lol but I just updated to 2.0.4.1 last week. You guys must give us a break  No many crypto projects are updating their wallets as frequent as the DeepOnion team! which means a lot for investors and to the community! In the space cluttered with MAs, BBs, RRs and triangles that's a hard thing to bring into attention, unfortunately. But the real value eventually will get to the surface. |

DeepSend is what we need to be aside Monero, Dash, Verge, Zcash..  Can you tell me please what is DeepSend and why is this better than algorithms that have other anonymous coins (Monero, Dash etc)? As I understand this will be implemented Tor functions at last? at firstly it will be optional feature. If you want send understandable transaction you can not use deepsend and will see in blockchain understandable transaction. Some time it may be need for legal payments where need show some reports with payment details. Some privacy coins cant allow this and cant be used in this way. at 2nd DeepSend nodes very easy to setup. Will be need only wallet synced with network with minimal requred balance ( 200 onion for now as i know to enable deepsend feature). These nodes will help with transactions and nodes owners may earn some money. DeepSend nodes will be able to earn money almost in some way as masternodes, but without centralisation. Masternodes its centralisation. We no need any masters in our network.All network participants should have same privilegies. That part where people can earn by being node owners can be very attractive to people. Is there any more information about it? I understand that things will clear when DeepSend is released. Well, the point where they don't require any personal data at all, resonates well with our community. Curious about how are their Floating and Fixed rates are calculated. At the moment, it is really possible to exchange 1000 onions for 0.01953 satoshi on SwapSpace. KuCoin price for the same lot is equal to 0,02045 satoshi right now. Minus 0.15% exchange fee gives ~0.02042, i.e. total price is more than 4% higher. That's not too much. Let's wait and see and think... Thanks! |

Ok, that's a bit unexpected. Not the step to pay salaries in crypto itself, but the speed of implementing this. That's extremely positive for crypto of course. As for GS words, I wouldn't give it too much attention yet. Let's see their actions first. Yeah I totally agree about Goldman Sachs, that kind of news seems to always be there. But it does help with FOMO when Goldman Sachs is in the news, predicting a Bullish outlook. haha. Btw, I asked my manager about that jokingly of course(My employer is big tech corp) and he said "Yep, maybe your kids will catch that wave" |

It is good to know that more exchanges are listing DeepOnion $ONION Soon with DeepSend there will be more... It's good that there is a revival all over the cryptoverse. Crypto is getting again more attention. New exchanges only amplify the effect. Good, good. |

The DeepOnion devs created a strong reputation of being active and transparent which isn't easy in a bear market. It isn't easy in general, irrespective of market or industry conditions, but I agree, during rough times it takes much more effort to keep consistency . |

Is there any information why the price of DeepOnion fell by ~30% in 3 days?
Bitcoin is suddenly showing a significant growth and people are trying to move from alt to BTC, however, this is a shit decision. It's better you always have divided your fund into two portion, for BTC and for alt. Golden rule in investment: never put all eggs in one basket Not true, if you are solely investing all of your fund, it will be a better decision ever. Investing in alt is huge risky. I doubt all these altcoin will exist, most of them will lose value in the long run, in fact, after 1 or 2 years. But, Bitcoin will be there. So, 100% BTC is a good portfolio. Good point. Also I think that there is an important distinction between preserving capital/assets and risking a part of them for a bigger reward . . . Of course everyone has different risk tolerance but that's another discussion, first everyone needs to discern the two above. |
