Hi all,
The accumulated dividends from October through to January have now been paid. Sorry for the delay. There's a lot of stuff going on in my life at the moment, which doesn't excuse the delay, but I hope will help you be more understanding of it.
Regards, Brendio.

Brendio, CoinBr.com hereby offers a possibility to help with BIB.BVPS claims - by converting them into S.BVPS holdings on CoinBr accounts. First BTC withdrawal would be free of charge (for customers that want just to liquidate). This is only a preliminary offer, for it to realize Brendio must decide.
Advantages are clear - CoinBr unburdens you from the claims/payout process and users will be able to sell their holdings directly at market prices, or further keep them as they wish.
Could holders please post or IM if you are interested in this offer. I am prepared to offer this option it if there is sufficient interest.

Please e-mail me and I'll send you a new BTC address for the missing dividends. If you want, I can sign a message with my BTC address to confirm, it sure is me.
BTW, there is another option. Maybe someone can take it over from you and relist it on btct.co or bitfunder? I am not going to sign up to that horribly overpriced bazaar run by pompous gypsy scumbag.
I already emailed holders right before I posted here.

Dear BIB.BVPS DR holders,
Following the disorderly demise of GLBSE, we have now been provided with a list of depositary receipt holders for BIB.BVPS. There are some discrepancies in the data, but in the absence of more reliable data and given the wish for a timely conclusion to the uncertainty we are prepared to proceed on the basis of the data provided.
I do not believe that having all assets of a user pay out to the one bitcoin address is the best practise, and so wish to give holders the opportunity to change their payout address provided they can satisfy me that they are in control of the bitcoin address or email address in the list provided.
Users will have until January 19 to change their payout address. Following this, accrued dividend payments will be sent.
A further announcement will be made in due course with arrangements for those who wish to exit their investment. Currently, there is no plan to relist elsewhere.
Regards, Brendio.

Pirate's identity isn't known.
Pirate is one of the most well doxed people in all of Bitcoin: him, his wife, his boys, his business partners, his brothers, father, mother, address, phone numbers, pictures of all of them, pictures of him - which match the person we all met in person in Las Vegas. Now what? So why haven't you gone to find him in person to get back your "10,000 BTC investment"? I thought it was a "bet".

Protected? As in following his TOS with you? That's why there is no scammer tag, which has been explained to you. In public.
Can you point out what I did wrong to be completely ignored by his service? I should setup a site where I offer to list securities, offer it with a fee for "verification" and once I have the bitcoins I will be happy to state you should have read my laggy, terrible site with 0 assistance or explanation for anything. And since you did not or could not then I will be keeping your bitcoins. With respect to your rhetorical question form of communicating- I can't tell you everything you did wrong, or anything that you did right. I'm not a part of your discussion with GLBSE. What I can tell you is that you are spending your efforts in the wrong place if you want to debate GLBSE policy on this forum. GLBSE has their own sites and communication methods, which I am sure you are aware of. Part of their agreement with all users, both asset creators, and trading customers, is that you will communicate with them through their methods, and that they categorically do not reply to communications in this forum or to PM's sent through it. Without offering an opinion if that policy is right or wrong, I note that you are directing your comments towards them in the wrong venue. Here, they don't care, and have told you that. Same thing for Goat's little drama. He refuses to accept that this is not the place for the discussion, and failing to communicate with them, as he agreed to when he started using their service, he is shocked and awed when things don't go his way. You can choose to be as publicly ignorant as him, or you can take your issues up with the folks that can address them, in the place they have told you they will address them. But, as you observed, trashing them here is probably not the best way to get a favorable consideration on asking them to make an exception for you. Few businesses I am aware of want to be insulted in public with their target audience listening and are then willing to bend over backwards to make exceptions for you. Maybe that's just my experience, but it does go to that whole honey versus vinegar argument. Not true. GLBSE/Nefario actually opened the thread about delisting Goat himself. They only decided to ignore the forum after the SHTF This is worth pointing out. Also, since when does GLBSE have a forum? I'm new around here, but I've asked this at least once before - I was told "no." I'd love to read that forum right now. They used to have a forum. It's been gone since around the time GLBSE 2.0 launched, and GLBSE launched a support account here because the other forum was poorly supported and resulted in information spread out in two different places.

