1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2026 NBA Season on: August 10, 2026, 07:43:53 PM
Lebron effect is now in Philly! Ben Simmons is a good addition to the team and will the bench more powerful.  but I hope the team will work for the Center position.
The team needs more big man specially a back up for Embiid if health will become an issue.

Currenct roster of Philadelphia Sixers

Really? Because I haven't come across any piece of information that he has signed for 76ers. There are a few teams rumored with him recently though. And they say he has regained his athleticism.

He has had serious injury problems in his career. This would make things harder for him to be in the starting five of a strong team like 76ers or so. Tongue  But still it would be a good trade to increase roster depth.

Definitely not true, it's a fake news!

Meanwhile he is actually the last player any legitimate 76ers fan would want back on the roster, because what's change since the last time wanted out from the organization ? he's only gotten worse over time, if you ask me... When he was on the Brooklyn Nets roster filled with rookies and G-league players, he could have so easily upped his game amongst the mediocrity he was surrounded with, instead he even got outplayed on the roster of a tanking team, I mean him well and sure does hope he'll be able to find is mojo again in the league, but far away from whatever 76ers are cooking for the next 2 season with Lebron, please

All I last read about him was regarding to FIBA and the Australian national team players like Josh Giddey and Dyson Daniels have some players initiative camp, or something of sorts.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DISPUTE] Rollbit refuses to pay out my balance under false accusations on: August 10, 2026, 07:16:26 PM
Different day, same message from rollbit. I mean do they actually use this for every player accusation? Is this their go to draft. Name your other accounts before we can proceed has been quoted at least 20 times already in this section, several times the account later got reopened because they "made a mistake", yeah right. At some point you can't believe these people anymore since this seems to be a common occurrence by now. Whatever the player might have done wrong, first of all he should tell them about his "other accounts".
Sooner or later I would say this becomes red tag worthy if this nonsense keeps going. Sure, they may or may not have solid grounds on this case, you never know. But history has proven that in MANY cases like this players have been accused for no reason.

The use of VPN is prohibited fully by a number of casinos, but If a player isn't taking any deposit bonus or any bonuses all together, I wonder the edge they have over casinos other than the ability to bet more than the limit, and which that technically means tendency to lose more, but it always becomes super convenient for casino to just claim you have other accounts, while not even stating (If true) that they said user is abusing a bonus which would mean literally stealing from the casino. Moreso, why should they ask for KYC and then a user fully complied, passes the verification process but still wouldn't be enough to get them to overturn their decision, it's quite sad, honestly!

Araujo is a strange one, he has been captain at Barca but fell out of favour with Flick. He is fast and aggressive so maybe the PL suits him. It’s another body at the back so I am OK with it.

He's also injured more often than not - so I doubt he's the guy we need.
We sure as hell need a starting CB, and we need one before the start of the season.

Liverpool got a good deal for him, the best they can find without actually spending much, the current deal is a loan, with Liverpool covering salary, and option to buy for 50m+, but not mandatory from what I've read. I doubt Liverpool would exercise the option to buy, come the end of the season. What I found more is strange for is why Liverpool never made any attempt to nab one of the various CBs transfers flying around within the PL, Senesi for instance was a free agent to Tottenham, and he would have preferred Liverpool if the opportunity had presented itself, I believe.

Not to mention that we don't have anyone to play RW now that Salah is gone and that we're a body short in a CM role as well.

I want to believe the RW is the primary position intended for Barcola, that's the only way to make sense out of Liverpool's insistence on getting the deal over the line, Barcola to me is a quick and decisive guy with taking on defenders and creating spaces, but not so much with his poor finishing.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Sport] Arbitrage betting on: August 10, 2026, 12:19:12 PM
Oh man, how I wish that were easy to do and legal. But finding one is actually almost impossible.

Heavily frowned upon by casinos, but not illegal by any law itself, whilst very difficult to find any opportunity.

Quote
He just said that some might be earning on it but the whole thing about it, we don't know if there are actual gamblers who are still doing that after knowing that it's not allowed.
You can be rest assured that people are actually still (attempting) arbing with the help of bots and (for those gullible enough) paid services to find them the markets and opportunities.

