361  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | The Most Popular Bitcoin Game | 1% Edge | Active Chat | Free BTC on: January 19, 2015, 12:13:45 PM
tried for fun. set my chances to win 100x. 0.99% win chance. rolled once. Won. but i forgot to go all in and just ''free rolled''
worst day in my life.

It is sad and funny at the same time Smiley
Sometimes happens with all of us.

i guess haha. but the knot is my stomach is yet not gone. would have beeb 0.5 x 100!

Max bet at 100x is 0.2 Smiley

yeah but like what are odds of hitting the damn thing lol.

Its not that hard to hit 100x. The max profit was 30 BTC before wasn't it ?

It was 40 BTC, now reduced down to 20 BTC, and Stunna said he is going to increase it again.

Will be increasing within the week.

Or in other words, PD has been doing well to recover the loss to Hufflepuff. Cheesy

40 BTC is better for the extreme martingale players, one more step Wink
362  Economy / Gambling / Re: Story about a big win > 5 BTC on a gambling website on: January 19, 2015, 12:12:45 PM
Dont really have one big win, but probably got to ~5BTC just from 0.2 or so over the month with sports betting.

Granted, the big amount of luck was needed because i was going all-in at first to build somewhat of a roll, and after ~1 BTC switched to the more standard bankroll managament and grinded it from there.

It was a long time ago though.

I never gambled more than small amounts and now I stopped gambling entirely except some betting and poker but I enjoy reading the occasional story about gamblers and big wins.

For example, the story of the two friends who sold their travel website then bought a Las Vegas casino is great
363  Economy / Gambling / Re: Im Tired of Dice Games on: January 19, 2015, 12:08:00 PM
So bad. Now, I'm tired about ponzis  Undecided

Maybe try a legitimate form of gambling like dice  Wink
364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ★★Official SAFE trading thread. SCAMMERS/RULES/ESCROW/TRUSTED USERS LISTS★★ on: January 16, 2015, 05:02:39 PM
Just want to apologize, I will no longer have the time to keep this thread updated.

Taking an Organic Chemistry course with classes from 9AM-5PM. This is also my informal goodbye to the alternative crypto market! Don't even have the time to trade anymore.

Gonna cash out all my alt's into BTC and cash my BTC into USD. Lost 6 total BTC out of 35 initial investment. Although I was scammed for 10 total BTC so I shoulda came out on top if I weren't stupid  Angry

ANYHOW, GOOD LUCK AND SAFE TRADING

Hope you kept your BTC until November/December 2013 Wink Are you still trading?

I am digging this old thread because I was looking for an escrow and ended up on your thread and among the 6 users you present as escrow, 4 are not active or have negative trust, maybe you want to strikethrough all of their names.

Your thread shows some interesting scenarios that can help know how you can trust someone or not online for someone who analises this saga "after the fact".
365  Economy / Gambling / Re: Im Tired of Dice Games on: January 16, 2015, 03:31:12 PM
If you are tired of dice game and even of Primedice, you could try the predictions games. Forgot the URLs so you would have to find them yourself  Smiley
366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your strategy on dice sites? on: January 16, 2015, 03:30:09 PM
I see that there has been some misunderstanding with my previous post  Smiley

What I meant is that you can start for example with 100k sat. Play 10 x 10k sat with risk 97% - so in your way 3% chance of win - if you win, you go to play 100k how many times you can with 3% chance of win - if you win - you are the lucky one! Smiley
One time per day is enough Smiley I win in this way several times Smiley Of course you can use  5% or 10% chance to win and start with 1000 sat or 1BTC it depends from your budget.  Wink
Remember! Never bet more than you can lose!  Cool
Have fun!  Grin

ah i see thanks. it means its pure luck Grin.
but need many budgets too.

few times i win like that around 70000 sat (is withdrawal) with just 1000 sat from faucet.. when someone is bored why not to try?  Wink Cool

You have never heard of the saying when bored, read a book? Grin If you play the faucet every hour 10H a day you can expect to cash out 2100*1000=2.1 million satoshis/week Grin if you get 1000s/try
367  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: January 16, 2015, 03:27:41 PM

What is FortuneJack Weekly Leaderboard?

FortuneJack Leaderboard is a great way to compete with other players and get high rewards. We offer Leaderboards for 10 games. By the end of each week Top 5 players will be rewarded based on the points they have accumulated during the week.
How are the points calculated?
Short answer is: Just by playing at FortuneJack!
In order to get 1 LeaderBoard Point you need to strike winning bet of minimum 0.00006 BTC or equivalent in other currencies, this principle works for every game.

