Gonna do exactly what you named your site.
82  Economy / Gambling / Re: ☼ ☁ Weathbet.com ☁ ☼ - Bet on weather condition ✺ NEW ✺ BTC, LTC, DOGE on: September 18, 2015, 12:33:22 PM

I know what provable and fair mean, but collectively they belong as a kind of copyright term which means only SHA256 verification of bets, not something that can be verifiable after making the bets.
They should use the term "Provable" or "fair" or "Provable and fair".

huh? Copyright term? LMAO Tongue

So if I used SHA512 instead it is no longer provably fair, right?

It is only what it does, mate. I think this discussion is off-topic. The spcific system you are referring to is not implementable in these cases.

Take Weathbets. There are two cases:
1. Weathbets does not provide a source for temperature, wind speed and atm presure data. It is possible to make a win lose, and the other way round. This is what is meant by not being provably fair.
2. Weathbets provide a source for the result of the bets. The source is independent and an official one. So the player can check whether the wind speed is correct or whatever and verify his bets. This is what is referred to as being provably fair.

Which means Weathbets is provably fair, as each of the bets can be verified, and OP cannot change the result of a bet.

Thanks Smiley
ndnhc
This discussion is not off-topic as I am discussing about a term in their site which is wringly place, as for your arguments.
Forget I said SHA256 I meant hash. What you seem to take as Provably Fair is just verifiying of bets not Provably Fair, or you should name every sports betting site as Provably site. And provably fair is supposed to be a verification as in, the result was in some server but encrypted so as not to cause player to change his bet, and should be totally random, but weather is not AFAIK fitting in any of them, ok maybe some randomess but not as much as Provably fair provides.
83  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: September 18, 2015, 11:16:12 AM
No its not about that M ... Smiley
Soon i might no longer be mod on Primedice. So i lose red M . :/ .

Gtg now. See yaa... And good luck everybody! Smiley
I wonder why you would want to leave the MOd status.. anyway randall and frog are doing their best to dominate the chat in every possible way.

All jokes aside i should be starting working at support pretty soon. I wont have the full access of course but still i will be able to help speed up support time a lot. So i might be getting A tag , that's why i might lose M Cheesy .

We will see how it goes. Smiley
By A you mean admin tag?

Welcome back weathbet, gonna do some betting here and I think its gonna be a lot better than sports betting.
But I think you may need to correct this:
Quote
Weathbet is provably fair?
Yes
I think you guys are confusing Fair with Provably fair with the latter meaning Verification using Sha256 which I'm pretty sure the site doesnt provide.
Anyway good luck with the site

Provably fair, means fairness is provable. One way hashing algorithms like SHA256 are one way of doing it (which is not possible in sports betting nor in this case).

tl;dr Weathbet.com is provably fair.  Cool
You should try a google mate: http://dicesites.com/provably-fair
http://provablyfair.org/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/18rh3v/how_does_provably_fair_gambling_work/
To end it, provably fair is a completely different thing than being able to verify your bets, it is a "system" and weathbet hasn't implemented it.

Or

Take a dictionary and look up what is meant by "provable" and what is meant by "fair". Link them up to find out what "provably fair" is. Cheesy

lol, so for sportsbook or weathbet, how do they know what to hash it with? The outcome is verifiable, and out of control of OP, so it qualifies for the terminology to be used.  Cool

Edit: From your first link. "Provably fair is a tool that enables you (the player) to verify each roll result and make sure you are not being cheated!" It is what it does.
I know what provable and fair mean, but collectively they belong as a kind of copyright term which means only SHA256 verification of bets, not something that can be verifiable after making the bets.

86  Other / Meta / Re: Should people who promote ponzis in their signature be given a negative trust? on: September 18, 2015, 10:15:02 AM
It's a quite hard question, and in my opinion in this case we can count on the Criminal Code. In my country there is no criminal responsibility for information distribution of some pyramid investment scheme or other financials bubbles. So I think people who promote ponzis in their signature can also be cheated so they should't be given a negative trust.
Well it doesnt work the same way in bitcointalk. Negative trust "definition" is : You believe the person is a scammer or you highly believe he is going to scam. But you are free to have your opinion

88  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: September 18, 2015, 09:56:59 AM

But it is only reasonable that a gal like you has faith, isn't it?    Cheesy

We are fighting against atheism, don't confuse your opponents.

