4061  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is NFT? on: April 03, 2021, 07:07:43 PM
Fungible tokens (FT) and Non Fungible Tokens (NFT) is't new idea but recently it has come to light with few new projects. Fungible  is changeable or replaceable or interchangeable. Non Fungible is just opposite of Fungible. It is not interchangeable or replaceable. I still don't rely on this trend and i consider it's a new hype.

I think you are absolutely right because use case of NFT is not very strong, it is digital art and attracts only Art lovers but paying huge cost of NFT is not possible for general investors/traders in crypto space, only high worth clients can afford this kind of art work. I am afraid this Hype of NFTs will not long and die down soon because mass adaption will be difficult due to weak use case..
4062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does BITCOIN make a person's life better !? on: April 03, 2021, 04:07:49 AM
Bitcoin made the millions person life better. It has created an opportunity for the people of all ages as a source of earning. Especially for third world countries where unemployment is great issue. Moreover, it has provide a trustworthy platform on internet to invest. Not only men but women had also has a chance to do trade at home. Bitcoin also has a special attraction for student and old ones. They have positive activity & earning source to meet their need. Bitcoin has completely changed the scenario of business and trade on net and played positive roll to make the persons life better. True. BTC has brought a very positive and unbelievable change in the life of people who invest and trade in crypto space. It is a wonderful asset that has broken all historical record of growth and even surpassed Growth Record of AMAZON. If somebody had invested few hundred dollars back in 2009, today he would have been Millionaire. The attached chart reflects wonderful performance of BTC during the past 10 years.

4065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If bitcoin surpasses the $60K level then it will hit higher than $100K on: April 02, 2021, 01:00:34 PM
If bitcoin surpasses the $60K level then it will hit higher than $100K

If bitcoin surpasses the $60K level than it will hit higher than $100K. For altcoins I won't suggest you to hold the tokens/coins having marketcaps in billions except top 5. It is also possible that big altcoins like ethereum may drop to 0.016 BTC if Bitcoin jumped to $100K. But I am not afraid regarding Litecoin because Litecoin is next to bitcoin. Litecoin will hit higher than 0.005 btc and possible to make its resistance at 0.01 BTC. For other altcoins like ADA, Algorand etc I won't suggest to hold as in Btc these altcoins will be dropped to half (around 50% decrease is possible) even ADA has the upcoming update in FEB. But I suggest you to hold altcoins having marketcaps lower than 50 million like ARK and it is possible for ARK to having greater marketcaps than 50 billion in the future. FOR Miota and EOS the bitcoin dominance won't affect because both altcoins have faced a long term btc dominance so the bear market will prefer to hold these alts rather than to sell them.

BTC is a digital Gold and very precious asset,  it can even hit 1 Million$, i won't be surprised , because it is anti inflationary asset. Its demand will increase in coming months and years but its supply will decline.

4066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what you worst experience on crypto on: April 02, 2021, 11:04:47 AM
Here i am going to discussed worst cases. Because lot of people adopting to Crypto space and some getting more and some ended up with nothing.

back 2017 i have no experience and new so some execution not got timely.

My worst experience was Not exit at the correct time. there was a ICO it gave me 10X.  (6500USD) but i did not exit at the correct time so it went for 400usd.

I sent ETH to unknown escrow. 200$ lost. scammers

Not aware of USDT. Its a very bad experience.

Not concern about Technical analysis.

so today i have massive experience so i know how to play the game. Lets share experiences so enrich newbies knowledge.

Cheers

My worst experience was in 2018 when I was new in crypto Business and had no idea of scams in this industry so I had to pay huge cost of my ignorance when I subscribed  many ICOs with the hope that i will book good profit in these tokens and paid them huge amount of Ethereum but unfortunately  most of them never saw the light of the day turned up as scams. Some of them never sent any coins in ETH wallet and those who sent were worthless because they never got listed on exchanges.

It had better be one helluva good sammie.  A body needs over 600 kcals to replace a pint of blood.
One of you bitcoin bazillionaires will have to set up a soup kitchen/bitcoin re-education center.

