1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anyone else uses Bot's to trade @Binance ? on: August 10, 2018, 02:10:49 AM
stop using anything random that you find on the internet, you are trusting your money to an unknown thing with not much history. most of the times you get scammed out of your money when you trust but it is not always about scams. it is also about the fact that something new and untested is going to have bugs and you can lose money in it. not to mention that most people around here are beginners who have little idea how to trade, using a bot for them is just more complication.

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Right Time on: August 10, 2018, 01:33:30 AM
most of the traders bought BTC after 2107 hype with media attention and so, big percentage is newbie. ppl think that they are experienced day traders and willing to buy the dip, but the reality is that you cant calculate and foresee dip. Just be aware of your own reality and dont try to find the dip, wait for the trend reversal and buy that time
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: August 05, 2018, 05:51:44 AM
We ar selling and buying dreams, so nowadays the only important thing is marketing and a good idea
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the altcoin will recover again ?? :( on: August 05, 2018, 05:39:15 AM
it differs from coin to coin.
if a coin's cycle is over, i do not think that they will recover as expected, i am trying new coins with full of news.
i do not believe any of them, only difference is marketing and coin's age
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryto signal trading on: August 02, 2018, 01:27:39 AM
Guys i m new i want to know why people make a trading signal channel what the purpose ??

and what you guys think about crypto trading channel ?
Why they do create trading signal channel?  Then only one thing comes to my mind on where those creators of those group neither they would build up a group either free or paid ones but most of them do have still the same target or aim which is to lure in people do follow up their trade but doesn't mean those signals are effective because most groups are just total fraud and just using up others investors money just to sell of their bags when the price had been pumped up by those noobs who just joined in.

clear explanation
6  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How Can/Do You Store Files on a Blockchain? on: July 27, 2018, 02:26:51 PM
I think this is solid answer, IPFS is one of the examples.
Its great that it works even today and you can see great community there.

Sorry, but that is just not entirely true.

First of all, storing a hash is not storing the file. The OP specifically asked for storing a file and not just recording it's existence. What if someone wants to store a file that will be there even if all his computer equipment is destroyed?

Also, you can save all those files on the Blockchain fairly cheaply - no 100,000$ needed.

1 MB data can be split up on 8192 1-of-3 transactions using 2*64 byte from the second and third public key.

I am not sure how much overhead comes with each of those ... let's say it's 300 byte per transaction to calculate easier. That would make the 8192 transactions a total size of 2,4MB including overhead. Currently, 0.00001 BTC/kB is enough to get your TX confirmed. That would be 0.024576 BTC to store your 1 MB file incl. overhead.

That is 195.90 USD, not 100,000.00!

We are trying to run a project which every member will have about 500mb or 1gb files. Is it possible to store on blockchain?
or can you give some advice how to store every big files of members anonymously?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bull Market has come? on: July 27, 2018, 02:19:36 PM
I think the price movement in cryptocurrency is just a small mode of action by the whales, they are pre-empting that if the SEC will approve the ETF proposal, it will ignite the price hike, not yet for the bull to run but fully whales manipulation.

Every big movements starts by the whales in every market, not only cryptos
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: RE: WHY MOST FALL IN PRICE SOON AFTER LISTING ON EXCHANGE on: July 27, 2018, 01:33:12 AM
Because of dumpers, bounty hunters, cause they want immediate profit after they already get thier shares.  This scenario always happen when a coin is being listed in an exchange .

If you are talking about the first listing, i am agree with you. but every new listing has similar dumps because price is getting high by the rumors or by the buyers who knows about listing information, and then of course fall in price after listing
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bull Market has come? on: July 26, 2018, 01:44:09 PM
When most of the people start to think bull market has come, it is the beginning of bear market and vice versa, this is the best indicator
the rising rate of the cryptocurrency in the market especially the bitcoin is very unbelievable. when I look at the price of the bitcoin in the market last week it is only at the price range of 6,300$-6,500$ . but now when I look at the price, I was shock because the price is higher that is about 1/4 of the price is add. it was in the price of 8,000$. it is the beginning of the bull run and I am sure that sooner that alternative coins rise too.

