Mein größtes Problem ist die Wahl der Artikel.
Der gesamte Teil des crowlens ist kein Problem. Ich habe Bots erstellt, die jeweils eine einfache Aufgabe erfüllen. Ein Bot überprüft die Rss-Feeds von Websites, ein anderer sucht nach Keywords in Artikeln, ein anderer erstellt einen Rss-Feed, der Artikel nach Themen klassifiziert.

Das Problem sind die Artikel. Ich kann Artikel filtern und klassifizieren, aber die meisten Artikel sind nicht sehr interessant und sind eher versteckte Werbung für ein ICO oder eine Kryptowährung.

Also habe ich mich auf den legislativen der Länder konzentriert. Aber am Ende wurde mir klar, dass es das Gleiche ist. Die Artikel sind mehr Ankündigungen, dass diese Bank oder diese Persönlichkeit ein Kommentar über Bitcoin gemacht hat.

The Real Democracy aid program is funded with half of the salaries of MEPs. Each disctrict within each European country will decide for itself the direction of the food, transport, energy and education projects. The aim of Real Democracy is to provide the technical infrastructure for cooperation between citizens in every European country.

Food
Good food is the first guarantee of good physical and mental health. The only way to access food at the lowest cost and at the best quality is to produce it yourself. Of course, few people have neither the time nor the knowledge, let alone the land to grow vegetables.
The food project will focus as much on food production in rural and urban areas. Real Democracy will provide the material, land and education needed to grow food for collective projects (because growing vegetables in a group promotes social cohesion) already existing and planned.

The Real democracy districts are the decision-making places of the people.

What you need is an on-grid solar installation.

It’s a solar panel + a micro-inverter. The cost of such an installation is 1 euro /watt.

During the day you produce electricity that you use immediately (no battery). During the night you use the electricity from your electricity provider.
If you put batteries you have to multiple by 2 the price of the installation and it becomes a much more complex installation.

I want to start a multilingual crypto news website in the style of Courrier international. What is Courrier international? 1 weekly French newspaper, which selects and translates press articles from around the world on political and cultural issues.

The editorial line of my website will be:
- The evolution of regulation with a focus by continent: European, African, Asian, South American and North American continents.

- Weekly "reviews" on the progress of the top 50 alt-coins of the marketcap.

- The website will be multilingual. First in FR and DE, then ES, then all European languages, then the Asian languages. But If I have only partners from Asia  or South America I will adapt. I am flexible.

- Incomes
Ads on the website but also a paid app that allows subscribers to have a version with customs filters and alerts according to their interests. Like criptopanic but with multilingual sources which are translated in the language you want.

I can handle the machines that collects, classifies and translates the articles. I've already run some tests. I aggregated and translated in 25 days 73 articles in FR and DE from websites in EN, DE, ES, NL. (I am a translator and I speak all this languages). The ultimate goal is to be able to generate alert signals from the number of tweets, comments and articles published on a given topic.

I need help for the most important part. The final selection of articles that need to be made by humans. This allows the machines to be well calibrated so that they can select the articles that are interesting and relevant for the readers. In practice this means: creating relevant categories for the machines and therefore the readers.

Then there is the whole web marking / social networks part (Twitter facebook medium, ect), and partnerships with cryptocurrencies or other crypto newspapers. I know a little bit about it in theory but I really don't have the fiber for it.

Cela permet de bien calibrer les machines pour qu‘elle puissent sélectionner les articles qu‘on trouvent intéressants et pertinents. Dans la pratique ça veut dire: créer un tableau avec des catégories pour les machines et -> donc les lecteurs.

Le but ultime étant de pouvoir générer des signaux d‘alertes à partir du nombre de tweets, de commentaires et d‘articles publiés sur un sujet donné. Un peu comme criptopanic mais en multilingue.
