How about reducing the Captchas when halving the reward?
I suggest to reduce to 2 Captchas when reward will be 0.5 und to 1 Captcha when reward will be 0.25.

Can't it be possible that this even lowers the volume on bittrex when the volume spreads to more exchanges?
