NXAD is a revolutionary blockchain-based platform for the sharing of content and online advertising. NXAD is based on the NEO blockchain.
And this is our 1st Bounty Flight for you!

As this might be your first Bounty campaign of which several activities will be done using our own technical MVP (minimum viable product), you will get familiar with the concept of NXAD and its potential the very best way by simply participating.

We also recommend watching our great videos (teaser and tutorial) linked within the header above. They will give you a first idea on what NXAD is about.

Note: READ our Bounty FAQs! You can find them at the end of this article. There are always questions and often they were asked already by someone else.
And also: YES, there may be a bug. Even though, we are trying hard to avoid them, this is something normal in the course of developing a new platform! This is why we will even reward you for finding them – not for bad mouthing in our channels!

To prove our concept the best way and to show the long-term approach of NXAD, we decided to structure our Bounty program into four Flights.
Thereby we want to make sure to grow and maintain an engaging and high quality community instead of one with a high number of paid but inactive “members” in our channels.
Hence our Bounty program and each single activity will closely follow our state in the process of development.
We aimed at making our bounty as functional and simple as possible. As NXAD just is.
Your serious support is always highly appreciated and will be well rewarded.

*If rewards allocated for an earlier Flight will not be used up, we reserve the right to add the remaining amount of tokens to a later Bounty Flight.

We reserve the right to make any kind of adjustments, replacement, cancellations, increases, etc. in regard to the above allocation in any way and at any point in time.

By signing up for our Bounty you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed with:

This Bounty Flight will last until the 2nd Flight starts or the allocated tokens are used up.

If you have any questions regarding our Bounty program, please address them ONLY to our Bounty Telegram group.
Do not post any questions about the Bounty in our NXAD.io Telegram group or you may be disqualified.
Every Bounty participant must sign up a “light-account” (not qualified for investment but simply for using our technical MVP) on https://nxad.io/mvp/register
Registering multiple accounts is not allowed. We will catch you trying!
All Bounty earnings will be collected and displayed in each participant’s account balance. Updating of figures might take a while.
Rewards earned for tasks reported via a google form will be visible in your account within 14 days after the end of this Flight at the latest.
Payouts and Bounty distribution (=exchange of “dummy tokens” into real NXA tokens) will be made within 45 days after the public token sale has ended successfully.
Each participant must pass our KYC validation to qualify for payout. KYC process should only be started after the ICO (ITO) has ended or on explicit request to do so.
You must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) to participate in the Bounty program.
Please note that this program is not intended nor does it allow any participation of US- and UK-nationals and/or US/UK-residents according to regulations dictated by the SEC and FSA. The same applies to all citizens or residents whose countries’ financial authority or government in charge prohibits any kind of participation in a crypto-related Bounty program, or where the sole purchase, investment in, and/or holding of any type of cryptocurrencies is forbidden.
We have zero tolerance for spam, bots, cheating, abuse or hyping/speculating. We are building an actual platform and product which is functional – investing a lot of time and resources. No moon rocket prototypes.
We reserve the right:
- to disqualify any Bounty participant from payouts acting against these rules.
- to stop the campaigns or change the dates at any given time.
- to fix the maximum amount of tokens per stake at the end of the Bounty program to protect the project, investors, participants and token price.
Bounty rewards allocated in stakes will be finally calculated based on the amount of stakes earned by each participant during each Bounty Flight. For a better understanding of how this is working, please read the following article.
When this Bounty Flight or the last of four Flights ends, you will have 10 days for any questions/complaints.

Note: we will not reward participants for solely joining, liking or following our main social pages or Telegram within this flight – we ask for proper and serious interaction!
BUT we highly recommend to at least stop by those of our channels from time to time, as we will announce further Bounty tasks there for at least once a week.

Program token supply for 1st Flight: NXA 1.736.800
Note: the first three steps of this Bounty are the only mandatory tasks to sign up as a Bounty participant.