As per the contract The issuer reserves the right purchase back the security at 1.1 times the highest price the asset was traded on GLBSE over the previous month. To me this means that if the issuer is going to buy the security then it must be done at 1.1 times the highest price, otherwise the issuer cannot purchase the shares back. As the issuer is usagi then usagi must pay at least 1.1 times the highest price over the last month. I would interpret the contract differently. That is, if the issuer wishes forcibly to buy back shares, it must be at 1.1 times the highest traded price. This right is reserved. It does not say that this is the only situation in which the issuer may buy back shares if sellers are selling voluntarily for a lower price.

I'd like to stay out of the rest of the mud slinging, but wish to state that the following point is incorrect: GLBSE Fake was never tradeable on version 2.0 of the market. It was imported as a locked asset. Otherwise you could have just listed them and shilled for yourself as you did for pirate. They were not tradeable so you had to make another of your boring threads seeking to trade them through a direct transfer, while seeking an obscene profit level for your poorly thought out investment.
GLBSE Fake definitely were trading on GLBSE 2.0. I can provide evidence for it trading on May 3 and May 15. I also can not recall ever seeing a retraction of Nefario's offer to convert fake to real, and my trading was done on that basis (more for novelty value than anything).

http://s17.postimage.org/7eiptj6u5/seem.jpgSay what you will about the asset proposal, but the area looks pretty cool. I wonder is that an artificial lake there or did they refurbish a natural one into that rectangular shape? It's tremendously huge. What area specifically are you talking about? The one in the picture of course. That's Siem Reap is it not? Clicking through the images on the map I find it mostly very beautiful. I believe that's West Baray, and yes it is artificial. There is also a smaller, East Baray reservoir.

Well...what's the news (and did you see goat's boat in cambodia? lol)
Have you been contacted by the SEC?
Are you a US resident or citizen?
Are you willing to take a list of bondholders to pirate (if bondholders wish) -ofc, they pretty much have to be willing to share the info with you
Do you have any way to verify the ownership of shares with GLBSE, once the owners have reported them to you? i.e. will GLBSE certify a users' holdings? (MPEx is so much easier for this!)
I have a bunch of both FOO.PPPT and BIB.PIRATE - might as well make sure it's all squared up in case there's a miracle and pirate pays.
I've noticed that trading has been suspended. See this post for the closest that comes to an announcement: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=76594.msg1218273#msg1218273 I believe I can still pay dividends in the event that funds are returned by pirateat40. I have not been contacted by the SEC and am not a US resident or citizen. I have no way to verify ownership of GLBSE securities, other than have shares transferred to me. I suggest you contact nefario and he may be able to provide a statement of holdings. I'm not sure how useful it would be, but I could convert holdings to a private deposit if people transfer assets to my user account (brendio:BIB.PIRATE) and provide a GPG-signed statement of holding to clients to pass on to pirateat40 if they think it will help their cause. As I am unlikely to receive any material benefit from this action, and don't want to be inundated with 1000s of requests, I will charge a flat rate 1 BTC fee for this service.

2.2080185 GIPPT 2012-09-25 04:18:41
I have 19 GIPPT shares, so that's 0.1162115 per share if I'm not mistaken.
Great :-) seems like the dividend worked even though the asset was delisted. //DeaDTerra Can somebody work out the total principal repaid so far as dividends? I have not held the shares for the whole time to be able to work it out from my records.

Unfortunately PowerPeePee is a college student. So dealing with the real world is the farthest thing from his insulated and oblivious ass. Expected everyone to chip in for his little class project, and when his scam wasn't accepted, he gets demanding about his refund.
What a maroon!
Hey, that's offensive to maroons!

Could you show proof of collateral?
I can confirm an off-market purchase of 25,000 BIB.BVPS shares by Namworld. However, I cannot say whether they are still held by Namworld.

I will be paying out alot of the smaller accounts in the next couple of hours. This payments will only be prinipal payments. If someone has received interest it will be deducted from their payment and will be paid later so I can at least get everyone's principal back. Generally it is considered unacceptable to pay some creditors before others. Did you notify your creditors prior to deposit that smaller account holders would be considered senior to larger account holders? All creditors should be repaid on a % basis. If you can pay 100 BTC then the creditor who has 10% of all debt gets 10% of the payment, the creditor with 0.5% of all debt gets 0.5% of the payment. In case you need some assistance this 16 year old can show you the proper way to resolve your delinquent debts. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=83679.0All you wannabe "banksters" should read the thread and take notes on how to handle our outstanding debts properly. Also for the love of god can you edit the title of the thread so it no longer laughably says "insured". It never was insured. +1. Payments should be proportional. Pirate should have done the same.
