But how?
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Rich have too much on: March 04, 2021, 06:44:37 PM
It is not all about money, it just looks like those people with fortunate life or those rich people became good at laws just because of knowledge and not of money. If you have good knowledge then there would be no problem in terms of that thing because knowledge is always the asset for every aspect of our lives.

I agree with you that knowledge is very important, but we need to be objective here. There are a lot of smart people who are not rich. Most university professors have a lot of knowledge and are smart but are definitely not rich. The salary for the professors is very small for what they could be earning in industry jobs. Also there is a lot of rich families who are rich because their grand parents and so on. So there will also be some dumb people who are fairly rich.
There is a correlation between smart but also unethical but also smart and not wanting, there are different types of smart. So, you need to be "smart to be rich" but you do not need to be "rich to be smart" which means almost all rich people are some sort of smart, not academics smart maybe but still some type of smart, also there are some people who are smart but unethical like Jeff Bezos who doesn't pay a single cent in federal taxes and his workers are paid so little and works so hard that they do not even have a proper bathroom breaks and apply for food stamps that is paid by federal government, so basically amazon costs money to tax payers, just so Jeff Bezos gets richer.

But there are people who found some cancer treatment and got rich, maybe not Jeff Bezos rich but still rich, those deserved it and they are ethical as well and also smart. Basically rich people are always some type of smart, even if not academic type of smart it would still be smart.
3  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: SatoshiHill.com Review Campaign - Full Members to Legendary - Up to 0.0001 Sign Up Bonus on: February 04, 2021, 10:46:12 AM
Stedsm,

This cannot be a "review" campaign.

You must pay a definite momentary benefit for the reviews hence what you will be crediting people do not need to be the actual money (it can be a play-money). For the reviews you must pay a definite reward as you enroll people based on forum rank and not just in random.

Just my opinion; people who prefer enjoying new sites and not minding their time/efforts for reviewing may not bother this.
4  Economy / Services / Re: [OFEP] DeFi For You Signature Campaign || Full member+ payout in btc. on: January 24, 2021, 07:27:32 AM
if you can check the Rules Applied for this particular point , He Ask for 50 merits received for the last 120 days and must have 100 total merits lifetime, Meaning He actually ask for a little addition in the campaign and the total accepted participants is enough for the Job asked by the team.
May be one or two such candidates; because if I am capable of getting 50 merits in 120 days then I might have been into a long term campaign and may not look for this kind of one-off camp.

The Campaign is still eligible for 5 post per day because there are still 8 days left before it ends
What about if people decide to join tomorrow or day after tomorrow?

No big deal here. No personal thing to a manager who already proved their efficiency; if you assume that I sound like that then I am sorry. I just tried to head up into a situation where I have come across many times. (In recent times, HHampuz's one camp faced similar situation and then they decided to accept lower ranks as well).
5  Economy / Services / Re: [OFEP] DeFi For You Signature Campaign || Full member+ payout in btc. on: January 24, 2021, 06:35:49 AM
Campaign is now [CFNP] - Closed for a new participants, although due to the lack of Campaign on the forum this campaign is still [OFEP] - Opened for exceptional participants. Apply by sending me a PM or posting on the thread, your merit earned must be above 100 in total and 50 in the last 120days to quality. You should also be able to deliver above 5 constructive posts daily without spamming.
No offence; I  just got a suggestion for filling up more slots still within your rule of 5 posts per day.

You may convert the campaign into pay per post type by setting minimum posts required for getting eligible for payment into 20 or 25 posts.

This way late joiners will write only 5 posts per day and will do the needed job of promoting 'DeFi For You' into nook and corner of this wonderful community.

Thanks!!
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Peter helping bitcoin pump? on: December 15, 2020, 12:25:06 PM
There will be some of them who will be afraid to buy because of the things he has been saying, and there will also be some of them that are curious and would like to try it out. It’s just like among my friends, when I talk about Bitcoin  there are some of them who would be saying bad about it, saying things like – Bitcoin is volatile and all that, but after they have watched it for years now and seen how it has been growing they are now curious and now they want to be part of it.