With this Bounty, on the one hand, we want to show you how simple using a blockchain-based project actually can be. And, on the other hand, we intend to create first quality content = so called “X-ADs” together with you acting as an “Advertiser” on NXAD. Of course, this is a Bounty, so it is not only for free, but you will earn your first 50 NXA for creating your first accepted “X-AD”.

Please follow the instructions below:
PHASE I (only mandatory)

Register an account on https://nxad.io/mvp/register – use an email address you have proper access to its inbox!
Confirm your account via the confirmation email you will receive (the receipt of the email may take a couple of minutes – please also check your spam).
After confirming your account log yourself into your account on NXAD.io for the first time.

Until here, the steps above are mandatory for every Bounty participant in order to be able to taking part in each of all following Bounty programs.

PHASE II (optional)

Your account balance in the upper right corner of your “My Account” section should display an amount of 100 NXA which was added there by us automatically once you registered. Half of it is for you in case you proceed with the following steps – in which you will act as an “Advertiser”.
Now click the “EARN NXA” button in your account’s section to get to our technical NXAD MVP.
Within the MVP, please click “+Create new X-AD” in the header menu (be sure of having selected the role “advertiser” in the dropdown in the upper left corner of the view).
For the creation of your first X-AD you will need any link or URL you want to have more traffic/visitors on. This can literally be just any kind of link you can think of (e.g. link to your webpage, link to your favourite product or brand, link to a friends webpage/blog/song, video, etc.). Now, add or paste your preferred link into the form’s 1st section “Which Link do you want to advertise?”.
Note: As long as you stick to the program rules which you can find below you are totally free regarding your choice for a link to create your first X-AD for. Please always keep in mind that your X-AD and thereby your chosen content - once approved - will go public within the publicly available NXAD Cosmos !
Just add all further required details in the form’s sections in a way you think suits your chosen content the best.
In section 3 “Budget Settings for this X-AD” you need to add the exact amount of 50 NXA as an “overall budget” to your X-AD.
Last but not least you have to click the “create and publish” button. Your X-AD will then be processed in our approval mechanisms.
Upon approval by our team your first created X-AD will be added to the NXAD Cosmos, where all X-ADs are collected. (This might take some time, but there is nothing else to do for you!)
After your X-AD was approved, the remaining 50 NXA shown in your account’s balance are your first earned Bounty NXA – congratulations!

Terms & Rules:

Only one account per participant is allowed. Multiple accounts will cause immediate ban.
Make sure the chosen source link for creating your X-AD corresponds to our terms of use (no illegal, porn, radical, baiting, harassing, etc. content!) If our team will not approve your X-AD for such reason you will be disqualified.
Try to enter the specifications of your X-AD as fitting as possible with it’s source content.

In the 2nd Bounty Program you will already figure out what the NXAD Cosmos is all about – which literally is the heart of NXAD.

Program token supply for 1st Flight: NXA 10.816.000

By taking part in this Bounty program you will act as a “Sharer” on NXAD. This is not only really simple, but there is another great thing: you can act as a Sharer simply with the account you have registered at our first program. As on NXAD anybody can take either role – an “Advertiser” and a “Sharer” – with only one account.
As a Sharer you can earn NXA tokens simply by sharing content with your community and friends. Content on NXAD is always called a “X-AD”. All X-ADs from all users on NXAD are collected in the so called “NXAD Cosmos”. We have just added a couple of X-ADs to the NXAD Cosmos for you to share and earn.

How to participate:

Make sure you are logged in with your account on NXAD.io.
Click the following link which will lead you directly to an overview of X-ADs in the NXAD Cosmos which we created for our own contents: X-ADs from NXAD.
In the red boxes on the right of each X-AD you can check whether there currently are rewards (budget) left to earn and what your potential earnings per generated click will be.
Discover each X-AD by clicking on “MORE INFO” within the red boxes on the right side to decide which content your community and friends will probably like the most.
For each X-AD (content) your communities might like just click on the button “CREATE PERSONAL SHARING LINK”. Now, just read and follow the instructions and share your personal sharing link wherever you can share/post/tweet/send links to reach your communities ;-).
Each click on your personal sharing link will earn you the associated rewards allocated – be sure to also check for which geolocations for the click’s origin the advertiser is paying for.
Like and follow us on social media, to not miss any of our future and additional X-ADs. We as NXAD will create and publish a lot more X-ADs from time to time announcing them through our social media.