Example of winning outcome:
Bet:  0.00006
Win: 0.00012
LD Point: + 1 LDP

In case of loosing the bet, the amount of 10% of possible winning outcome of LDP is deducted from your current LDP points.
Example of loosing outcome:
Bet:  0.00006 = 1 LD Point
Points deducted: - 0.1 LDP

Please note, in order to simplify the Leaderboard interface and make it more user friendly, we round the numbers to the whole (e.g. 0.9 = 1), so although you may have 0.9 LDP it will be shown as 1 LDP. BUT, your current position in the leaderboard is calculated based on the actual number.

What are the rewards?

1st place - 0.5 BTC
2nd place - 0.3 BTC
3rd place - 0.1 BTC
4th place - 0.06 BTC
5th place - 0.04 BTC.

When will you announce winners?

Every Friday Top 5 players will be selected based on the points that they accumulated by 12:00 PM

Nice leaderboard but only 10% for losing bets is very low, I think it would be better to have the same amount of points for winning and losing bets.
368  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 16, 2015, 03:26:25 PM
SealsWithClubs is great but the cashouts are not really fast : 12H is not great when you need the money. If it could be instant cashouts for loyal players and amount <1B it would be great.

After getting burned with a ponzi surely many ppl will go to an other one to get burned again :/

Surprisingly that's exactly what will happen

People are greedy and hope to make a quick profit, they will hopefully stop playing once they lost enough time. But once in a while they may win which will push them to keep playing.
They should just go to my signature and play some dice game Wink
370  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice Game Is Active! on: January 13, 2015, 10:04:37 AM
Good luck but there are already many good dice games.
371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Story about a big win > 5 BTC on a gambling website on: January 12, 2015, 11:06:24 PM
i wonder how many people are gonna try and gamble after reading this thread. was this thread started by a casino?? #conspiracytheory #hiddenadvertisement

If it makes you want to gamble, it means you are a gambler. I use this thread to avoid gambling, I live off other people's stories Wink

373  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Betting Sites Total # Of Bets ++Top 75 sites++ on: January 12, 2015, 10:44:30 PM
A quarter Billion Dollars wagered on Primedice and even more if you take the value of bitcoins when the coins were bet.
374  Economy / Gambling / Re: Story about a big win > 5 BTC on a gambling website on: January 12, 2015, 03:19:16 PM
i'm up about 20btc so far 2015. poker with bitcoins.

probably just luck. or..

mostly on nitrogen and some on betcoinpoker

Nice

5btc isn't a huge win lol

It is why I changed "huge" for "big" Wink

I bet 4 BTC on roulette, about 0.2 Per number of choice and accidentally put 1.6 BTC on the first set, 1-12 and tried to cancel the bet but the timer ran out so I was devastated, then a 6 came up! Hitting both the 0.2 and the 1.6 BTC winning me a total of 8BTC profit (12 BTC in total)

Imagine planning to bet 0.3 at x1.7 on Primedice and you accidently write 117 and win Grin 35.1 BTC
375  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin gambling website - legal or illegal ??? on: January 11, 2015, 07:15:56 PM
I live in USA.
I want to create a Bitcoin gambling website on my domain name WinBitcoins.com

Some simple game like...
11 people send me .1 BTC each to play.
I pick one random winner and pay out 1 BTC and keep .1 BTC

Is this considered gambling and is it legal or illegal in USA?

You would need a licence that you will not get to make it legal. A 10% fee is huge for a Bitcoin casino.
376  Economy / Gambling / Re: Story about a big win > 5 BTC on a gambling website on: January 11, 2015, 06:40:59 PM
if anyone can win that much...that person is the most lucky person in this forum

A win of 5 BTC is just dust when compared with hufflepuff's 2000+ BTC win on Primedice. Cheesy

Or nakowa on just-dice who won a few thousands BTC

It is amazing for hufflepuff to win 2000+ BTC when the max bet is 40 BTC, what type of martingale was he playing? Not that it changes anything.

He didn't use martingale but just made a lot of 3x bets, gambling 12 bitcoin on each of the bets.
You should be interested in watching https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uALj-u-BvOc and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSLXv5Tz1ZY

Wow. He had hundreds of bitcoins to play with. Out of the tens of players that gamble hundreds of bitcoins on primedice, one had to catch a very lucky streak and win thousands; good for him!

Has anyone ever win huge on a gambling website? Tell me more Grin

How much did you bet? What was the game and which casino/website was it?

It is not to reproduce the lucky win but for my entertainment.
You can easily find huge win stories both on here and reddit. Some people have won 1000's of bitcoins and have lost it too.
Some who were smart left when they were ahead.

It must be terrible not to have any money and to have won 1000s of bitcoins then lost them. Hopefully ome successfully kept their winnings!

if you make a search on this forum that talks about this. Someone win more than 5btc in one single day, but usually they lose it later Sad

7.9 BTC out of 1 BTC here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=893252.0 playing blackjack
