Personally, I don't agree to this. Whether IEO or ICO, it is up to the investors to actually do research and understand what he or she is putting money into. Just like ICOs, there are good IEOs and bad ones. As a Crypto investor, DYOR before investing.

This is a very good observation. Most altcoins are vanishing by the year. So one has to be extraordinarily careful as most developers are interested in making their profit instead of working on the project to improve the price

On a serious note, the issue here is not really about the ethereum blockchain. It is just that a lot of CEOs this days are developing tokens with fraudulent mind set. Despite having shit coins on ethereum blockchain, there are still successful projects. The question is how were those ones successful?

In both trading and holding, there are risk involved. But personally I prefer holding than trading since trading has to do with interpretation of graph and a lot of technical analysis unlike holdling

Before now, growing altcoins were easily done through ICOs. But with time, it later become more of scam and money lost. But in all, trading has stood the test of time. So trading and holding stands to be the best way to grow altcoins
