Czyli.. Można odzyskać.

No ciekawa sprawa.
Na chłopski rozum - kto by to zrobił?!
No nic innego nie widzę..

Okay, out of curiosity i did try to check out the site and i do saw that this do pertains about exchange hack service? or you do include other forms of hack like personal wallet being ripped off by somebody?
Frankly speaking where its really hard to trust up new service in regards to recovery of stolen funds.Hence, these are almost impossible things to be done unless if you do really fought hardly on legal way and had enough funds to support it up but if not then its really hard to consider it out.
All cases, not only hacks/scams.

Its already implemented
I'm sure they're already implementing Coinfirm's software, but they must be ignoring the FATF thresholds for now. I haven't seen any changes to their KYC verification tiers -- that's what matters. They're still allowing 2 BTC ($16,500) per day withdrawals with no verification or recipient info required. I wonder for how much longer... Yep, but it's gonna be monitoring transactions - AML, not changes in Binance KYC process.

Today Q&A (13th September 2019 - 16:00 CET) will take place with the co-founder of Coinfirm and AMLT Token. Coinfirm cooperates with Ripple on AML, Coingecko with exchange risk and many more. How does it look with XRP?Within the investigation, Coinfirm will reveal information such as whether XRP has been processed by a "mixer" — a technology developed to make transactions more difficult to trace and therefore easier to launder crypto — clustering, which enables a user to send small amounts of currency through many different addresses — as well as whether the funds come from a known theft or hack. How does it look with Coingecko?CoinGecko and Coinfirm will better highlight exchange activity and security while giving users the ability to report scams, hacks, and fraud into the AMLT Network. What do you think: Will Ripple grow its implementation range thanks to this collaboration? Will Ripple increase security and transparency? If you need answers, take a link for Q&A: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rM2YiLGQ8Rc&feature=youtu.be
