For those who ask for escrow, I can tell you that you never need escrow when dealing with Dr-Exchanger. I have traded near $30K of Amazon GC with him for the past year, with majority of them on consignment, in other words I send him the gift card code and proof image BEFORE receiving payment. It takes a while for all of them to be processed, and the rate may be slightly lower than some others, but at the end he always hold up his end of the deal. He is a rare assets in the world of the BTC marketplace.

certificate is named "Athina Drakopoulos".

We do not expect to recover the lost certificate but will appreciate the Bitcointalk

community to further investigate this person activities.