This will be the same thing with his fans, most of them would have possibly all the bad that has been said about Bitcoin and how it has still succeeded and going strong, and they will now be developing interest.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A trading chart does not play out to 100% on: November 30, 2020, 07:16:52 PM
When replying to a thread, you should always consider on looking at on the date on how long its been inactive or have no discussions or whatsoever because you are just simply
necrobumping up this post.
You are right but this thread was created by him so I guess he has all the right to reply on it when he feels someone has made a reply and he should answer back or share his opinion.

Charts don't pay out that is right but they pay out more often than the random prediction and if we don't go by charts and market news then we are simply gambling in the name of trading so I guess while charts are no as effective as they are in stock market but yeah it is better to use them still.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Trading Bots: Traders Take On Them on: November 24, 2020, 04:27:28 PM
The problem with bots is the marketing and not the bots themselves. People act like buying a bot would mean that you will profit better than you could personally and that is NOT what trading bots are all about, they do not provide to trading anything more than what you provide because if you do not know how to trade that means you can't make the bot trade better than you neither.
Yeah you are right. For marketing purposes they are advertising with catchy words like big profits through bot trading but practically only up to the level of profits what manual trading is making alone possible with bots and if we run bots all 24 hours then we can make significant profits with respect to more trading hours.
9  Economy / Services / Re: Duelbits.com | Avatar Design Contest ~ 5 Winners/$50 Each! Ends in 7 Days! on: November 19, 2020, 09:44:18 AM
well, no one has posted the work that was made so I try to give the avatar that I designed, hopefully it can be one of the winners.

Good luck mate!

1. You need to provide your Duelbits user ID along with your entry (as per OP).
2. You may need to provide image URL as well (just a suggestion).
10  Other / Off-topic / Do I need to be in favor of the company I am advertising? on: November 17, 2020, 02:53:46 PM
For example, if I wear a signature of a gambling house, do I need to talk in terms of supporting them while I compose posts?

How about campaign managers' and campaign owners' stand on this?
11  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] Aurox Terminal Signature Campaign | Sr. Members+ | $45-$60/Week on: November 07, 2020, 07:33:34 PM
I am still tied to the project you managed before
You may not be proud of that for giving them free promotions.

If I remember correctly, Hhampuz themselves will not entourage that as they have once mentioned about not promoting anything for free of cost. It means it will be always a good practice to remove the signature/avatar once the contract expires.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin changed after 10 years? Does it still have same benefits? on: October 31, 2020, 08:29:40 PM
I don’t really know about that, but which wallet are you using? Because the last time I did a transaction of over $200, which is more than the $100 threshold of yours, I didn’t pay up to the $5 you mentioned not to talk of the $8 for the sending fees.

The only problem I have had is with the waiting time, but with some of the wallets I have, like Blockchain and BitPay, I am able to spend unconfirmed funds (for my BitPay wallet I had to go to the settings and activate it, while for Blockchain the funds appear immediately and I am able to spend them.).
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will replace oil and Gold on: October 30, 2020, 06:01:28 AM
I doubt Bitcoin can replace oil and gold, because both have been used for thousands of years. Indeed, for now investing in Bitcoin is
more profitable than investing in oil and gold, but because Bitcoin cannot be controlled by the government. So the government definitely
prefers oil and gold over Bitcoin. I think Bitcoin will probably only be used as an investment alternative, after all, Bitcoin's popularity is
still below oil and gold. There are still many people who don't understand Bitcoin, so it's too early to mention Bitcoin will replace oil and gold.

Crude oil is pretty new in terms of human history.  It wasn't a major part of the economy or of much importance at all until the industrial revolution.  Gold has thousands of years of history as a store of value. Bitcoin may eventually become a dependable store of value, but the use case for it is extremely low on a practical level. Almost nobody uses it for anything other than speculation at this point due to the wild price swings. It's just another form of gambling.

This is not true. Bitcoin has so many and very strong use cases. it is all just matter of mass adoption. if Bitcoin get accepted widely by nations and govt. and gets to use in daily life then you can see how many benefits are there in using bitcoin.
and that mass adoption I am talking about is happening. Bitcoin already attracted millions of people. and recently paypal announced adding Bitcoin in its platform which means Bitcoin will gain another 26+ million potential users and that is just the beginning.

