It's impossible our support gave you such answer. We do not just take money and leave you without your tokens. If so, please attach the screenshot. We always try to help our customers. Yes, to receive PTI you should have downloaded Paytomat Wallet, that is true. |

Hello, thanks for the answer but the Dashboard at https://hodl.paytomat.com/ still has the mistake "Server error" so i can't withdraw my Tokens! You have for the Fix a timeline? regards The team must immediately correct the system errors that exist today, I have made transactions several times, but always have errors and of course this is a very detrimental to us as users. The feedback from app users are quite good. But haven't seen any feedback for the past couple of months. Wonder about their current performance?  Haven't tried this wallet app yet, but seems a good alternative option if you are looking one. What feedback do you mean? We are actively working now. |

Paytomat - это инфраструктурное решение для платёжных систем. Paytomat выступает основой построения систем для приёма криптовалютных платежей и соединения их с любыми другими типами платежей (электронные деньги, банковские платежи). As far as I understand, they did not conduct an ICO. So the team develops the product for their funds. Yes they did not conduct an ico, but they sold some of tokens presale-privatesale also i bought some. I just want to know how many tokens sold and how many tokens will use delevelop and if some tokens will burn, how many? Yesterday Exmo Exchange announced partnership with Paytomat.
