1  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is ICO agency? on: January 29, 2018, 05:43:45 AM
Good ICO-company will offer you different packages. It can be only marketing, can be support in official channels, they can prepare all documentation for you.
Talking about marketing part you generally need: buzz around your project and large community of supporters.

My top-3 of marketing agencies that work with ICO is:

AmaZix is the most popular one, the biggest team, lots of ICOs
FoxTail - very reliable contractor, fair price
ModernToken - best advisers on the market, very strong marketing team.

We worked with ModernToken, the pricing was good and the result they provided also good
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much do you tend to invest in an ICO on: January 29, 2018, 05:41:48 AM
This depends on the project itself. If I see a lot of potential I am willing to invest more, but for projects that only have a certain level of potential, and dont look that promising to me, I rather go in with a little money, just in case it takes off. So that I dont loose out if it does. In most cases I go in with around $250 - $500. But this strategy also failed in more cases then it did work out, most of these ICO's I invested in are now below ICO price and I would have had a lot more gains if I just stayed in BTC. But thats the risk.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm very disappointed with myself. on: January 29, 2018, 05:32:21 AM
That's very common behavior when you only start trading. It's an experience everyone of us have. So hold on and continue. You'll earn way more in future and this will be a story to laugh about
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to por 1000$ tomorrow? on: January 29, 2018, 05:29:50 AM
I'll advice bitcoin and ethereum for holding and ripple and neo for trading.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most underrated ICOs to invest in right now?? on: January 29, 2018, 05:23:35 AM
I think that the main problem of ICOs is that the expectations are enormous — too optimistic to be honest. The world won’t be overthrown by blockchain in a year or two. But for me for now modultrade is quite a good choice.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in this ICO? Please help on: January 25, 2018, 03:45:57 AM
You should make a very good research about team and project itself before considering investing in it. But there is also possibility of taking part in bounties, that can bring you tokens of projects you're interested in, without putting money on the table
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top upcoming ICO with greatest potential on: January 25, 2018, 03:43:10 AM
I've just invested in ModulTrade. It’s a smart-contract blockchain based trade ecosystem. It brings together a comprehensive range of services for the full B2B trade cycle. It’s really great and ICO is already going.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO] 🚀🚀 ModulTrade : The Freedom To Trade 🚀🚀 on: January 25, 2018, 02:59:21 AM
I'm already watching your project during some time, already invested. And I want to tell you that the job you're doing here is really gonna change something. The idea of facilitation of global goods trading for small entities is brilliant! If for example I want to buy a giant wooden slab from a small shop in Bali and I want to do it being in US, there's so many additional costs to proceed payment that that slab turnes golden even if the initial price was resonable. I hope your project will help in such situation.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin really anonymous? on: January 23, 2018, 02:11:45 AM
Bitcoin is not anonymous, but, rather, pseudo-anonymous. By now, most Bitcoin veterans know this. It’s less obvious to many, however, why Bitcoin is not really anonymous by default, and what can be done to de-anonymize Bitcoin users – and what Bitcoin users can do to reclaim their privacy.

15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Exchange with low comissions for BTC transactions on: January 23, 2018, 01:49:50 AM
For good crypto exchanges I will suggest Binance now because in binance we can register easily and the service is so fast and also binance has low fees for trading and withdraw. Other good exchanges is Bittrex, Poloniex, Kucoin and Freewallet. But in bittrex and poloniex you have to verify your account first to deposite and withdraw and it takes much time and I heard that Bittrex is not accepting new account now.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Different wallets that accept altcoin? on: January 23, 2018, 01:19:10 AM
i think coinbase because backed by trusted investors and used by millions of customers globally, Coinbase is one of the most popular and well-known brokers and trading platforms in the world. The Coinbase platform makes it easy to securely buy, use, store and trade digital currency. Users can purchase bitcoins, Ether and now Litecoin from Coinbase through a digital wallet available on Android & iPhone or through trading with other users on the company’s Global Digital Asset Exchange (GDAX) subsidiary. GDAX currently operates in the US, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. GDAX does not currently charge any transfer fees for moving funds between your Coinbase account and GDAX account. For now, the selection of tradable currencies will, however, depend on the country you live in. And of course I should mention FreeWallet. It is very convenient to use, rather fast and nothing have ever been stuck there, the longest transaction I had was 3.5 hours, but normal for ICO crypto, which I put out into BTC, most likely. And in freewallet you can sent BTC without commissions, although usually it is around $15, so this is a very nice bonus.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: why bitcoin is banned by the government on: January 23, 2018, 01:13:22 AM
For example Joseph Stiglitz said on Bloomberg TV that cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin should be banned. His commentary is based on analysis saying that the market for Bitcoin is driven mostly by its potential to circumvent government agencies. And also the Bitcoin market will ‘go up, and then come down,’ leaving many investors injured, and therefore it should be banned, adding that it doesn’t serve any ‘socially useful function.’

Here's great web page where all news about countries banning BTC are listed http://bitcoinbans.com/
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $12000 to invest in long term. Which coin? :D on: January 15, 2018, 05:27:00 AM
I don't think it's good time to invest in ethereum, because its price didn't fall much. I would advice to look at BTC prices. As for altcoins I would say, XRP, XLM, TRX and LTC are good deal now. Now all the coins have fallen after New Year that you would get a lot of coins for your money. In a few weeks they will rise again.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach BTC value ? on: January 15, 2018, 05:07:44 AM
Probably Ethereum has the potential to beat bitcoin in market cap, but that not change anything. Never forget bitcoin is a good technology with a good store of value, and have a strong community behind his back.
Ethereum might not ever reach Bitcoin’s individual coin price simply because there are a lot more Ethers out there (and no set cap) vs BTCs but the overall market cap will be exceeded relativity soon. They are only $8 billion apart and I anticipate that Ethereum’s market cap will be above Bitcoins.
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can I learn more about Bitcoin? on: January 15, 2018, 05:02:29 AM
I can advice you to check https://en.bitcoinwiki.org/wiki/Main_Page page, it's a perfect resource for beginners to start gaining knowledge about crypto.
