If anybody here is interested I've been looking into undervolting R9 270's (non-x).
I was able to get my Gigabyte cards down to 1.000 volts! They hash almost as good and run about 5-10 C cooler.
Before the mod they were running at 350 kh/s per card and 1.206 volts and after they are at 340 kh/s per card and 1.000 volts.
I have to hook up my Kill-A-Watt over the weekend to see what they are pulling now.
If anybody wants I could link you all of the posts and resources so you can do it or I could just send you a modified bios. The gigabyte's and msi's are especially a pain because you need to edit the Hex values in the bios by hand.
I've got a Sapphire 280x and undervolted it to 1.05V. Can I go any lower? |

Yeah, obviously market doesn't want/need this coin without marketing, LOL. But who fuckn cares, it's a 100% AMATEUR coin and hell I like it whatever the dev says. btw, dev, change the wallet icon if you decided to go Chinese-dragon-coin. Regarding the amateur coin. It's sad that only 1/100 or less can actually check the code and see the innovations that we bring  I agree that the coin needs better marketing. I'll try to improve it  Yes man, this is all about marketing. Only 0.001% of people can look into the code and compare it with other coins. Sad but true |

LOL dude, are you serious?  ? Maybe you want a hype asap to dump all coins and make a good profit? Or you're interested in developing a project? I will be great if you could offer some help besides meaningless posts on the thread (promotion\development\whatever). Few people offered help, looks like the majority wants to da moon fast, dump coins and abandom ship... There is a "tiny" update on the wallet as you said. Do other coins have a working exchange prices in the wallet? Silkcoin exchange prices do not work and I doubt they will work (because they released non working feature). We plan to add more info to wallet. This is a very impotant step because we plan to open cd-key and virtual currency shop, and the prices will be based on realtime exchange information. Alternative logo is ready, now we're working on wallet theme switch options (so users will be able to choose themes and won't need to download different wallets). Second wallpaper art is ready too, will be released soon. BDC web site is almost ready. Liam offered his help and made a nice site, we'll release it soon after some testing. You obviously don't like to be criticized, why so butthurt? A little update, that's all we need. Thanks for that! I don't need a pump and dump as I don't see myself selling/buying BDC or other forks right now. The only thing I was talking about is that I didn't see updates from you. What happened with http://blackdragon.leetpools.net ? I have 2000 uncofirmed coins, 0 confirmed and no automatical payouts since yesterday. Uncofirmed coins are still growing... This is strange, I have both confirmed and unconfirmed (but that's usual for BDC algo) coins, payouts are also working fine on that pool. |

We've got a working faucet and a smart giveaway.
Right now we're working on adding a new section to the wallet with BDC exchange prices (cryptoaltex & poloniex). I didn't see that kind of feature in other wallets (silkcoin has such section, but there is no real data yet...). Getting real market information is important thing before we can start working on cd-key shop and virtual currency shop!
Good news for the faucet! The idea to implement exchange prices feature in the wallet is also fresh and useful, I haven't seen it in other coins! Thanks for your efforts |

For the moment the best settings I've found are: --scrypt-chacha --nfmin 9 --nfmax 9 --lookup-gap 2 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 22400 --expiry 1 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --no-submit-stale
How much you got with this setting? What's your memcore and engine setting? 370 Kh/s in average, but I'm sure it can do more 1000/1250 Mhz @ 1.040V |
