You dont have any solid proof that ever had assets on altilly but you want a refund? Not even one deposit confirmation email?
Blockchain has proof that even you or the scammer can't change anything. If the funds are successfully sent to your hot wallet, then it is proof and you can't deny it. Very strange, I've never even seen a reputable exchange use this method. The recovery method you requested is a waste of time for the real owner of the funds. Even people new to crypto know that blockchain verification is more credible than screenshots. Does your team not have competent resources to analyze blockchain transactions? If you insist on generalizing claim terms like that, your problems will never go away at least refunding the user who can sign the address. Blockchain does not provide proof that you own the address it was sent to. I will try to get more details on the signatures. I myself am not a blockchain guru. I am a customer service manager. Well, if you are not competent in this matter, then why are you doing this? Invite someone who understands this, if any. Only it seems to me that your entire so-called team consists of 2 people - you Charles and Nayiem. Well, the rest are secondary representatives (admins, moderators, etc.), who do not play any role. After the hack occured most of the rest of the team moved on. Myself and nayiem are doing the best we can to refund users.

Screenshots can be easily manipulated this is correct. That is why we only accept them for the deposit confirmation emails.
There is information in those emails that will tell me if the screenshot has been manipulated. Which information it is I will not divulge or scammers will know how to screw us.
So let me summarize what you are saying.
You dont have any solid proof that ever had assets on altilly but you want a refund? Not even one deposit confirmation email?

Hello, this is Charles
Due to the loss of our database to the hacker, we have absolutely no way of showing who owned what wallet address without the deposit confirmation emails. These emails contained your username your, deposit address, the amount of the deposit and the TX ID.
We sent out these emails for any deposit that was made and due to the amount of people trying to claim deposits that did not belong to them by simply grabbing a tx id off of an explorer that showed an address and claiming it was theirs we had to do something to ensure we were not giving refunds to fake claims.
I will approve any refund however if you can provide me your deposit address, that it is an altilly address and some sort real proof that it belongs to you.
We have absolutely no intentions of trying to keep anyone from a refund. We just need to know beyond doubt that it is legitimate.
If you are able to provide the above then please by all means reply back to your tickets and ask for me personally.
Charles aka Chuck Altilly Customer Service

Altilly scammers wrote to me in email that they can return 507,000 PAC, but my deposit was 999,990 PAC. When asked why they want to return only half, they have not answered for 2 days. Admins delete my questions in the telegram. if there is anyone deceived by this exchange, let's get together and how to solve this issue. My telegram @ ayron15
The agents are very busy handling thousands of refund cases. Please be patient. If a mistake was made just reply in a civil manner and it will be corrected That is, to be rude, you will not return the money ?? Is it obligatory to delete messages in the telegram and then block them altogether? What is your attitude towards the users from whom you received money? Im not sure where in what i wrote you saw that his money would not be returned. I told him to contact the agent and they would make the correction if there was an error.

We are currently reorganizing our plan on how we will be refunding saved assets. These will be refunded by the project name in alphabetical order and updated on website as we work on them so all can see the progress and know what to expect and when. We appreciate your continued patience as we continue trying to get user funds back to those we are currently able to
Today, January 25th 2021 the deadline for filling out the form will have been reached. You have only a short time left to file your claim for lost assets. We have left the form open for 30 days to allow all who have lost assets on Altilly to file your claim
The form will be closed and gone after today
FYI: The form was originally going to be held open until Feb 26. This has now changed. We need all claims to be in before we can start sending the majority of refunds and at this point we are going to assume that anyone who cared about their assets on altilly has by now filled out the claim form.
99% of claims coming in now are from fakes and scammers

And that shows how much of a noob you are. They have kept communication open, it is still there and they are not hiding anything.
Deposits not working days before the announcement of the hack, i made one deposit that did not receive, i saw in the chatbox that other users faced similar problems, so i waited, but i made a second deposit and keep waiting, then they announced they got hacked. Deposits and Withdrawals for some coins like BTC, DOGE, LTC not working days prior the hack, then the exchange goes offline and they say is because the server rebooted and deleted the database. Who is noob? Those idiots didn't backup the Database? or replicated into another server? or have a raid? or tried to recover the files with any of the recovery tools available? Don't you think smells like a scam? Why they allow users like me to deposit if they knew they got hacked? if they really got hacked? Now they are blaming that someone gained access to an email, and use it to access the servers, the database is gone, and they cannot give back the remaining coins.
