381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam defi projects OPM, PDAI, DFIX, EGGY, BEERS, KIWI, PANCAKE, CHEESE on: November 03, 2020, 11:54:54 AM
The pattern is the same. The developer makes the project, collects some money and move on to the next one. The community comes to know about this, the price slowly goes down. In some cases, I have heard that the developer has disabled the staking, hence those staking or providing liquidity are then stuck. I suggest you to get out of this immediately and follow the pattern closely. You will notice. This kind of pattern can be seen to almost all defi he has created. The main question is why to make 10s of projects within 2 months time???
Based on current situation crypto investors are running after DeFi projects like they did few years earlier after ponzi projects. Actually scammers are taking advantage of this situation and launching multiple DeFi projects. We have seen that Defi projects price growth is quite surprising and its because of limited token supply. Through this they are creating a hyip and getting investors on their platform.

Personally i am observing some DeFi projects recent price history and i got nothing but sudden price bump or dump on some specifc exchanges. Craze of DeFi is going on and investors are following them to make good profits in a short time and i don't think its gonna continue for long.
382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin demand and price on: November 02, 2020, 06:29:39 PM
solution here: lets make the buy orders with 20-50 100k  Grin  or what ever price we want per bitcoin if we want to sell our btc with 100k then we buy ourselfes btc with 100k per 1 btc.
Its your own self-made solution which will not gonna work for others. Bitcoin holders have their own strategy and they always love to follow their own. You can't force anyone to hold for a specific price or placing same sell order from their end. Its quite impossible but only possible in imagination that every single bitcoin holder will follow the same guidelines for selling their crypto assets.

We can hope potential future for bitcoin and its price but not in a way like that you are trying to say.
383  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ponzi scam - dogeponzi.com on: November 02, 2020, 06:15:53 PM
Good catch "examplens". Their way of running a ponzi website with a domain like this looks really surprising to me and not getting good smell from it.

Flag supported from my end and user profile will be tagged shortly.

Something error! This is the first Ponzi scheme site ever I seen which has a domain named with the word ponzi. Even they are agreed that they are a Ponzi scheme but not an investment. lol. whatever the promoter explains it must scam one day.
Its really interesting to see that they are directly using the word "ponzi" on their domain. I think they are trying to show people that they are aware about ponzi's and it will create positive thinking among investors about their project legality. I don’t think its gonna work for them and who have minimum knowledge about money stealing ponzi and hyip projects will definitely maintain distance from them.

384  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Uniswap fake airdrop on: November 02, 2020, 08:00:24 AM
Another fake uniswap airdrop running by same group of scammers. Here is another one which frontend is completely same like this one, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5285397.0

Recently we have seen multiple uniswap related fake airdrops and its increasing in numbers after this news, https://cointelegraph.com/news/uniswap-moves-closer-to-a-new-five-million-uni-airdrop

All these websites are running by a specific person or group who are trying to take the advantage of uniswap upcoming events. I will suggest our community users to keep proper distance from this type of obvious scam projects. Stay alert, stay safe.
385  Economy / Reputation / Re: Suspicious Signature campaign Hex.com on: November 01, 2020, 04:32:27 PM
I have checked the campaign ANN and thread creators haven't make any response without the signature post only. As we all know that new projects use trusted forum escrow service for participants payment safety but in this case they haven't announced anything about escrow yet.

Thanks "sujonali1819" for contacting with HEX telegram admins and posting the details of your conversation on the signature topic. Now its participants wish to apply or not.

And what, desperate users still keep applying without reading previous warnings/comments, it sure have descent rate but that wouldn't matter.
Actually its pretty much hard to stop them from submitting their application and most of them haven't got enough time to check that the campaign is running by real authority or not. Even some of them have no worries about participants payment safety and I don't know how many of them have proper knowledge about Escrow.

Its a complete clone website and they are running this for specific users as they always do. You did the right job by reporting this website and hopefully google will take proper actions from their end. I just tried to visit the website and its taking too much time to load although my internet connection okay.

Here is real website; https://mooniswap.exchange

You can add this link on main topic.

In anyways, its good you have shared this cause sometime some users or maybe majority are accessing it through their respective laptop and pc and of course chances to mistook an original site to these lousy clones or fake site is inevitable especially fir careless people.
In some cases you will get the fake/clone one on top during search. I have already seen multiple times that fake website url is showing on top and real one is showing below that. Actually the do strong SEO to keep their fake website on top for visitors and usually people click on the wrong one without checking the url properly.

