whether that's through construction work or someone happens to dig up in that "spot". The spot is the safe location that I was referring too. There's been several stories spread through the newspapers, and probably online that people have had their secret stashes discovered by members of the public. Mostly by accident. Okay so what I'm trying to say here that you shouldn't assume that just digging a hole, and burying your stash would mean it's safe. Even if it's a very slim chance of someone stumbling upon it you should take other precautions. Your wife might not know much about cryptocurrency, but I would 100% recommend that you encrypt that seed even if you do bury it. It shouldn't be stored in plain text anywhere. You could teach her how to decrypt it right now. I know you said your not concerned about your location being found, but you absolutely should be. It's your seed, and with that anyone can get into your funds with or without the wallet. You should always practice the best security possible, and guard against as many possibilities as possible. I'm only saying this, because you offered advice on a thread about exactly this, and I'm offering some advice on how this could be improved if you wanted too. Thank you for the clarification. I am 99.9% certain that the seed will not be found, however, I do see your point about secrets being turned up by unsuspecting normies. As an added measure, I will take your advice about encrypting the seed, and then maybe leaving the key with my wife (outside the deposit box.) Thanks for the reply and feedback. |

So it seems XYO's strategy to continue the token sale, not only completely failed, but also backfired horribly. The token price went into the shitter from where the bottom feeders are buying at a discount. Nobody is really buying from the gamma sale, and investors are trying to cut their losses by dumping on iDEX. Nice work.
To Scott: Stop making videos. You don't inspire confidence in this venture. You should be filtered right out.
It was listed on idex while the ganma sale is on going? That's terrible idex is very bad for having it. It happens and i think not all of them has to do panic sell in idex. Wait for the official announcement about this like one said to jump in into conclusions. OK guys, not jumping to conclusions here, I'm talking about historical facts. The token sale failed. Very few are buying from gamma. The price on idex is still lower than gamma. Even if this changes, which it may, it does not change the fact that XY betrayed their investors by diluting the tokens with an additional 5bn. A more reasonable strategy might have been to list the token, work hard to develop the technology, and sell some of the reserve to finance ongoing development. Instead they shot themselves in the dick. |

I have actually given this topic a fair bit of thought in the past. I was like you in that I had assets strewn about on various exchanges. I'll try not to give you advice, but instead tell you how I dealt with the problem.
There is a spot (in geography) that I can refer to in such a way that only my wife would know it's meaning. Also there is a deposit box, whose contents go to her in the will.
Finally, I have a Ledger hardware wallet that I used to collect all the coins and tokens from the various exchanges. I used the chrome extensions to gather the coins, and MEW with Nano for all the tokens. From there, I buried my nano's seed (along with instructions on how to retrieve funds) at the "spot", and then wrote my wife a letter informing of the existence of that seed at the "spot."
The advantage of this strategy is that if an unfriendly gets into the deposit box, then they cannot take the crypto, as they don't know the location of the seed.
I hope this helps somebody out there. There are too many instances of people dying without bequeathing their coins to their kin. Good luck with your perpetuation plan.
You might be right than if a stranger finds the deposit box before your wife they won't be able to access the funds, but that doesn't stop them from removing it from the safe location, and trying to get into it back at their property. So, this method isn't that foolproof as you likely wouldn't care if the package was missing, but you could verify that the coins hadn't removed, because the likelihood of the finding the deposit box would be unlikely at best. So there's no real advantage if someone else finds it other than your wife, because the deposit box would likely still be taken, and beyond the reach of your wife just like it would be if they had got access, and taken the coins. man, what can I say? You are very inded a newbie you should post this in speculation but qst you must not conclude it as an scam you should investagate or do more. Why base on your post you kind a got scammed and anskung questions that yiu should atlest try but I am not being harsh here yes you are a newbie and asking everything as all it is a yes for me try to talk to someone you got to invest or gave money ask for a refund if no money returned you go post it at speculations and say it is a 100% scam if you wait musch more longer or no replies.
