I checked with my client and it validates all those addresses as correct.
I think the error "Withdraw error (3): Invalid CryptographicAnomaly2 address" is generated by whatever software your exchange is running, so you will need to ask whoever wrote it (or supports it). The word "withdraw" is not present anywhere in the CGA2 client, so it's something above that.