Small hint: What did actually happen with the X-ADs e.g. all the Bounty participants have created in the course of our first Flight? How about you browse the NXAD Cosmos and check yourself?

Program token supply for 1st Flight: NXA 2.080.000

Identically to the Bounty program no. 2 you will again, act as a “Sharer” on NXAD with participating in this program. Since we already have a working MVP and as it is not our mission to only promote our own project, we intend to cooperate with up to five different companies during this 1st Bounty Flight.

To each one of these partners we will offer a reward budget of up to NXA 416.000 for a certain amount of X-ADs being created for their contents! And you will be able to earn those rewards for sharing their contents.

How to participate:

At every time we sign up with a new partner this will be announced on our social channels! So follow us or stop by once in a while to not miss out amazing content to share – and earn!
From there on, the process of participating works identically with the process from Bounty program no. 2 --> You can create Personal Sharing Links and share them with your community and friends.

Well, we think there is no need for long explanations! But, there is certain content which we would like to provide our community with in further languages. As part of this 1st of our four Bounty Flights we will ask for translations of the following contents:

Moderation and update of Bounty thread (until 2nd Flight): 1 stake per valid post

Note: please keep in mind that translations of our White Paper, Pitch Deck, etc. may be part of another Bounty Flight!

Following translations are required: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Vietnamese, Hindi, Arabic, Indonesian, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Czech, Turkish, Spanish, French, Croatian and Italian.

To participate:

Make sure you have registered an account on NXAD.io (see program no. 1)
Fill out and apply via that form: 1st Flight Translations
Wait until one of our team members has reached out to you and officially approved you as a translator/moderator! Do not start before you officially got confirmed!

Terms & Rules:

Translations need to be proper in language (incl. grammar, vocabulary, orthography!).
Translations must be original and done by a human --> no Google translate or any auto-translation is accepted. If we will find that the text is translated with the help of automated translation tools, the applicant will be blacklisted and no payments will be made.
If there will be a lot of mistakes in a translation the translator will be blacklisted and no payments will be made.
After the approval by one of our team members to start your translation you are obligated to provide your work within 3 days.

Moderation rules:

We do not need any “single post dead thread”. If you fail to keep the thread active and up to date, your moderation reward can be reduced to 50% of the actual payment or you could simply be disqualified.
Moderators are expected to remain engaged in discussion about NXAD on a thread specific to their language.
Make no guesses on questions you do not know the specific and correct answer to. Our team will help you to serve right.

Program token supply for 1st Flight: NXA 520.000

During this Bounty program you will once again act as a “Sharer” on NXAD. With your participation in this program we intend to reward you not for supporting us, but to support the whole blockchain sphere by spreading general blockchain news and to help bringing mass adoption of this awesome technology to the world – there are still too many people not knowing about what’s going on (out there ;-))! Or asking things like: “Is this some Bitcoin thing?”

Therefore we will provide several “Blockchain News X-ADs” at least twice a week for you to share and earn NXA tokens. Thereby you will support the whole blockchain sphere and all its serious participants. Everytime we create and publish those X-ADs we will announce it on our social media channels.

Some topics for such X-ADs could be any kind of new legal regulations, information of how to prevent potential scam and fraud, blockchain-related success stories, new use-cases for blockchain, interviews with blockchain evangelists/leaders, etc..

Every time we publish a “NXAD News Booster” X-AD, it will be announced on our social channels! So follow us or stop by once in a while in order to not miss out important content to share – and earn!

Program token supply for 1st Flight: NXA 694.720 (allocated in stakes)

Since NXAD itself and our technical MVP both are brand new and thereby are at a very, very early stage, we are certainly aware of the fact that there
is a lot of room for improvement (do not forget to check our visual prototypes in the my account section for this) and probably even some bugs.
Of course, well before a feature gets publicly released, we always test everything not only once. But sometimes we are not able to already (re-)produce possible issues.
Hence, not only are we convinced that this can hardly be avoided when it comes to launching new projects, we do even reward you for helping us to find and solve those potential issues.

