Do all rx580 come with a 6 pin power connector, or do some require 6+2 power to run correctly?
Actually, some need both 6 and 8 pin connectors (or, as you call them, 6+2) I have the same cards and they happily mine with only the 8-pin connector plugged. Yes they do...I was just answering the question But they don’t *need* both 8 and 6 pin to run. I guess a better statement would be “yes, most cards has an 8-pin connector but some comes with 8+6-pin. However, they don’t need both connectors to mine IF you undervolt.” There! 😊 One of my 570 Nitro+ NEEDS 8+6, without 6 it's not stable. With no big OC or big voltage. What clocks do you run them at? Also what voltage? It's just interesting that a higher, more powerful GPU that has a 225w max tdp don't need the 6-pin to run while it's younger brother that's supposed to run slower and cooler needs it. It makes zero sense. Sorry, i'm late Core @1125 Mem @2050 cvddc @940 mvddc @940

Hey Fred, the site has been hit or miss at times over the past few days. I assume it's probably ddos, but just wanted to make sure you knew. Anyway sent another donation to help defray the cost of running and protecting for you awesome site! I figure the site is worth at least $30-50/month USD. Maybe you should consider a subscription model? or a "premium" server access with a subscription, it's financially painful when your server does not respond. Just food for thought
Hey, thanks for the support New server infrastracture is coming, but we still have to manage for like 2 or 3 weeks. Problems got even weirder after OVH crapped out yesterday. After new server, mobile version, there will be time for nicer upgrades. Maybe even a proper API with keys and stuff @WhyMe Think there is a misunderstanding. Calculation for inactive coins doesnt make any sense. I was talking about a list of all coins and its available at: https://whattomine.com/calculators.jsoni know not having all data for calculation is not possible, but it show us coins you are working on Like ETN on last days for exemple.

Hi,
Firstly, i apologize for my poor English. I do Ethereum mining with 1x R9 280X Dual-X model GPU, but I get a lower performance than other miners with same GPU. I get about 14.550 Mh/s. Is it normal for R9 280x or am i doing something wrong? Thank you.
--------
OC values I used; 1220 MHz GPU Clock // 1500 MHz Memory Clock.
GPU Driver Version; Crimson ReLive 17.7.2
Rig Specs;
AMD fx-6100 600W Power Supply 8 GB RAM
My bat file; setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool SERVER -ewal ADRESS.RIGNAME -epsw x -dcri 37 -etha 0 -asm 1
It's normal on ETH/ETC. Try UBQ/MUSIC/... and you will get 25MHs+
