In the third in sequence yet the fiercest attempt of downing the Reserve Bank of India’s circular blocking off banking services to cryptocurrency exchanges, four more Indian cryptocurrency exchanges have jointly filed a Writ Petition (Civil) no. 373 of 2018 under Article 32 of the Constitution challenging the constitutional validity of the Central Bank’s Circular. The cryptocurrency exchanges who have moved to the Supreme Court, along with their Shareholders. As per the current status of the Crypto litigation in the Supreme Court, prior to the latest joint Writ Petition by four exchanges, two Writ Petitions in public interest are pending for deciding the legality/illegality of cryptocurrencies. It is notable that all the stakeholders of the crypto community have approached the Court for protection of their right, whereas the Crypto holder/investor still remains unvoiced. It will be interesting to expect a move from the investors also for having their stance heard as one of the interested and the most affected party! The authorities of India are going to legalize bitcoin ( Bitcoin ) and other crypto-currencies. This is reported by CNBC India.
Last week, the government set up an interdisciplinary committee to study virtual currencies - in view of concerns over the growth of their popularity in India. Its activities will be regulated by the Ministry of Finance.
According to CNBC, the committee will consider the possibility of legalizing bitcoin and using it as an official means of payment. In addition, the experts will discuss the new regulatory rules that will come into force if the initiative is approved. These measures will have to protect the rights of consumers, as well as to counteract the receipt of illegal proceeds.
The Reserve Bank of India, in turn, will consider the introduction of commissions for bitcoin-transactions.
For all operations with the crypto currency will be levied tax.
It is expected that the decision on the legal status of bitcoin will be taken on May 15-20.
Russia also made the first attempt to legalize cryptocurrency 2018. Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev expressed his hope that in 2018 bitcoin will be recognized as a legitimate financial instrument. He noted that this step will help fight money laundering.

Today in South Africa on our radio station 90.6 at 13:00 the presenter even read the current SAPOTACOIN price. This is amazing to keep our radio listeners up to date.
Does your country radio stations keep you updated with the current SAPOTA price?
It would be great if the radiation in Africa to broadcast about bitcoin prices and that's a very good idea, and in my country does not exist yet and this is good for imitation. I agree but for what is worth many people in our rural community does not have internet. They are relying on the news to keep them updated. Many people in these communities cannot always go to the nearest internet caffee. At least my country is trying its best. |

That is a good move, the radio station is indeed one of the media to promote SAPOTACOIN. But I think the internet is the best media, because SAPOTACOIN users are people who already want to enter the era of digitallization so that the internet can be MEDIA bridge someone to more easily recognize the digital currency and in particular is Bitcoin. |

reading the SAPOTACOIN price on radio is not exactly the same as advertising it though. when you announce the price the listener will just hear another name with another number, they may not even bother thinking twice about SAPOTACOIN and what they are hearing. advertising SAPOTACOIN is more about teaching people about what SAPOTACOIN really is not what it is worth in USD.
