Нет ни одного официального контакта ни в одной (анти)социальной сети, ни в одном мессенджере. Так что ждите ответа, если уже написали в пожддержку, можете напоминать одминам в чате. А если не написали - пишите в поддержку.

Больше похоже, что вся эта тема создана для того, чтобы рекламировать этих скамеров, которые потом уведут аккаунты юзверей, а те будут и дальше наезжать на биржу и поддержку, хотя на самом-то деле так и не осознают своей тупости.
