It sounds to me that they're trying to work around their own beliefs which is just weird to say the least.

I'm not a muslim and don't consider gambling a sin but I believe that you shouldn't knowingly commit the same sin every day even if you pray and do something good right after commiting that sin.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Building a rig if power consumption is not an issue. on: February 10, 2018, 01:01:03 PM
Why go for those shit cards? They draw low power and have low hashrate output, and if electricity is free for you, you should buy heavy cards with high power and high output. Go for 1080TI or 1070TI, anything less then that is waste of money in my eyes.

those cards have doubled in price when bitcoin (and other crypto) increased and have yet to decrease to mirror the current prices of crypto. buying them right now is wasting money.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: February 09, 2018, 09:21:07 PM
any way to sync the wallet faster? my wallet is taking forever to sync.

edit:
oh actually never mind. doesn't look like I have to be fully synced to send xrb.
4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why are all cryptos dropping in price? on: February 01, 2018, 12:21:19 PM
when btc price drops some people goes to panic mode and sell their cryptos for bitcoins before selling the bitcoins.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Unconfirmed Transaction few days... on: January 25, 2018, 12:38:01 AM
you might want to read the sticky.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Any word on amd vega hash rates? on: September 06, 2017, 11:00:25 AM
I saw quite a few non cryptocurrency based sites saying that you can get 43.5mh/s @130w(!!!!) with vega 64. I'm guessing that's all bullcrap?
7  Other / Meta / Re: Is this a sound policy or it's simply too harsh for the buyer? (selling account) on: August 31, 2017, 01:27:41 PM
it's not too harsh, but if you really don't want to get any problem then don't sell the account in the first place. if the new owner ended up scamming then some people will still blame you anyway for selling the account and others won't even believe that you sold the account (fake trade).
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I need to get this transaction with low fee confirmed. I am willing to pay.HELP? on: August 29, 2017, 11:30:40 PM
Quoting someone else:

You should pay someone to push your btc tx on their pool miner. I see that Quickseller and macbook-air user can do that. Or you can try make an account on viabtc and pay 0.01 btc to confirm your tx

Not sure if Quickseller/macbook-air still do that tho.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: WOOow 73 Confirmations and still not confirmed on: August 29, 2017, 11:10:49 PM
are you suuure it has been confirmed !!!
Yes, it is definitely confirmed.  86 confirmations so far, 0.023045 BTC:
https://blockchain.info/en/tx/db4c02c63e43a284c4b9dd0ad3206f61ce6f622e825412c8bbc37567485665ca

(you even said it had 73 confirmations in your subject!)

You need to contact their support - looks like there are several ways of doing so on their contact page - this is a problem with their service or their wallet.

There may be a method of exporting the private key from that address if you are using their online wallet or app and importing it using something else (or sweeping).

thnks for your help  .. i contacted them and they said they have a lot of transactions so they may take time .. i am really upset because i need this money to pay an invoice ... please could you suggest to me another wallet that i can reserve my money in  securelly with some options like  free exchange into dollar and some options of withdraw  .. i will appreciate that .

that's a description of exchanges, not wallet. exchanges are less secure that actual bitcoin wallets for many reasons. they don't give you full control over your bitcoins and you can lose your coins if they get issues or is scamming you.

use real wallets instead if you want security.

bitcoin core
electrum
copay
multibit hd

multibit have been abandoned by the developers. I wouldn't use copay either because of this reason. for new users I'd suggest electrum.

edit:
you can find more wallets recommendation here > https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

Thank u this is really helpfull to me. But i didnt understand activity math. Is it just about time or post are important too.

you get 14 potential activity for every activity periods that you've posted in. for example you have posted in 2 activity periods so your potential activity is 28.
if your potential activity is higher than your post count your activity will start increasing as you post. if not it won't increase until you get more potential activity.
you can find the list of activity periods on the second post of this thread.

according to the forum history in that page, it's the IBG section that's dying. not really a surprise.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: sent coins disappeared on: November 24, 2016, 07:06:48 AM
Try rebroadcasting them. https://blockchain.info/pushtx
Must be because of low fee that it was dropped.

That's what I get for all of them: "Parse: Error Parsing Transaction"

same problem here, how to use https://blockchain.info/pushtx
i got "Parse: Error Parsing Transaction"

you're supposed to enter the raw transactions there, not the transaction ID like the one in the link.
raw transaction hash looks like this.

I'm NOT talking about the url btw.