So don't think bitcoin as just a form of gambling it is a lot more than that. it cannot replace oil, gold or any other assets but it has it's on place and importance.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade by yourself on: October 12, 2020, 07:02:13 PM
Trading involves money and when it comes, anything can happen such as betrayal and scam even if your most trusted friend is the one you asked to do the trade. You know why? It is their human effort and not yours, the fund is just your but that won't make sense for the earnings are justifiable to supposedly be their own because they have done the job. Now, if you do not want that trouble to come along, better do it on your own self rather than depending it into other people to do the trading for you.
I strongly agree that we must not give the control over our own funds to anyone but there are various API integration I believe such that one can trade with your account but still cannot withdraw or manage that section at all.

So, they can only make orders for buy and sell and the worst they can do is get you in loss but cannot scam.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis: French Open 2020 on: October 11, 2020, 07:29:40 PM
Day 10 Headlines:
Diego Schwartzman beats Dominic Thiem  7-6 (7-1) 5-7 6-7 (6-8) 7-6 (7-5) 6-2

Schwartzman is through to the semi-final. What an epic match lasting over 5 hours.
That was indeed a great match because after the 3rd set tie breaker I felt like Thiem has done it and Diego is done for this match. I mean he broke the Thiem's serve and got into the Tie-breaker and I felt like yeah now Diego should have the momentum but he somehow lost the breaker and I even closed the stream since I was only watching for fun and had no bet on the game itself.

But this guy is something else now I see the score and he won, just amazing because against a player who grinds as much as Thiem it must have been a great mentality to win from behind in sets and losing a tie-breaker is never a good feeling specially on clay where you have to play extra shots and get exhausted.

17  Economy / Economics / Re: How freelancing websites killed design and developement bussinesses ... on: October 04, 2020, 04:35:42 PM
While freelancing platforms might have reduced profits for some designers or coders because they take fees but at the other hand they actually opened a massive market for idle freelancers and companies that required workers might be overpaying because they did not had any platform to hire workers.

I understand that they are charging fees but they are not forcing you to join them or work through them but if you do, they have all the right to take their fees because they are providing their valuable platform to both seller and the buy and they also need to pay their team who work behind the smooth working platform and also maintenance fees, etc.

I understand the frustration from some users but more good is being created by them as compared to the minor harm to some developers.
18  Economy / Services / Please suggest me a pro altcoin developers' team along with web developments on: October 03, 2020, 07:05:39 PM

19  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin if there is a global economic crash? on: July 04, 2019, 10:16:01 AM
It is a bit hard to figure out what will really happen to Bitcoin price.

We could find an answer if someone could stitch these together.

  • Gold price when crisis happen
  • China's economy is already in a bear market for a long time, will they see a bull?
  • World economy just hit an all-time high
  • Crypto has not seen a 10yr cycle yet
  • Satoshi started Bitcoin to avoid melt-downs

What do you guys think will happen and why?
Please how did you get to know that Satoshi started cryptocurrency to avoid meltdown? Did you see him write that? So how did you get to know of what you’re just saying now? The only explanation that I know he gave about cryptocurrency is that it is only meant for transactions (peer-to-peer transactions and there is no other explanation, he never talked about investment… if he did, then I don’t know, maybe cause I haven’t taken my time to research about it. Then to answer your main question, I don’t think Bitcoin can be affected by the economy, Bitcoin is completely independent and no matter what happens… it is still going to remain what it is and there is not going to be any changes.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware; Do not Fall for Phishing Sites, Do Not Be a Victim of Scams on: July 03, 2019, 11:59:51 AM

This is essentially for those who are new to the space, that they do not fall prey to cheap scams. The above ad seem to be very popular on facebook, a mimic, requesting you to fill the form and make some deposits to claim your rewards. That's is the scam part. The legit site is https://www.coinmama.com/ and NOT coinmama.com.ru. I am sure those who made deposit will not get anything  out of it as it obviously mimicking another popular site. Just be careful.
Any contrary opinion is welcome for discussion pls.

Well, anyone who is wise should already know that this is a huge scam. First of all they claim. To be giving away free cryptos and then they tell those who register to deposit money before they are given their free cryptos… so how does that even make any sense. You tell someone to register so they can get a free crypto, then you expect them to then deposit and after depositing, they will be given free crypt is and they can then withdraw their money and the free money as well… that just doesn't make any sense. And btw… free air drops should be asking people to first of all deposit money before they are given anything. That's why I don't even show interests to things like this, not to talk of giving any information about myself to them.
