I think Chelsea and Manchester united problems are separate issues. For Chelsea; they have a new disjointed team of promising players with little experience, and few quality players in the team; this leads to conflicting performances in the team. For Manchester United; it is more of a tactical problem than injuries; Ten Hag is getting exposed tactically; and deserves the blame; he can only deflect the pressure for a while.

Well, i think Xabi Alonso has done an incredible job at Leverkusen and has repositioned the team compared to previous seasons; yes it is early days thats why fans have to be realistic with demands on the gaffer; Joint top on the league and good performance against Bayern Munich; its impressive for Xabi Alonso who is touted to move to Madrid after Ancelotti leaves iin the summer

The truth that league form has no effect on european form; either europa league or champions league. I agree with you; also i believe that the Saudi League teams are also strategic in their attempts; they have gone after players who still have couple of years to play and also mixed the signings with young players such as Mendy and Neves. With Mahrez reportedly being tempted to move from Manchester city and Henderson + Fabinho touted to join as well. The league is building its reputation well.