We classified potential bugs into three levels for your pot. earnings:
High = 10 stakes
Medium = 5 stakes
Low = 1 stake

High level = any bug which could cause potential safety issues with a users account or any kind of manipulation linked to NXA tokens, token distribution or token utility.
Medium level = any kind of bug causing a 500 error or improper link in the platform, but which does not have a major impact.
Low level = any “bug” like visual imperfections or major typos with the platform’s framework.

You will need a Google-Account only for filling out this form

Remember, we reward you for finding a bug to fix it for everyone, not for bad mouthing.
In case the same bug will be reported more than once, we will only reward
- the participant who filled out the form at first
- or, if this first report made was not filed properly, the participant thereafter
We will only get into contact with you after we fixed a bug reported first by you so you can check again
If we cannot reproduce a bug reported or if a bug was not reported properly we will NOT get into contact with you and no rewards will be paid

Q: What's the NXAD Bounty allocation?
A: 4% of the total NXA token supply. For the 1st flight NXA 16.697.200 were allocated, which is approx. 16% of the total Bounty.

Q: When will this 1st Bounty Flight end?
A: Either when all tokens allocated for this flight will be used up or when the 2nd Flight starts.

Q: How does the Bounty distribution work?
A: In case a Bounty program will be handled via NXAD’s technical MVP, the earnings will be displayed right away in each participant’s account balance on NXAD.io. In case a Bounty program is allocated in stakes and reports are to be done via google forms, we will transfer the amounts earned to each participant’s account on NXAD.io within 14 days after each Flight.

Q: Can I use my earned NXA displayed in my account’s balance for the creation of new X-ADs with the MVP?
A: Yes, you can. But please keep in mind that the amount of NXA you will use as a budget for the X-AD will be offered to “sharers” and/or other Bounty participants to earn. So your chosen content might get some traffic but the amount allocated of your earned NXA will be gone.

Q: What is a “stake”? How many tokens is 1 stake worth?
A: 1 stake does not equal 1 NXA token. Since we do not know how many people will participate in our Bounty campaign, for some programs we work with stakes instead of NXA tokens to reward you for your efforts. Those stakes will eventually be “translated” into NXA tokens.
Please read this article for a better understanding.

Q: When will I receive my real NXA tokens?
A: The Bounty tokens will be distributed within 45 days after the ICO has ended.

Q: How do I get my real NXA tokens?
A: Within 45 days after the ICO has ended we will implement a section to each registered user’s account on NXAD.io via which they can trigger withdrawals. Only then (and nonpublic) you will need to add the neo address of your NEP-5 token compatible wallet (we recommend NEON wallet) to do the withdrawal of NXA tokens.

Q: What is a NEON wallet?
A: NEON is a wallet for the NEO blockchain and compatible for most NEP-5 tokens. To receive your NXA tokens, your wallet must support NEP-5 token standard. At this moment please use only NEON.

Q: Do I need to complete all the bounty programs?
A: No, you do not. Complete only the programs you can and do not try to cheat, because we will disqualify you. Just remember, the more stakes you have and the more tasks you solve the more tokens you will receive at the end.

Q: How many Bounty programs will you have? When will you add new tasks?
A: During this 1st Flight we will keep adding more and more single tasks to some of the running programs as time goes by. Whenever we post a new program, we will announce this on our social media channels. With our next Flight there will also come a couple of totally new programs and activities for you to participate in. The table at the beginning of this article will give you a first idea.

Q: I accidentally typed wrong details into a google.form. What can I do?
A: No worries! Just fill out the form once again and leave us a comment in the forms comment field.

Q: I accidentally misspelled my email address when registering an account on NXAD.io. What can I do?
A: We will delete your account and you will have to re-register.

Q: I have a question which is not contained above. What can I do?
A: Please ask your question in the NXAD Bounty Support group on Telegram and we will be happy to help!
