10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KFC Venezuela Accepts Dash Cryptocurrency, Joining Subway and Papa John's on: December 10, 2018, 09:36:35 PM
Not much idea about their technical merits or the murkiness or not of their origins, but Dash certainly know how to put themselves about.

They bribed Kraken to get a listing on there a long time ago, a move that'll have paid off in spades by now. They also managed to get themselves installed as the basis of the Petro, though I don't really think that's anything to be proud of.

I can't see the Venezuelan government allowing an outsider currency free reign but perhaps they've thrown even more money into the right pockets.
when you state about murky relations between Dash and Kraken, where is reliable proof?

Finally, at least some good real forecasts. Some time on the news and predictions about the movement of cryptocurrency was complete calm. I would like, of course, that even this year Bitcoin would rise to $ 10,000, but this is not bad either. Especially slow and steady growth of Bitcoin over the course of the next year is very good.
$ 10,000 level of Bitcoin was already ssen in May at some Asian cryptocurrencies exchanges

19  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-10-22]Bitcoin Price Becoming Less Volatile than Amazon Stock: CBOE Analyst on: October 23, 2018, 07:01:31 PM
“Perhaps we are witnessing the maturation of a market. It’s far too early to declare this the ‘new normal’ but the persistent range over the last few weeks may be hinting at a structural shift. Time will tell,” he wrote.

What a joke. Proof that people being hit for quotes these days either haven't been here for more than a few weeks or have memory problems.

It's not mature. It's dead. When it stops being dead everyone's tits will fly off once more.

I'd be interested to see this period compared to the seemingly endless $250 phase in early 2015. It would be very sweet if there was a direct correlation but that feels too easy.

just compare average price of Bitcoin each year and you'll the permanent rise of Bitcoin price excepting 2015 year
