How does the LancerNetwork aim to overcome this issue? The whitepaper only very briefly describes how workers rate customers, and does not seem to address at all how customers rate workers.

You're absolutely correct. Accordingly, the proper practice will differ from country to country. For example, there are a lot less implications in having a simple protocol for this in the US, as opposed to many European countries, like France. Per our current road map, we're establishing the protocol architecture first, adhering to the US system first where there are fewer administrative roadblocks. As we refine the core features in the application, we will then work to create a fit in non-US geographies - Canada and Western Europe. Presently have 3 lawyers collaborating with us on this project - 1 American and 2 French - to first create a standard procedure, and then to build in more flexibility for dynamic splits. The idea itself is not unprecedented so we're confident it can be done as we make more progress. Is there any particular area you're concerned about? Thanks for your reply. Can someone explain, why USA and China are prohibitted from contributing to the icon sale? I understand china, as stated on https://smoke.network/ico under faq "As such citizens from these countries are blocked from the Smoke Network ICO due to unclear regulatory rules by their governments", but USA? I do not live there, so I'm not familiar with the regulations. Would appreciate if someone could explain a little more. Its the same situation for the majority of ICOs. The reason people from those countries are currently banned from participating in ICOs is best explained in the text you quoted - "unclear regulatory rules by their governments". Because the regulatory rules regarding ICOs are unclear for those countries the ICO projects are playing safe by preventing people from those countries from investing in case they break any laws. |

At the moment SafeNode seems like too much of a generic ZeroCoin fork. It would be beneficial to have additional features to the x16r algorithm to make the coin more distinguishable and appealing.

It seems unclear why a blockchain operating system is needed, or would be practical and beneficial. The whitepaper could provide more in depth detail of the technical aspects of the project. The team seems impressive but as another poster has mentioned there are currently no LinkedIn profiles of the team members.

If the Soundeon project can be implemented successfully, the main features the platform offers eg Music Token Sale, Soundeon Exchange, Soundeon Monitor and Soundeon Player, all seem like great use cases of blockchain technology. There have been a lot of music related blockchain projects that haven't really achieved success so far, so it will be interesting to see how Soundeon progresses.

Basically a better facebook for cannabis users  its more than that, its also a kind of reward system! like steemit, allmost Yes at a basic glance seems very similar to a Steemit platform for cannabis users. Interesting idea but with cannabis being increasingly legalised however, it remains to be seen if one of the project's main aims of overcoming censorship issues continues to remain relevant in the future. |

At the moment there doesn't seem to be any reason to choose Matador fund over the countless other cryptocurrency hedge funds that have recently appeared.
At the very least will need to see the past results of the self developed Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

Don't think there have been too many raffle crypto projects so the project is definitely interesting in that regard, however one could be skeptical of the long term economic viability of the project for the team as well as investors.
If the weekly raffle is intended to be a dream car then the initial 70% of ICO funds allotted for weekly prizes should deplete very fast, then it seems the rest of the money needed for the weekly prizes would depend on the price of the CRYDE tokens the team can obtain by selling the raffled tokens on exchanges, which would be subject to massive weekly sell pressure they themselves are creating to obtain the weekly prize money in the potentially vicious cycle.