Thank You.

Don't fight atheism. Do like Jesus told His disciples when He sent them out.

Jesus told them to share the message. If the people didn't accept the message, simply shake the dust off their feet when they left those people. He didn't tell them to fight with those people. He told them to preach, and then leave.

Smiley
you spek like he was beside you when telling those words ,anyway hesaid that because when people start thinking that is the end of all religions' "all",and argueing them can have an adverse effect as religious people have no proof and can become atheist very easily ,i mentored properly.

Jesus said it for several reasons.

- He didn't want his disciples to get into a fight and get hurt.

- There were a lot of people to bring the Gospel message to, so they didn't have time to get into long-winded arguments.

- God doesn't take freedom from anyone; preach, but let the people make up their own minds.

- This was a training time for the disciples. So, they needed to get a variety of different people and their responds so that they could bring the points back to Jesus and He could explain it all to them.

Smiley
Fights among the religious guys this is gonna be fun

Congratulations to users Drazer and Syranora who recently joined Primedice +100 BTC club. He managed to win over 230btc (55000$) over 3 of his accounts in just couple of days.
Its amazing what low house edge (1%) and a bit of luck can do for a player!
It was so much fun watching him play!

Drazer looks fishy ? number of wins and losses are very close to be same ,
unlike his other alt account 'Syranora' which Is quite normal.

Nothing fishy about that. He plays some modified kind of martingale which only he understands Cheesy . So when you play like that you dont even need to have more wins than losses to keep going in profit. You just need to evade long loosing streaks. Which he is doing very well somehow Cheesy .

Also he is tipping huge amounts on chat so stop by the chat have some fun watching him play and you might even get some tips Smiley .
Man I always miss those huge rains from highrollers, and don't get me started on Happy Hours.

If you spend some time on pd chat it will happen eventually, that is for sure Smiley .

He is also using ref links from mods when he makes new accounts, so most of us will also share some of that commission. I will giveaway big chink of it.
Getting on Pd this instant, don't miss me though

94  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.05 btc loan. on: September 18, 2015, 09:28:35 AM
understood it
So you mean going through all the feedbacks your account stands at zero rating, if you'd be able to hold your account by a escrow, I'm willing to give this loan otherwise nope.

I don't have any property or a source of income on INTERNET to earn some bucks from internet than making some posts and earn some bucks . Tell me, if i will provide this account, then how i will be able to make a repayment,?
So you are going to repay the loan with your account's posts, oh well not interested in that case.
95  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: September 18, 2015, 09:25:58 AM

They call it panic mode over here in the States. It doesn't have to do with gods, or with shamanistic spiritual attitude. It has to do with focusing the mind and brain into states of panic to get the desired results. Science, not religion.

Smiley

I already told you: you need to beat atheists with your own weapons.

Faith not Reason.

"You cannot beat them with Reason".

Thank You.
IT goes the other way for us atheists probably thats why you guys still are losing
96  Other / Off-topic / Re: what is your iq ? on: September 18, 2015, 09:25:19 AM

You mean stopped, not mastered, don't you?   Smiley

Ahhh... ok you were talking to me.

Good to know.

Thank You.

I try to quote only the people I am talking to. However, I might quote somebody else to make a point to the one I quoted first.

If I hadn't been talking to you, I wouldn't have quoted you.

Don't you ever sleep? Or are you twins?

 Cheesy
Who're you talking about again?

I thought it would be clear when I said I was talking to the one I was quoting.   Smiley
Yeah I got that but who is my twin you are speaking off?
100  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.05 btc loan. on: September 18, 2015, 09:15:26 AM
Looking for 0.05 btc loan.

Reason : Domain Purchases

Repayment = 0.055btc ( 10%)

Term  = 5 days { Coming Wednesday )

Btc address = 1A7RdYVo6rVmPXLHeeHqnTym7otCNmCDPb
And what collateral are you providing?

Currently , I don't have any collateral to Provide itself. But, I have a good repayment History on forum which you can check it.
According to TheNewAnon135246(a more trusted person than you) you seem to be selling hacked database which in itself is a shady thing.
And you have got a positive trust from a guy who has negative trust and a positive trust from a guy who can as well be a shill account.
Lastly you got a feedback from a trusted guy bitcoinboy but its not a positive, and loan amount was too low.
Tell me again which good loan history you are talking about
