I opened a Fortunejack account some weeks ago and deposited 0,06 BTC. Because I am no betting specialist, I bought some picks over the last weeks at blogabet and made some picks with the 0,06 BTC. After some weeks and some luck I had 0,36 BTC on my account. Yesterday I tried to make my first withdrawal about 0,07 BTC. Normally this takes some minutes livechat told me. But after some hours nothing happens and I became an email:
" We are contacting you in regards to your account status. FortuneJack strictly enforces its policy of not allowing multiple accounts, and your account has been found to be associated with at least one additional account, which is considered illegitimate use of our website.
In direct accordance with our Terms & Conditions, winnings obtained by a player found to have multiple accounts are considered illegitimately obtained and will not be credited to the player's account and/or voided. This applies to any additional Games or Services that you participate in with funds obtained from illegitimate website use.
Failure to meet the requirements of FortuneJack's security policies can result in any or all of the following security procedures:
- Withhold all active transactions until further notice.
- Withhold all existing financial resources at user's disposal.
- Permanently discard all associated accounts.
Please reply directly to this email regarding the multiple accounts associated with your profile. "
I was shocked, because I never made a Fortunejack account in the past or will do it in the future.
So I wrote them my story and offered them also to give them documents like my identity card which has the same name and birthdate as my email adress. Same I did with my BET365 account and it seems to be normal for verification.
Now, some minutes ago my account balance is 0,06 BTC again!!! Whole winnings were deducted.... No email... Livechat told me that there is a case of multi accounting...

I signed up to FJ over a year ago. Around my 4th deposit I cashed out about $40,000 from slot wins.
I received an email regarding my account and possibly a duplication. I freaked out as i had never signed up before. So FJ organised a Skype call which I made at the time we found suitable and answered their questions.
It turns out the VPN I was using which is allowed or was back then I'm assuming still is as I've had no issues, was causing the issue as the IP used was registered to 100s of accounts. Hence the multiple account issue.
Anyway after a few days and me freaking out thinking I'd lost the funds turns out all was good in the world.
I received the withdrawals and had 0 in since then. Just have a bit of faith, explain the situation and they are lovely. However their system is pretty smart, so if you have tried to do the multiple account thing, they will or could restrict you. Like every casino online out there and rightfully so in my opinion.
I'd be happy to put up the txids if you would like the proof of the withdrawals. U sure on the guidelines of the forum about that.
