I find it pretty untrustworthy take to a loan and disappear for 6 month. I think it is a good policy to remove a negative rating after someone repays an old debt in order to give them an incentive to make good on bad debts and to pay other money owed. The neutral warnings should serve as a warning to others in case he were to try to borrow money again in the future. I see your point. In my opinion: an honest and trustworthy person would not need an "incentive" to pay their debt. They would pay their debt no mater what..... since it is in their nature to do so. |

You should know that YOU as a person is banned, not the account. If you create another account and start using it then will YOU and all your accounts be permanently banned due to ban elevation. The question is not really math, it is more statistics. I think the problem is that you have not explained the problem you want to solve well enough.
