From the beginning of this pump in april I'm confused. All these runs seems fake and whale pumped and no new money is coming in. I get only bearish signals whenever i check charts but whales fuck all the TA and fundamentals. Can somebody with good knowledge clarify the scenario ?

Investment and gambling are similar in that they both are intended to make money, however investment is designed to make the user money, whereas gambling is usually designed to make the casino or sportsbook money. Also, investment is mostly knowledge based, whereas gambling is often luck based (though there are some games revolving around knowledge).

Has any one noticed that the current bull run that has been on for the last few weeks comes to a halt every time it reaches the 10 k mark and slides down . My theory is that whales sell at 10k and then create fud so market slides down only to buy back and pump . What do you think ?

I'm just reading an article in the newspaper. Klaus W. Wellershoff (a last chief in UBS Bank) says that's impossible to use a currency with volatility as money. If the value of the money decrease, that means the value of the merchandise decrease. For example : if you buy a flat with bitcoin and few years later the bitcoin value decrease... Your flat lose his value as well.

This is universal fact that gambling is worst and harmful for a human. Not because it is some physical thing that is affecting physically but financially. Those who have been gamblers someday, ask them to define gambling and ask them to give advice about gambling. They will definitely asking you to leave this game as soon as possible. Because they don’t let you destroy yourself.

That is very easy to solve. Even if you are a dual citizenship, you can only reside in one country. So if you are residing on the country where your able to join the ICO then everything is good but if not then it depends on you if you are willing to fly back to that other place.

Gambling is legal in my country and the fact that I don't gamble at all tells a lot already. I would rather invest in companies or coins rather than try to get more money based on pure luck.

Another major reason for the spike in transaction was aot of people trading on exchanges and buying up in ICOs. Most exchanges didn't have SegWit enabled or Transaction batching.
Now those features are being added to bigger exchanges gradually and this must have contributed in reducing the load on block space.

Bitcoin is the one tested on its full capacity and ready to face the next level of usage explosion with second layer solutions. As usual, the other coins are still going to keep calling themselves "cheap and fast" when blocks are going completely unoccupied. This can never be a long term solution.

LN is already on mainnet and is now hnder community testing and adoption. As always, bitcoin is the pioneer.