When BTC move starts to slow or decrease, altcoins will rise that time, i am planning to start buying my favorite altcoins when btc is above 9k and i will be all-in at altconins when btc starts to drop
10  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is Mathematics really important in our lives? on: July 26, 2018, 02:23:21 AM
Yes, mathematics is really important in our lives. Tho, the subject is really hard for the others because it has many formulas that is needed to memorize and its pure numbers. But the most important thing is the simplest equation, which are the addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Mathematics is not just a scary or boring lesson at school, it is the language of the nature, everyone of us knows mathematics, the school stuff aims to talk same way by the symbols. if you meet the right person, he/she can show you that you know mathematics Smiley

mathematics is the hints that the creator leaves in nature

token distribution is very important, the more unequal token distribution, the more likely they are to dump
13  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What is the cost of building an ICO website: on: July 26, 2018, 01:37:10 AM
I think it is not a big expense to build a website.
The real cost is to build a blockchain platform.

can you explain the prices with a detailed explanation of each part
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: SCIENTISTS FIND SECOND, 'HIDDEN' LANGUAGE IN HUMAN GENETIC CODE on: July 26, 2018, 12:46:09 AM
When I think of DNA and genetic codes it reminds me of my car. I really know next to nothing about cars. I mean, I can do the basic things, like check my oil or tire pressure, but I always feel like if I change something I'll mess something up. I think that DNA is something that all humans understand at least as little as I understand cars. It's great that we are making progress in researching these matters, but I think we're far from the point where it would be smart make any changes in human DNA. I think it is great that this information can be used to diagnose different things. I have heard that it's possible to test an embryo's DNA before implanting it into the mother to see if it will have any big diseases. I think DNA will play a much bigger role in medicine in the future.

It is nearly impossible to manipulate the DNA because all cells have DNA, but it is easy to check an embryo's sequence
15  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How Can/Do You Store Files on a Blockchain? on: July 25, 2018, 01:54:23 AM
sure we can store files on blockchain, but it will be very inefficient and bloated in size
it would be better to have a blockchain for storing "references" to actual file location
the file can be stored in multiple locations, and the blockchain serves as a pointer to them
I'm thinking of "napster meets blockchain", we have distributed file sharing and then blockchain to keep all valid references

I like this idea
We have a new project and it is necessary to store files on blockchain, we are not at that stage but it is good to know that we have some options Smiley

Isn't this article just describing one of the functions of DNA promoters, gene expression?

No, because promoters are usually upstream of protein coding regions. This paper claims that transcription factors, which are known for binding promoters and enhancers, also sometimes bind the protein coding regions themselves. This may create additional evolutionary constraints on the protein code, which could affect codon bias.
It's certainly novel, and quite interesting, but not totally revolutionary as the press releases like to insinuate.

is it about which part of the gene is encoding for proteins in means of introns and exons?

I wonder if the people can reply to you. It would be great if they could still.

 Smiley

I will announce a project about the know features of DNA and also aiming to discover the unknown features of genetic code. Smiley working hard on it

There are many more features along with code properties in DNA
19  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to make your project successful? on: July 21, 2018, 12:41:17 AM
Try to come up with a real world solution to a problem, or make it so that your project has a real usage case

even a projects is a real solution to a  problem, it is hard to realize it
20  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to make your project successful? on: July 19, 2018, 11:54:08 PM
let's say if i have a great idea but do not have any software, programming skill and also do not have money.
whats is the way to make the my idea real
You can convince some people to invest on your project, you can even describe about your project here and some people may come into support you.Not everyone have every skill so making group of people is the good way to get successful project .

Of course everyone thinks their idea is good or best, so do i Smiley how do i find skillful and trustful people to support me or work together.
