Знаю несколько человек, которым электронная сигарета помогла бросить. Ну и электронную они тоже потом бросили

4 hours is indeed a long time. It doesn't even seem accurate, is the forum aware of every moment that I have the tab open or something?
No it's not. I have been in here for months and it still shows me at under two hours. Oh Joy.

what a bad luck...you could have boght 2 5850 for that price...i have one and it rocks
Yeah but you have to realize what you've dedicated yourself to as well. By buying 5850's sure you save yourself the money, however you have a lot more liability... if the whole bitcoin market crashes and is wiped out, or people want to jump ship, the market will be flooded with 5xxx series cards as said previously, and that means they will even further decrease in value since everyone will be undercutting eachother as well. Secondly, you are sacrificing a good option to also game with the setup. The 5xxx series have a lot of crossfire issues with playing some modern games, and especially any older games. Finally, you leave yourself without the ability to re-sell them for much in the next year even, because in Fall the 7xxx series are going to be out and if you think about it in current times, no one right now wants to buy 4xxx series do they? You've completely dedicated yourself towards a dedicated rig, with hopes that the market will support you, and you have no re-sale value. As you can tell I am a much bigger supporter of buying 6970's as I have done so myself. (Technically 6950's unlocked into 6970's) You may have just sold me on a 6970...I'm due for a hardware upgrade anyway.

Well looks like I will be post here five times.
Edit by Maged: No, you won't. Make/reply to actual posts. 5 posts aren't much to ask for.
LOL I just wish I had been grandfathered in. I was already participating in a thread outside of the newbie area and felt really dumb when I couldn't figure out how to keep replying in that thread. You can only hit ctrl-f "reply" so many times.

Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BitLotto Mining Pool - [Mine to win!] [Proportional + Jackpots + 0% Fees]

There will be a winner every time a block is found. At the end of each round (whenever a block is found) the pool will randomly choose a BitLotto ticket to payout the current jackpot to the lucky miner!
...how? Something I like about many Bitcoin lotto pages is that they are 100% transparent in how they determine winners (depending on block hashes etc.). Just having a "random(1,number_of_tickets)" function somewhere is not exactly what I love to have when money is involved! Also again the usual question to new pools: Who gets the transaction fees and how will they be split in the future (after the 50 BTC reward goes down to 25, transaction fees will become more and more valuable!) Not only the method, but how the prize is calculated, too, will it always be 1.00BTC? If the pool doesn't grow much larger, that's a very small prize. Also, is there anyway to see the total number of shares submitted by the entire pool, rather than just by me? Or an estimated payout if we were to find a block right now?

Hey I went ahead and joined. BTC is basically a lottery anyway, I might as well make it more of a gamble! (especially with my puny radeon 4670).
I don't see anyway to contact you on the site, but it looks like there might be a small bus. My miner shows me mining at about 33,000 k/hash, but the top panel of the site shows 3.3m/hash...I'm new to BTC, but I would assume that should be 33m/hash.
And I just checked again and now it says "53." and the overall pool speed is showing exactly 1.0Ghash, so I assume you're still working on it. It's a very novel idea, though, I hope it takes off a bit.
Let me know if you need any help testing, I'd be happy to help.
EDIT: Wait, are you running your own BitLotto, or buying tickets for us at Bittlotto.com? If it's the latter, that just seems like giving you unnecessary control (no offense).