Any Subway footlong for no more than 0.0002 BTC delivered should cover that.

4070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Consistent Transaction failure on Trust wallet on: April 01, 2021, 02:00:53 AM
Have you tried to reduce a smaller bit for unstaking your CAKE coins?
It seems not about the problem of your BNB balance in your trust wallet.

Try to check here also:
Problem with unstaking coins from Pancakeswap Cake pool
and
Smart Contract Error (Burn amount exceeds balance)

Also, have you tried to contact some support or admins of CAKE? It may help you.

Thanks for your support. I have already contacted telegram admin who is working out a solution. Thanks once again , my long standing issue of un-staking has been resolved. I had to buy syrup coins to match with balance of Cake coins otherwise it wouldn't work out.
4071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Consistent Transaction failure on Trust wallet on: April 01, 2021, 12:54:57 AM

Please note that I have enough BNB coin to pay for Transaction fee. I would appreciate if anybody on the Forum can help me out.

4072  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: Pakistan on: April 01, 2021, 12:06:10 AM
salam friends... i read ap log koi coin bana rahay the? kia bana?

well joke a apart from learning perspective i would yes we can do that... but other then that, without any business case or problem statement any coin will be a shitcoin. It will be as worthless as thousands of other coins.

When only intention in making a coin (or erc20 token or any thing) is nothing but "money" then its bound to fail. If our "coin" is giving other people any benefit then yes there is a chance of success.

any way bhai corona shit is getting very serious in Pakistan please take care of yourself and your loved ones.

W.salam yes bro I totally agree with you idea is imported pata nhi kaha gyb hai sub log  Cheesy @shahzadafzal me yaha btc buy ka signal de sakta ho?

SEC and other government agency will always try to spread bad name to crypto.

4074  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Cake Coin good for Passive Income? on: March 31, 2021, 02:39:45 AM
In fact currencies are not fixed in one place and their prices increase based on demand and investment so it is difficult to predict. But this currency can be a good project for getting listed in binance is a reliable site for exchange the future of cake currency could be better as passive income platforms need to be thoroughly verified before investing.

You are absolutely right that we should make sure that we are investing in a Legit and reliable company to minimize risk of losing our invested capital. Pancake swap is well reputed and  has good track record of paying record of paying regular reward to those who do staking and faming as well as it has audit certificate. Further more it ias backing of Binance exchange which is Leading world exchange of crypto.
4075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Cake Coin good for Passive Income? on: March 30, 2021, 01:09:13 AM
Is this a pancakeswap? Isn't this was just a new DEX platform in this field of industry.
For me, it is good and better to gain crypto that are listed on top at the coinmarketcap.
And one of this example are Ada, Vetchain, Npxs, Xem, Link, Bnb, Busd, and others.

You are right that we should invest in Top 10 or 20 Alts of coinmarketcap because they are good projects have yet to show their real colour when 2nd Bull Run will start in Alts coins. CAKE coin is in DeFi sector and it was created on Binance smart chain. It has show tremendous performance during the past months when its went up from 0.20$ to 20 $. currently it is passing through correction phase and I believe it might might break its previous Record Of ATH  in coming weeks..

[.......[edited out].........

........., and whether they achieve $200k in this particular scenario or some lesser or greater number.. who fucking cares, it still ends up in a pretty damned BIG ASS price correction that scares the shit out of participants and motivates them into taking profits during the correction including at the bottom of the correction.. just like they have done historically and are likely to continue into the future.. whether peeps believe in a supercycle bullshit or not.

You heard it here first... hahahahahaha

When Saylor said "I don't expect an 80% downturn", it's because he plans to preemptively buy all the fuckin' dips which means it's going up forever Laura JJG!

Hahahahahaha

Good one homer, snomer, blomer...

I stand by my original commentening on the topic.

 Tongue Tongue Tongue

By the way, when you get reckt as fuck because you were banking on the supercycle and counting on your buddy Saylor the tailor to be ready, willing and able to buy all the dips, don't come crying to me with your empty wallet that are only hodling bitcoin.. you can go poor on the street.. with your bags of bitcoin.

