Hi,i have few questions:
1.How you plan to spend raised funds,what will be the priority after successful end of the sale?
2.In case you dont reach hard cap,what you plan to do with unsold tokens,going to burn them like most of other ICOs,or you will use them later for something else?
Hello, part of the funds will be spent on opening the first branch, aquiring the banking and escrow licenses, salaries, marketing, advertisement and legal services. As we have security tokens that are backed by our company shares we will not burn them, as after the business will be established we will run also an IPO. We hope that the security tokens will be regulated soon so we could reach the stockmarket much easier. Good teamwork, and the project has prospects. Can you tell us on which exchanges you plan to trade tokens? Orbis will be an exchange. Being listed on other exchanges is not our priority right now, thou we have over 20 exchange offers. I suport Orbis because it has a solution for every problem. Good job guys! |

what does blockchain 5.0 mean?
Orbis is developing a upgraded blockchain with a utility coin and a security coin. Basically it is a hybrid that includes a coin for the function and a coin for the investment safety. STOs are the future in investment,I think it defines well your business I agree,security tokens are ment for crowdfunding and also stock trading or exchanging made much easier. |

Thank you for the question. First of all we are not competiting with any project or business. We are creating an unique service not a cryptocurrency. We are improving banking and blockchain services bringing to public self-service local financial branches and a software to make your life much easier. This is what we need! Not unusefull projects with hype. |

If I am not mistaken that ICO will last long enough until October, hopefully all teams prepare everything carefully so I can achieve the targeted results. And intensify the promotion for this project so that more investors can join here.

Lol  thank you man for this use less video with awful english) It is not my native Language but even for me it is very far from perfect. Ok, it sounds badly but it is not the main thing. This video does not answer any of my questions. There we only see how orbis app should work. As i understand it is not ready yet? Or here is some kind of MVP? Who and when Will change crypto to Fiat to pay Fiat bills? Will it be Orbis company with its Fiat reserve? They Will instantly sell crypto on exchange (which one?)? -how will you get a banking license to make your cards work around the world if you don't follow kyc/aml rules?
-i could not find find info about ICO timing. In WP closing date is 29.07, but on the site there are 105 more days (till 29.10) what is true?)
-what's with bounty stated in the topic name?
I asked the same questions. It seems that they will be aquiring an Andorra banking license and having partnerships with national banks in every country. Does it mean that those banks don't want to know where this company, trying to become international payment system INSTEAD of visa and PayPal, took so much money? It looks very strange nowadays. And may be you know about ICO closing date? That is true. ICO closing date is on 29 / 10 . We are taking the ico further to reach the hardcap, capital needed for the financial licenses, without it we cannot open the first Orbis branch. Using national banks services ( as business bank accounts to safely store fiat money deposits and insure our clients assets )will get us a better relationship with the governments. Everything will be decentralized. We will use kyc for our customers who will require the card and nfc app. The rest of our customers that want to remain anonymous will have the chance to exchange our coins in public exchanges. We have already been accepted on several big exchanges but will not be listed until we reach our targets. The stability of the ORBS coins will rely on a great amount of released coins and not being listed on any exchange + some secret touches of our programmers. Both of the coins price will start at the same price 0.50€. The stable price coin will mantain this price, being backed up by EURO currency in order to sustain a exchange rate with the other currencies. Sounds good) I could not find any words about hard cap.. What's the number? All tokens? Is it possible to know how much do you have in fiat equivalent? You will use Visa or others ecosystem to run your cards/nfs, am i right? Or just In app fiat pays? Do you have any bank-partners/initial agreements? Are you sure that national banks will let you use their services will "not white" money from unknown investors? Will holders be free to change coins to fiat with you company/in app/fees-free? And what about blocks producing as I asked before? Hardcap is 25 mill euros, and no, visa refused our collaboration, we have 2 negociations with mastercard and caixa bank. Holders will be able to exchange only btc and eth or fiat into orbis coins, no other altcoins or tokens. I think it is not a surprize that Visa refused your "Grey" money..
