Is there any third party VPN or you created your own?

I can easily access bitcointalk without VPN .. There are bad censorship restrictions in China they also blocked even VPN sites.

Hola is terrible as you can also get the instance of being unlucky if one of those IPs has been filtered as spam and you browse on here while waiting for netflix.. you get shadowbanned (speaking from experience).

There should be a built in option in your iOS device to setup VPN that support the PPTP and L2TP/Ipsec VPN protocols on iPhone.
