Other / Off-topic / Re: Intermittent Fasting for weight loss

Intermittent fasting is also best when people also eat low carb foods. Doing IF for 16:8 and eat low carb food during your feasting will help somehow to speed up the weight loss. Just eat meat, eggs and seafood and eat until you're full.
But for beginners, it's advise to just eat first low carb food and don't do IF first. This will allow our body to adjust in the changes thus will turn our body to the ketosis. Always listen to your body.
My plan was to keep my normal diet and to start adjusting to the 16:8 schedule so me and my body can get used to the schedule. After that i plan to start lowering my carb intake. Would that be a workable plan or do you advise something else?

Journalling helps me to review the trades i have done. When writing it all down i sometimes already see what i could improve or should have done differently. In the end i hope to have mote detailed information about what setup actually earns me the most money.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Journalling

Hi all,
The most boring thing to do in trading is keeping a journal. But it will give you lots of insights about your strikerate, expectancy and how to improve your trading.
Do you journal? And if not why not? If you do, what did you learn from it and did it help yiu in your trading?
I just started, never did actually. I try to keep track of different setups, entry, stoploss and exit, RR, max drawdown and what happened after the trade (or why my setup did not work out).

I especially looked for a bounty campaign manager that had an external for reporting. The one i have joined now doesnt have the need for reporting, they track it through their website.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get profit from bitmex trade
|

A piece of advice:
If you don't know what a stop loss is, Bitmex is definitely NOT the right place to be. The confusion can be enormous when you add margin trading, take profit targets, and other sophisticated nuances on top of the normal trading routine.
Much better would be to start trading on a platform that doesn't offer leverage trading but does have stop losses.
Or at the very least, stick with the Bitmex Demo platform for a while until you have learned all the ins and outs of this platform.
I agree! Don't even think of starting your trading career at BitMEX. You can check more beginner-friendly trading platforms such as Bitstamp, Coinbase or eToro. Don't use leverage trading in the beginning. You can read more about how to start cryptocurrency trading and how to avoid a mistake in cryptocurrency trading. I dont know bitstamp because i do not have an account there. But i see they charge a fee of 0.25% per order. If you can stay away from sliding the leverage bar and obky use 1x limit orders, than bitmex can be a lot cheaper to trade on because of the taker fees. Bitmex has a lot less choice in coins to trade, which for a beginner i think is good because it prevents from overtrading on a large choice in different altcoins. Whats your view on that?

Is it like this one? I tried talking to “IT” because I’m curious on what he/she/it is going to say and at least I know that there are people trying to scam you using that method. When he/she/it said that I have to give an email address, it’s suspicious. Hopefully, a lot of people will share their experiences. Thanks for sharing this one. what will they do here with this scam? They will let you open an account and send you fake bitcoin and they hope you will send them real bitcoin from your own wallet?

I really have to take arrangements for in case this happens. Legally my wifecand kids will inherit the value of the funds in the accounts and wallets. But without all the different codes and 2fa protection etcetera they will not be able to access the accounts. Best way to go forward is to visit a notary i guess.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Stellar based Bitbond Token (BB1) is Germany's first security token STO

This is not the official stellar twitter that you are linking to. Actually its a clever way to promote the ref link in the stellar lookalike twitter.
This token acts like a normal bond. I dont see or i canot find calculations of the variable part of the token earnings you can receive. How much would that have been if you would calculate these based on the past?
How do they guarantee the buy back of the token at face value after 10 years?
Overall, 1% per quarter is an ok return, but id think there are saver ways to get these kind of returns like in normal bonds.

I have an app called Roamler which you can use to get assignments to make pictures in shops to check if the presentation of certain items and offers are correct. Can between 1 and 10 euros per assignment, which sometimes are very easy to complete.

I disagree with you. There are some way to be quick rich, but not all people can be rich.
Are you sure about your current statement? Can you explain it briefly? I can't see there is any shortcut or quick rich method. Yes there is few HIYP investments plan but it's high risky. I am not encourage to invest any quick rich money making method. Never mind I will earn small but don't want to lose. tjats the problem with getting rich quick. For 1% a risky method works out and they get rick quick. The other 99% ends up with empty hands.
