Most of existing altcoins will disappear in 2 years, because projects will be not launched or the demand for them was overestimated. But still new coins are created, so the total amount of values will grow. Only the best coins with reasonable economy can keep their price.

Community should rate it in my opinion. I hope that it's natural, that now we can observe a lot of scam projects, and the evolution of the market will go into direction to built some mechanisms or regulations for community which will separate good projects from scammers.

Are any countries excluded from participating ICO?

As in normal investments if you join pre-ico, it is more risky because of initial stage of project but you can earn more in the future because usually you get a bigger discount during pre-ico. ICO is saver but an investment opportunity is smaller.

I believe that we have two ways.
1. To leave the regulation of the abundance of our species "nature". It's disease, hunger, war.
2. Develop at least an elementary program of population regulation through laws, rules, ethics.
Like the one-child rule in China? I get your point but it somehow feels ethically immoral.. If we all changed to a vegetarian diet we could feed a lot more people. That's a fact  Why not to change on eating each other?  To be serious, the problem with overpopulation touches some regions and the rest of world is not overpopulated. Look at some countries in Europe, they solve their problem with old society by inviting immigrants. |

Quite an unusual concept of the project. The implementation looks pretty simple, but I think that to attract people to the platform will need advertising.
Advertising is necessary for any project. These are the realities of modern business. But the concept of the project, it seems to me, will attract people who find out about this project. You can spent millions on advertising, but the quintessence is to announce project to small group of people and engage them into new users acquisition. |

The team looks good , is it actually the nobel prize winner who is part of team.? If so then its a great project to watch,
of course one must insist on checking the details as often things can be too good to be true...
It is the obligation, it all sound such good that too good... but maybe. Who is the rest of the team? Any blockchain developers? |

For example
I got a Klarity token and I got no gas so I will leave it there for a year or two.

As long as you have the private key on that wallet you can still access your altcoins. Regarding the price, It will depends on the altcoins on how strong they are in the market as they can grow huge, have same price or die within 2 years. It is possible to keep them in your wallet for a long time, but if you don't do that awarely to sell them in the future for bigger price or to use them in product it's quite senseless. It's possible to make this process more friendly, but the biggest difficulty is to show your private data and there is nothing to do about it. KYC will always mean disclosing your data. |

This is a good sign for a long lasting peace in Korean Peninsula. I hope it will continue to the goal they want. And maybe the unification of two Korea's just like in Germany.
It will be more difficult in my opinion. The mental and economic difference between Koreas is bigger than it was between Germans. |
