Guys, 2000µ฿ is not really a big deal (minimum withdrawal amount was 5000µ฿).

@OP, under Casino Games there is around 300 games and it is making the home page loads slowly. It would be better if you use pagination (10-20 games on each page).

Did you buy the casino from a service provider or developed yourself? From the website, it seems like you have bought it from a service provider. The images and interface seem like I've seen them before on another website.

I also have the same question how could they know if the person is already at the legal age it would only be done with KYC, And I don't think that gamblers really like to give away their personal information . I created an account and by the time I tried to login, It says it Ive entered wrong email or password. I didnt even receive any email for registering. Please look into it. Maybe you need some more tests to be done for bug fixes before you make it operational.
Yes, putting a real email address is arbitrary. You can put anything you want at this point. We never ask for any ID or player verification. As I have stated before in order to clear the bonus you need to wager real mBTC made by your own deposit. I have also changed the title of the thread and removed the ''No deposit'' part. On your other thread i see you write that after playing with the no deposit promotion, you cant play on like its normal bonus but you have to deposit and make the wagering requiments in order to be able to unlock the funds from the no deposit promotion. So this is not really a real no deposit bonus where you can withdrawal if you wager it...

Okay, as this thread and the op seems relatively active, even though the first post appeared back in summer, I'll leave my feedback here as well. 1. The website looks nice overall, but please change "informations' to "information" in the navigation below the main content of the first page. 2. Terms and conditions as a pure html file? Where's your design there? I think you should fix it. 3. Not all Bitcoins may be withdrawn: Bitcoins credited to your Account as Winnings can be withdrawn anytime. However, if you deposit Bitcoins and do not play at all in the platform, you may withdraw unplayed Bitcoins only if your Account is closed.
What is this? Why can't a person withdraw the deposited money just because none was wagered? And how to close account to get that more or something? This seems unfair to me. Oh, and later on there's a point about the right of casino to use one's bitcoins after a year and a month of inactivity of the user - I think the period should be logner than that. Good luck! I will send this wording to be double checked. It is not clear to me why this is stated as it is not our practice at all. Hi! The casino is not bought and the entire platform is built from scratch. It's not a white label of any sort. The games are codeveloped to work in crypto and we will be adding third party providers in the future Okay sounds great then! I'd advise you to stay away from the third party providers since people don't have very good experiences playing on their games. Additionally, house edges seem to be much higher on these games. There are some casino games that are reliable and have a great reputation in the standard gaming industry so we will definitely consider some additional providers. Especially the live games. |
