Yes, I would be interested as a buyer as well since I have a signature edition coming. You mentioned that it was signed by Gravitate as well? I missed that part in Elianite's thread, if so... Thanks. He hasn't agreed yet. The OP shows the makers who have expressed interest so far. I may send a few makers a PM in a couple days in case they hadn't seen the thread.

Please let me know.....asap I will need to hold some of the books while the labels are signed. I really like this idea!!! Thanks I guess we can see if it makes sense for people to wait on their sig editions or just have me ship these labels direct to them. Costs for a envelope won't be too much for labels alone. It may be several weeks before I get these back from the makers. There will be a lot of logistics and details to figure out as well.

I would be interested in having some more autographs on my book.
How much would you charge for this?
I would be willing to hear people's opinions. Like I mentioned earlier...it really depends on how many buyers (splitting up postage costs) and how many makers agree to sign the labels. Not sure what a reasonable price is yet. A few dollars per signed coin maker's label? I'll have to crunch the numbers to see what covers costs.

Hopefully by now some of you are receiving your regular edition copy of the Encyclopedia of Physical Bitcoins and Crypto-Currencies
Along with Elias and Matthew, I helped write some parts of the book, took roughly half of the photographs and served as editor. I am now assembling all the signature editions.
In a past life, I used to collect autographs from celebrities both in person and in the mail.
I wanted to gauge interest on collecting autographs from the various coin makers in the Encyclopedia. This would be open to anyone who purchased a regular or Signature Edition.
I am proposing putting together a list of all the coin makers who are willing to sign some labels I provide. I would mail them the official acid free labels we used to have Matthew (in UK) sign, then have those coin makers return the labels to me in the same envelope with a return label and postage already prepared inside. All the packages of blank labels from me can be sent at the same time, so we dont have to wait for each person one at a time. This could possibly be done within a couple of weeks I assume.
I then collect all the various signed labels, collate them into a set and mail out to interested buyers. Each maker that participated could get a free set or donation as a thank you, depending on how many sets are left and their preference. Proceeds of the sale of the autographs would cover my postage, supplies, possible import taxes, time, with a 5% portion made as a donation to a charity. Pricing depends solely on how many coin makers & buyers sign up and what country they live in with regards to shipping from the US.
At the end, I mail out a set to each buyer / maker and they can put the labels on each maker's page in the Encyclopedia or on empty pages in the front.

I'm glad you all like it! I took care to use a premium color option, as well as extra-thick pages. I'm glad I chose the matte cover & photos as opposed to glossy!
Keep the feedback coming!
Also, the Signature Edition books are now all signed and the holograms are attached. On monday or tuesday they will be sent to minerjones for distribution.
Yup... I received the box of all the books from Mike Caldwell yesterday. Sadly there were no extra goodies thrown in like some spare coins or bars. I'm assembling all of them now and will get them out Monday morning. Very sad, he could at least have included a few free 1000 BTC coins and bar for you I was hoping for that too.

Hi Bitguy
It's been a long time since I heard from you on the boards. It's good to hear from you.
Thanks bithalo! Been busy is all. Plus got locked out of forum a while back and never got response from several pms to moderators. Need to get it unlocked to ditch the new acct set up. Didn't want to start over newbie status or loose my good trust rating had. minerjones is gonna help me with it but if you or any other members can help, much appreciated Also, nice on the crypto book, I am happy to see the old CryptoFreeze page in there. Thanks for the compliments. I took that picture (as well as about half the pictures in the book). The cryptofreeze I bought from you was one of my very first purchases in the world of physical bitcoins. It seemed very serp-like.

Oh, Gravitate, could I please have a list of addresses so that I can check if my coins have been funded? The firstbits aren't searchable on the block explorers, which makes it a bit hard to check. Yup, Still waiting on funding for both my 0.05s and now 0.1s.

Sorry, but thats a letdown for me. Coins I've seen with that material often have a rough texture, and IMHO dont have that premium look. Helps explain the teaser pics we've been seeing.
Its a great material for airplanes, not so much for collectible coins.
Titanium Prices are about $6 / ounce, compared to silver at around $16.50.