I think that Laura needs to change her journalistic philosophy.

She has been covering bitcoin and various shitcoins that she deems as "crypto currencies" for several years, and she has been a pretty BIG name in the bitcoin space.. but she has maintained a journalistic integrity position for quite a while in terms of NOT investing in bitcoin, and sooner or later, she better get some fucking clues about failing/refusing to protect her own lil selfie by continuing to fail/refuse to establish a reasonable stake in bitcoin....

Definitely not a good move on her part. While I had a good talk with my crypto-naïve friend about people talking their book (and put particular stress on counting me in that also), while holding Bitcoin *will* bias your output, so will *not* holding Bitcoin. What she's seeking is not journalistic integrity but to have credibility with the Bitcoin deniers which is a losing battle. Doubly so I would say as actually having some skin in the game gives you an appreciation for the world of currency and economics it's hard to have without.

A potential Breakout to upside is likely to happen.

4077  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit "trading" - buying and selling Bitcointalk merit on: March 28, 2021, 07:42:42 PM
the 'merit' system is great IMO...
Just imagine if there was no 'merit' system then we would see tens of thousands of spammer become legendary. The 'merit' system is perfect for getting members to enhance their posts.
I think that was the purpose of Merit system in the first place because back then there were a lot of spammers in the forum and they find that merit is a good system because it filters out the people that spams from the one that does quality post, although there are those that got away because they had been spamming a lot even before the merit system. Buying and selling merits is such a scummy way because it is unfair to those that were trying to go up through honest work.

I totally agree with your thoughts  that trading Merits will be unfair to those who really work hard to create a good quality post but being not very old on this forum I am unable to understand what is the criteria to determine whether post deserves merit or not. i think  It is totally based on jurisdiction of one person and lacks any mechanism or system  that should be basis of granting merits. Please advise your comments.

There is no criteria of sending merit to certain posts or not sending merit to certain post. You may send merit to a one liner post and you my not send merit to a post which is half a paragraph. If you like a post you can send the merit to it and the liking depends upon your personal wish. No one is bound to ask why you give merit to a post or why you did not give merit to the post. That's is how the merit work and it works perfectly.  Smiley

Thanks Umer bhai.I fully understand what you are saying but I am questioning the fairness of this merit awarding system which is totally based on personnel likes and dislikes and in my opinion , it is not enough to determine quality of post. If there would be any pre-described standard of metrics to evaluate the quality of post, for example, length of post,  views , comments on post and the content should not deviate from topic, then it would look more fair and Transparent. The purpose of initiating debate on this sensitive' topic is to come up with suggestions from active members to further refine this system. Hope our voice will be heard.
4078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Litecoin Ready for a Major Breakout? on: March 28, 2021, 04:15:31 AM
LTC sure is not getting much attention lately because of LINK and DOT climbing up the rankings. But looking at it again, they are not doing really bad. LTC volume is actually pretty good considering the overtaken of the ranking. Its still a decent investment for me same as XRP.

44.7%in 7 days is definitely a good increase, Litecoin although a former number two coin in the market and had a big slip in standing still a good coin to invest in, we never know Litecoin will become the next favorite coin of Elon Musk to shill and it will eventually reach $1000, Litecoin is always ready for a breakout it has always proven it can and the market has recorded on those breaks out.

LTC is trading  now above support zone and Breakout is likely to happen any time  as BTC is stable now and Dominance Index is around 59% which is good for 2nd round of Rally is Alt coins. LTC has yet to break its ATH record of $375. I am patiently waiting to see it happen and expecting it to make new ATH record soon.

4079  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 27, 2021, 02:29:50 PM
Here we have it, another classic example from someone winning a lot of money and blew it away on drugs, fake friends, parties, three boob jobs, impuls shoppings, etc... all gone.

Don't end up like here, if you became wealthy make sure you stay wealthy.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/14458885/lotto-winner-callie-rogers-car-crash-cocaine-benefits/

These things are inevitable because the satisfaction we crave is in seeking rather than achieving the goals we set; either the bar or the person must get higher.
