Hash rate = hashes / time : R = h / t
Power = energy / time : P = E / t
-> Hash rate / Power = hashes / energy : R / P = h / E

You have to multiply by your PSU's efficiency to get the actual amount that a graphics card will draw from the wall. The more difficult part is figuring out how much a single graphics card uses.
