Travel the world if you still can and when you have enough money. Every place is like a page in a book. So explore other places so you will see the beauty of our planet. Make sure ou dont travel alone.

I am currently studying German language using English as a medium. At the start of the lesson its very confusing and tiring but as I continue further, it is getting fun and easier. Watching movies and listening to music at the language your learning makes it fun and easier to remember. So anyone whose learning any new language never give up! 

I had tried intermittent fasting for 3 months now. Before the fast my weight was 85 kg, after 3 months it went down to 69 kg. The process includes fasting for 12-16 hours, typically when we are sleeping. There is a 5-6 hours window time to eat usually between lunch time and 6pm dinner. After 6pm beyond, no food and only water is allowed. I hope this would help.
