Though it is admirable what you do with exposing scam ICO, and kudos for that, you have missed the mark on this one. These are obviously two different people. One having lived their lengthy professional life in Texas, USA and one in Canada. Yes there is a resemblance.

Millions of dollars are the motivation behind running a fake ICO to make it seem legit by photo-shopping a team member. If I convince people Robert Downey is on my team, I'm certain to get more attention in general. Same logic applies here.This project has already spent millions of dollars to acquire content for it's Binge platform, and also signed on with the SITGES filmfestival for it's Slatix platform. Jason is not Robert Downey, nor is he an actor, an MMA star, a boxer or anything similar like that. He's not a brand name who can bring in money just by existing, so that logic does not follow.