But the biggest risk in arbitrage betting is having one of your bets cancelled precisely because of suspicions of arbitrage. Then your arbitrage bet turns into a regular bet with an unpredictable outcome.
Getting limited is the last of my concerns when using arbitrage betting. My main concern would be to have thousand of accounts in different casinos so that whatever option I choose in the betting event of my choice I will win either the result of that event and that is what arbitrage betting is all about in the first place. I think that is what we have to take care first having all opportunities to bet in every possible casino rather than worrying about being limited. If we win a couple of bets in different casinos I don't think we risk being limited.

If the casinos you're betting on are completely unidentical or not served by the same set of providers (a good way to do that would to find local sportsbook(s) that support only your fiat currencies, chances are that you'll get away with arbing for long time, there would be no easy way to link all your gambling activities across with other providers, your only problem could be if you consistently keeping on the same bookie over again.

The major troubles lies in finding arbitrage opportunities, they're extremely limited, and the only markets you'll find them these days are very low tier sport events or esports which every sportsbook tend to have restrictive limit on the amount you can bet on them, therefore even reduce whatever the supposed profit could be.

There are probably going to be less pool to join this season (thanks to the World Cup), the plan was also for me not to join as many SuperBRU pools but you can count me in for both LA LIGA and Serie A even without sponsors.

Freaking Sporting, I needed just one more goals in their final 30 minutes, and they couldn't score, one would think after losing a 2 goal advantage, they'll try to get one more, I'd have to settle for a point against Jayce, and that might just about cement might relegation status, except I get very lucky in the last round by winning and multiple of the players above me lose, I would have been in a much better situation if only Trofo had managed to win his duel, the last few rounds have been the best toughest for me, because my score a relatively better than my average but I’m just facing opponents doing equal better, even despite the majority of the h2h going their way.

Well, damn it. Won my hedge bet @4 odds and couldn't be more upset about it.

You should take solace in your win, but you're a guy that never try to enjoy the moment, so It's understandable, Trofo just can't catch any kind of break, and I would say he's won enough to make him keep paying for the next 3 seasons.

While we wait for the Round 16 games to finish, we can proceed by posting the questions for the Cup.
We'll host the Cup Semifinals, than the last round of Season 9, and finish the season with the Cup Finals and promotion/relegation playoffs.

A much needed break for proper recalibration and final round of the season, perhaps also preparation of life in the 2nd division 😒
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Profitable Are Casino Affiliate Sites? on: August 09, 2026, 12:53:11 PM
In my opinion, it's easy to create hundreds of sites nowadays, "Casino Affiliate" or others, and then lie about  their profits and try to sell some one who doesn't know any better. I mean, lying shouldn’t be easy for a normal person, but there are, unfortunately, a lot of people who think anything is permissible in the race for profits.

I think a casino affiliate site can make thousands of euros per month if it's very good, but not "hundreds of thousands of euros per month".

In a highly saturated market now mostly filled with streamers and creators manipulating their numbers, I can't help but agree with you that making over hundreds of thousands is farfetched, but the numbers for a 13-year old affiliate site with a strong network and whales they've build especially very early over decades could eventually add up.

I do follow a lot of affiliates (Stake in particular) on X, and the numbers never add up, there is always calling out and dispute over a few hundred bucks in unpaid leaderboard and races, however there are a very few ones like SchneckyIRL who's partnered with both Stake and Kick, host a $260k and $100k in leaderboard races and rank up bonuses, these numbers alone should give a pretty good insight about how much they'll make on monthly basis.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Borrow money to trade on: August 08, 2026, 09:29:16 PM
It’s easier to be smart in retrospect, I’d say and because it didn’t work out for the said person doesn’t mean it wouldn’t have or never worked for others, I mean we’ve also seen stories where big time traders brag about how a loan was the way they venture into trading and wouldn’t have been who they are if someone didn’t trust them enough with a loan. No one becomes a pro at trading overnight, it is continuous learning and experience gathering activity, and those interested would still have to start from somewhere. There are several people who are out there currently learning trading professionally and not every one of them would have a personal capital to go independent when the time is right for them to.

However, it doesn’t excuse scenarios where significant loan sum are being taking to embark on aggressive strategies, because more often than not they’ll always end up in terrible way, the most important skill any trader could have is strict discipline, without it, then it’s just a matter of when, not if they’ll get caught up in a loop of loss chasing.