Always rule to bookmarket all sites to avoid hitting a scammer's site. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah anyone can keep his/her browsing safer by regularly using the bookmark option and it really works IMO.
387  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Problems Transfering BTC on: November 01, 2020, 03:49:15 PM
I was using Paybis, but they no longer allow US accounts to "sell" BTC. I have a Coinbase account but I won't explain the issues I've had there and can't even login right now.
It seems to me that you haven't added your credit card details in your coinbase account yet. If you are facing login issues then it can be due to wrong account credentials. Contact their support or reset your account password by your own.

Any suggestions on how I can sell BTC and get it into my bank: that don't have "holds" or "restrictions" and a long verification process? I started the cash app process but have no idea how long that will take.
I will not suggest you to sell your bitcoin through any private group, exchanger or person. Previous posters have already given you multiple reliable options and you can choose among them. If you are living near a ATM then its gonna be easier for you to get cash from there. Just search for the nearest ATM and go for it.
388  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] xlux is planning to launch an HYIP soon on: November 01, 2020, 03:22:04 PM
I think he will be surprised after seeing this accusation against him and the reason is he will think how did his money stealing ideas revealed before the launching. This account was created on 18 October and his first post was about 'How to earn crypto online". Maybe just in 2 weeks he got this shortcut of earning crypto online and going to launch a money stealing trap for our community users. I am so surprised after checking the post that you have mentioned where he is showing unrealistic mining based profit plans in advance.

It seems to me that he joined bitcointalk with a specific plan and you got him before his final ANN. Looking forward to see project details although i don't think he will share the link after seeing this accusation. Impressive investigation done by "SFR10" and I will tag the user shortly.
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 31, 2020, 02:50:43 PM
With another dismal performance from DC i am sure they will drop out as the rest of the teams are in good form at the later part of the tournament and they lost three matches in a row and this was their chance to book their berth and they flopped big time.

For SRH today is a must win match and if RCB wins they would secure the spot as the second team to qualify but if SRH wins they have a much better chance to qualify as they have a much better run rate.
SRH bowlers are bowling so tight today and RCB's batting powerhouse captain Virat Kohli have already got out. Last week i told something about Afgan spinner Rashid K and today he will have to play the key role by taking early wickets. As of now RCB batsman are not getting easy chances of making runs and AB de Villiers is also taking time to get set on the pitch. Its so important to take early wickets between powerplay and SRH bowlers are trying to do that from their end.

SRH have some good batsman on their team and most of them are in good form. I don't think its gonna be so hard for them to chase totals between 160 to 170 but all we know what AB de Villiers can do if he stay till the end. Lets see what drama left for us.

Update: SRH just took the wicket of AB de Villiers.
390  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM][WARNING]fake UniSwap airdop, scammers asking for your private key on: October 31, 2020, 02:25:31 PM
Somehow I thought that fake Uniswap airdrops are behind us as the real one happened more than a month ago, but I guess it's still a thing. Worst of all, even though it is an obvious scam attempt as noone legitimate will ask you for private key, there will be some who will fall for you this, and that's scammers target audience : newbies and ignorants. Plenty of those around.
Yeah we have seen another one few days earlier which frontend design was slightly different and if i am not wrong then all these fake giveaway related scammer websites have a strong connection and running by the same group of people. after getting caught or not having enough responses from investors they are just changing their domain and shifting the template to new one. Even in some cases they are running multiple projects together and using the same frontend design.

In relation to the scam posted above, let me share the news about the real potential airdrop from uni.

Check this out guys.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/uniswap-moves-closer-to-a-new-five-million-uni-airdrop

Its seems they are gonna do a second drop but this time with more wallets supported or interacted with uniswap. I read that previous receiver wont receive any this time.

After seeing this news i am damn sure that scammers will increase their activity and hopefully we are going to see some more fake UNISWAP related giveaways. I wish crypto users will justify every single giveaway before putting their foot on this kinda trap.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: {Warning}: 2 fake MEW on Google Store on: October 31, 2020, 02:12:20 PM
Thanks for detecting these fake MEW apps from google playstore. You can submit your report to notify google authority about both of this fake app which are not safer for crypto user.

