The Ministry of Administrative Affairs of Decenturion has completed the next stage of modernization of the internal market and personal accounts of citizens - the changes took effect starting November 14th.
 
The citizens of Decenturion have been given an option to withdraw DCNT Liquid and startups tokens to an external wallet with support for the ERC20 (Ethereum) protocol from their personal account. A technical commission of 0.0025 ETH is charged for a transaction of tokens to an external wallet. To pay the commission, the DCNT wallet in your personal account must be replenished with a sufficient amount of Ethereum (ETH).

In the citizen’s personal account in “My Tokens” section, a “Send” button appeared in front of each digital asset. After pressing it, you must select one of the possible options:

- To another citizen;
- To an external wallet.
 
When choosing an option to send to an external wallet, you must specify:

- Address of the wallet with support for the ERC-20 protocol (Ethereum);
- The number of tokens;
- Code 2fa (two-factor authentication).
 
Then you need to confirm the transfer. The result can be checked in the Transactions history.

HotBit works without commission for deposit of funds and without minimum deposit requirements and is also available from China without a VPN, which is important for the regional partners of the Decenturion State.

On November 13th, The DCNT Liquid Token (DCNT) has been listed on the HotBit cryptocurrency exchange. The exchange operates without depositary commissions, which is its key market advantage. Citizens of Decenturion can transfer tokens between accounts without any commission

The Ministry of Administrative Affairs of Decenturion completed the next stage of modernization of the internal market and personal offices of citizens — the changes took effect starting November 6th

Starting November 6th, 2018, all citizens of Decenturion got access to the option of transferring tokens between accounts without any commission (gas). Innovation is applied to all types of tokens, except for DCNT Passport, which is used as a citizenship confirmation.
Once in your personal account in “My Tokens” section, you can find the button “Send tokens”, which appeared in front of each digital asset. After pressing it, you must specify the following in the window that appears:

- citizen’s wallet address in the Decenturion system, to whom you want to send tokens;
- amount of tokens;
- сode 2fa (two-factor authentication).

Then you need to confirm the transfer. You can track the result in the Transactions history.

A simple, convenient and free procedure for transferring tokens between citizens is introduced to reduce technical barriers for trade in the internal market.

The Ministry of Administrative Affairs recalls that a week earlier, the unified procedure for citizens’ technical support was introduced at Decenturion: questions and requests to the support service are accepted only at support@decenturion.com.

A new Minister of Education of Decenturion is appointed

Yuriy Golovko, who held this post earlier and laid the foundations of public higher education for citizens of Decenturion, left the civil service.

The Ministry of Education of Decenturion is now headed by Yuriy Mikityuk, Bachelor of Theology, Ph.D. Prior to his appointment, he was an expert of the Ministry responsible for the methodological work and a compiler of training courses and programs. On the position of Minister of Education, Yuriy Mikityuk will develop the system of higher education and will accelerate the opening of the University of Decenturion that will bring education to a new level using interactive and other modern teaching methods.