Although we fell short, and finished 4th place in the world cup edition, we decide to team up again and run it back...

Team name: TBA
Team members: Harkorede, Igebotz, Zaguru12
Captain: Harkorede

We were undefeated in the first 4 games, and lost the last 2 to secure best prize, we already know were we fell short, and necessary tidying up implementations would be made!

Transaction fees, badge and other formalities to be added..
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Bybit Support Collusion - Stolen Funds, Deleted Account & Data Leak on: August 07, 2026, 03:12:52 PM
OP, I would say your post isn't completely clear, as some of the pictures provided are not in English as stated a few posts above, it would be better if you could provide some clarifications on the following questions;

- If the P2P was completed, why was their an appeal ?
- From one of the screenshot, do you have several ADs on Bybit ? since if there have been multiple reports or dispute that could be another, that however doesn't explain your account/data being deleted without allowing you to withdraw whatever of funds that's left on the platform.

there are no Bybit representatives here on the forum, but this could also serve as warning to all active Bybit users which there are many of them on this forum including myself, although I don't ply trades often in their P2P section.

Besides, how do you know the counterparty hasn't provided proof yet?

All proofs provided in such cases are always visible to both parties in the chat, so OP would have seen any proof or claim from them, the basis of the dispute to begin with is what remains very unclear.

I might be wrong but Shelton will most likely play again tomorrow if he wins today.
So we should get a 2nd chance - he will face either Ruud or Fonseca.
I hope it will be Fonseca who should have a better chance against Shelton than Ruud.

Let's also hope for good weather with no rain tomorrow....just in case he wins today Smiley

There might be a very slim chance that he would play as well tomorrow, although very unlikely and that would also be heavily dependent on how soon Fonseca vs Ruud get concluded, because that would be starting later tonight that should starting be 7-8pm Montreal local time.

Why I said very unlikely is because there are at least for other matches for the round of 16 that have been confirmed, that are currently schedule for Saturday, where I would expect 2 for the afternoon session, then 2 for the session as well, that would ultimately push the Shelton schedule to Sunday...

I've signed up already!

I was a big time participant in the last edition, and I'll be here from the start this time around.

Taking a look at the first few weeks, it's surely going to be an interesting one for starters, with the first gameweek for instant impact, at the top of my head, I already have my starting 5 players, my only concern is whether new signings would have that much of playing time in the opening round.

Yes, Let's freaking Go!

I'd say it would be super easy to gather teams just by going with the same ones from the world cup without needless back and forth, but at the same time you never who wants to play keep playing or not, with that being said...

I'm down, and available as a free agent  Cheesy

F you Medvedev! Now I need Shelton to lose just to draw.

Tennis always made me feel unsure about my picks, this time i went with full yes in every one of the guys playing, i dont feel like they can lose against any of their potential opponents since they are all weak and until after the monday i dont think they are gonna have a serious contender in front of them. But you made me check this time if Shelton lose, thanks to god it was not the case and he i still alive in the tournament.

2 down, 3 to go. There's simply no consistency with these idiots, they've got the Tsitsi disease so badly now I can no longer shame the Greek the way I used to when few others are capable anyway.

No consistency whatsoever, and Medvedev is biggest clown of them all, if you ask, I could careless about how far Shelton goes now, since it's of no benefit to me...

I should have just stick to a draw between Helsinki and Motherwell, but thankfully no harm done, as my opponent doesn't know any better, and POAK could still do well enough to get me back in the lead if they're able to secure a win against Anderlecht.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rainbet.com 🦁 Fantasy Premier League ⚽ Prize $15,000! on: August 06, 2026, 02:32:44 PM
How much of an effect would Arsenal's defense at the clubs preseason friendlies have on those that have been contemplating double or even triple Arsenal defense to kick start the new season? If you throw a high chance of potential cleansheet out, there is no way Raya would be worth 6m and Gabriel 8m, I understand a case could still be made for Gabriel who tends to find some attacking return every now and then, but Raya doesn't face many shots to warrant high points off saves made.

I might argue that Arsenal's terrific defense last season could have been partially borne out of a very dull attack on most cases, that's why a lot neutral found them very boring to watch almost through the entirety of season and if they suddenly become more aggressive how much would they suffer in defense ?