Just follow the link and submit your report here, https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/contact/takedown
392  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam]: Fake Curve.Fi website on: October 31, 2020, 01:58:18 PM
They have purchased the domain cleverly and at first look "s" looks like "f". Even they are using real website url on their favicon area to make visitor believe that its the real one. I have checked their telegram and interesting thing is that they are using the link of real telegram channel.

393  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The "exploit" scam. on: October 31, 2020, 11:20:34 AM
I've seen this scam many times before in other forums too and I know it's not targeting G2A users only. You might even find people selling "Dice bots" that works the same way I just described above so be careful.
Thanks for sharing all in details by creating a separate topic about this. I hope it will work as a warning for bitcointalk forum users and they will be careful after reading the entire thread.
394  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: help-binance.com fake BTC,ETH,USDT giveaway. on: October 31, 2020, 10:07:15 AM
Maybe also because of the pandemic situation, the scamers who keep silent at home do their actions by making the same fake giveaway before, even though there is no change at all except for the domain.
Basically they know that they will get caught with their fake website and due to this reason they usually purchase multiple similar looking domains at a time. Just like that this guys may have used another frontend design with another domain and now they have shifted to current one.

Seems they have been asking to send BTC from 0.05 to 5 BTC to their address. What a ridiculous way to verify your address by sending BTC. Any true giveaway won't ask for send money to get a reward. Double your money within sec an unrealistic expectation.
They are offering like bitcoin doubler and trying to attract investors through this. Just blended the idea of giveaway and doubler together. Huh...Undoubtedly its a complete garbage and everyone should keep proper distance from this.
395  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: help-binance.com fake BTC,ETH,USDT giveaway. on: October 30, 2020, 02:40:23 PM
Another group of scammers who are tryingto  steal immature investors money by taking the advantage of covid19. Entire project is a scam trap and who have minimum experience about fake giveaways will not run after them.

398  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Maotezi - loan default on: October 27, 2020, 08:57:12 PM
Maotezi asked for no-collateral loan and scammed ("I gambled that money") sbogovac for 0.02BTC, until sbogovac decide to create red flag against this scum, here is newbie flag:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2420

If anyone like this loan defaulter get easy loans by using a member account then no doubt that loan defaulting chance is higher and it proved again.  I don't know how lending service provider took his decision to send the money and allowed a no collateral loan. Maybe he is thinking about his mistake now but damage has been done.

Flag supported from my end and loan defaulter's profile will be tagged shortly. Although i don't think chances of repayment is too low and defaulters explanations is pointing that clearly.

If defaulter repay the loan amount within next fee days still then he will not be trusted for any loan in the future IMO. I will add his profile information on "List of proven scammers" during next update.
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Missed the golden opportunity, now what?? on: October 27, 2020, 07:08:17 PM
There is a lot of people who set aside the bitcoin because they think that it is just a waste of money and won't be having a good future but bitcoin proves the people that it wasn't. Setting aside bitcoin is also a good thing because if we already make the demand of bitcoin higher for the past 10 years, we will be having a hard time to make the price of bitcoin higher but if we didn't set aside the bitcoin, the mass adoption should have been happening right now.
Yeah its true that many people have negative thinking about bitcoin and they think bitcoin have no bright future. Even after observing bitcoin rapid growth and worldwide community response some people don't want to make investment. Its nothing new and day by day people's fear about bitcoin and its potentiality will be changed to positivity IMO.

I have seen so many people who were not interested to invest on bitcoin and good news is now among them some are holding good amount of bitcoin and continuing trading professionally. Even some of them are very positive about bitcoin and other established crypto coins & tokens. You may know that in many country buying and selling bitcoin is illegal but people are doing this at their own risk which proved people’s interest on crypto and it will increase dramatically in the upcoming days.

Entire world have seen the power of bitcoin and its community which helped lots of new people to make the investment on crypto currencies. That day isn’t too far when crypto will be a part and parcel of our daily life. Just need more time.

Read the manager's @BountyDetective explanations. Junggernaut wrote above.
These are not alternative accounts.
Maybe that's why @gunungkembar deleted his post. There is no accusation in my post that all accounts are owned by one person. And there is a question for the manager, and in the end, the answer is received.
The situation was resolved. There is no one to blame.
Thanks for sharing these information with us. Somehow I missed to check @BountyDetective explanations.

The situation was resolved. There is no one to blame.
After having this confirmation I think no need to discuss further about this and I will suggest "YOSHIE" to lock the topic.
