Thought this project has slunk into oblivion.
Apparently, it's looking stronger than the last time I checked up on it. Publicity outside of China doesn't appear to be the strongest focus at the moment. Looking forward to further developments. Having it's own blockchain is definitely a standout feature

SEER is building community worldwide. Currently, SEER have communities including English community, Arabic community, Philippines community, Indonesia community, Vietnam community, Sri Lanka community, the community members are very active in the groups and many more communities are growing up gradually.

just as the slogan of SEER--SEER: Predict the World!

I think you should develop the Korean community, because they are very interested in new things and they like to invest in projects when they feel safe, hold to die.

Everyone's account will be handled if they violate. Even if you have violated the past, it is still a violation
This is unforgivable and fair to everyone

I sent several letters to the address banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com . But I did not get an answer.

That is also a good idea. But I think the restriction on link submissions is better than not inserting any links
Example: they can insert a link for 10 minutes
If you have ideas you can join this thread

I checked your posts - 3 pages of bounty shit before I got bored..

so as a previous bounty fuck, you were just on the forum to make money, yet you can put a post like this together.. My question, why didn't you try this hard before young Pajeet?

He's a plagiarizer. Archived and reported here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1926895.msg45938003#msg45938003

Seriously, when will these morons learn to stop drawing attention to themselves. Enjoy your ban, OP.
It's bad, even he can plagiarize just to earn a merit to get promoted, unacceptable

You can see the report of theymos to know if the new system really as desired:

However, they also have some trouble
14  Other / Meta / Re: Not Fan of Merit Point System on: September 20, 2018, 08:43:44 AM
I have wrote over 800 post still have not got a single merit point
JR Member to Newbie (WOW)

Why you have not remove legendary members from your website (They have got all reputation when there is no merit point system )

Now let look at scammers who are creating new accounts and sending points

You can check out this profile

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2243418

Only 2 post and 2 points

I am happy If you remove legendary members who have only got merit points before merit system.
I've seen your post history, it's just a bounty
Look at this profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1463210
You can not compare with him, and of course you will not receive any merit at all.
15  Other / Meta / Re: The latest merit rules will reduce greed? on: September 19, 2018, 05:25:37 PM
The number of posts that are not useful makes the forum rules updated. The newbie account must struggle to make one useful post to get merit and rank up to become a junior member. This raises various support and rejection arguments. Is this new rule fair? I think this is fair and is the right decision to limit the movement of garbage posters. In addition, the implementation of the latest merit system will reduce greed.
You can see here that the new policy will reduce spam: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5032314.msg45883277#msg45883277

17  Other / Meta / Re: Hate against bounty hunters!!! on: September 19, 2018, 04:26:38 PM
I wanted to tell you  what I think about a statement in the title and also ask your opinion.

As I know, this forum was made for discussions mainly about Bitcoin, altcoins and cryptos, as well as many other topics. After reading some topics and its comments I felt like there was some sort of discrimination against, firstly, newbies and then against bounty hunters. If it's shameful to participate in bounties why is there a section about it (I want your opinion about this but plan to ask everything in the end).
There are problems about it which even I can understand, like spamming or shitposting, but instead of complaining why don't we think about solving the problem. I was thinking about this a lot, yet I couldn't come up with any ideas with the solution, but then the administrator reworked the newbie and jr. member system which I think was a fantastic idea. After this one, newbies won't try to post nonsense but will be determined to work on a quality post to get merits if they want to rank up. I hope most of the forum community understands that you shouldn't hunt merits down, but make quality posts and get experienced.

After theymos made the decision there must be less shitposting since you can't just write 30 posts and get the rank
1. No shitposting Until 30 posts.
2. No shitposting after becoming jr. member while participating in ICO since there is a restriction about symbols used and constructiveness.

Now back to bounty hunters and the problems community still face.
What do you think about some of the statements I'm interested in:
1. What does this forum mean to you? What do you like about it and why are you here?
2. Should bounties be attached to this website? Why or why not?
3. What else can we do against shitposting and spamming (or do we need to do anything at all?).
4. What do you think about the decision of the administrator?

I would really appreciate if you gave me some of your time to answer. Please try to convey your opinion without harassing anyone.
Thanks for your attention and have a good day!  Smiley

You are the participant of the bounty and you become Copper Member from September 19th just to write this article, Why?
These are all your posts: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2026874;sa=showPosts;start=0
18  Other / Meta / Re: Signature Probation: Newbie-friendly alternative to Jr. Member Merit requirement on: September 19, 2018, 04:20:39 PM
I understand the intention behind the last change in the ranking system, making 1 Merit point mandatory to achieve Junior Member status and wear signatures. However, in my opinion, this does discriminate new honest users more than it is necessary.

So here's an alternative idea:
- Return to the previous system (Jr. Member status is based only on activity, and Newbies get at least a minimal signature space)
- But both Newbies and Jr. Members are given their signature space only "on probation". That means that if one of their posts is legitimately reported as spam and thus removed, they lose their signature space entirely until they rank up to Member.

This gives Newbies and Junior Members incentives to write meaningful posts without having to renounce some of the features of the forum, and without pressure to get a merit which is sometimes difficult even if the post quality is otherwise good. And the standard to award merits also hasn't to be lowered.

(Unfortunately, the thread about the new changes has already grown too much that I could read it entirely, so it's possible that this was already proposed. However, maybe it's good to discuss it in a new thread.)
I also have two ideas for them to rank and signature, this is my post:

19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: jr.member demoted list on: September 19, 2018, 04:05:01 PM
This topic is unnecessary, Because admin want newbies to have quality entries, not because they have 30 active to get Jr rank so they can Bounty signature and they can spam as much as they like
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Give your opinion about the current market and future on: September 19, 2018, 03:08:57 PM
What is your opinion on the current market? Good day coming soon For traders because of major coins are in oversold position. Just need some good news. It's time to buy  Ethereum, Bitcoin and others coin
In my opinion, the market will be better in early 2019, at the end of 2018 when Mtgox compensate investors, investors will sell Bitcoin, If this bitcoin loses the important support threshold of $ 5800, it does not know what will happen => down
