601  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: October 03, 2016, 08:52:26 AM
Right, that's enough from you, you're a fucking idiot beyond reproach and your repeated wilful refusal to actually take on board any of the facts being posted in this thread show you deserve to lose every bit of whatever you have invested in this ponzi 'investment' scam.

For everybody else, McDonald's have advised that their lawyers are investigating this new sub-contractor claim Recyclix has made and will update us accordingly.

602  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: October 03, 2016, 08:36:02 AM
Ok, I've gone through the whole recording and Jawad basically spends the entire time after instructing Ish to tell Nick from Vanbex to go fuck himself about his 3btc crowdsale investment, complaining about Ish having gone away for two weeks without telling him and repeatedly slagging Vanbex off for "fucking us over".

Ish, why does he feel Vanbex screwed him over?

Because I bet this article of theirs http://www.econotimes.com/Razorminds-DeOS-Crowdsale-Raises-US-$19M-in-Bitcoin-241414 helped him collect a lot more than the six thousand dollars they were being paid.

This:
JAWAD 38:55 : "I have literally got millions of pounds, more money than I have ever had in my entire life. [sound abruptly cuts at this point to Jawad then talking about how Ishmail wasn't around when he needed to get advice from him]"

Pretty much is what we suspected all along, that Jawad considers that 'crowdsale' (ICO) money as his.

Also, going back to the beginning of the call, at 4:50 Ish ask if Phil (Sturgeon) is going to be coming into the office and Jawad answers in a somewhat dismissive way, "Yes, he will, so will [Adams?] and all the others. . .just . . ." but then redirects the focus to something he's doing on his desktop, "Let me just check this thing, tokens are going out . . ."

It is almost as though he doesn't want the topic of the discussion to remain on the issue of Phil and others coming into 'the office'. Listen for yourself, you'll see what I mean.

To prospect for funds under a false premise
And then attempt to launder those proceeds
through cash are serious offences and as
it amounts to several million USD in value
It is likely to be dealt with by the Serious Fraud Office.

Correct, this bullshit 'it was a crowdsale not an ICO' excuse doesn't cover for the fact that people would have bought into this 'crowdsale' under the impression that Razormind was a substantial operation with hundreds of staff and offices all over the world and that DeOS was already a legitimate platform with 27,000 active users. As he intended through his intentionally fraudulent website and interviews.

That it netted him several million dollars in bitcoin elevates it to an SFO-level response at the very least.

603  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: October 03, 2016, 07:42:45 AM
cryptodevil: let's not go down that path, please. Jawad clearly says "black & white people" in the recording,

While I agree with the need to focus on the scam aspect of this, I'm British, I know a Northern Ireland accent and I know he uses the vernacular, "feckin" instead of "fucking", as many Irish people do. He did not say "Black and white people. . ." he absolutely did say "Feckin' white people. . ."

604  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: October 03, 2016, 06:26:46 AM
Has anyone had a chance to listen to the
Recording I posted.

Working my way through now.

https://clyp.it/h1nan1uz

Some observations from the first few minutes are:

Jawad appears to be making some excuse about why the company is registered to a residential house, mumbling something about not wanting people to come and knock on the door, his mother who has cancer and his father a heart condition. Is he saying they live at 55 Clive Road or that they live somewhere else and that he didn't want to use their address? Can't quite make out the point he is making.

It is still a fact that a multi-national global corporation, as he fraudulently painted Razormind to be for the purposes of this ICO, shouldn't even have a residential address for a registered office. That seems to be being ignored entirely by him.

He mentions the BTMs being ordered, clearly an important part of his plan, and comments about a Level39 podcast being arranged but I can't find any mention of Razormind or DEOS on Level39's twitter.

THEN, and this is the weird part, at 3:38 he claims to have done a presentation for BP where they wanted to spend 3K for the whole project and he gives some smacktalk about how he'd take 3K upfront now from them but they aren't getting the whole project for 3K, before commenting around 3:55, "Feckin white people, do you know what I mean?".

So it sounds like he is just talking about some unrelated freelance work he's been trying to line up.

Well, that and also proving he's a fucking racist asshole who clearly feels secure in being openly racist about 'feckin white people' to another Muslim.

605  Other / Meta / Re: Admins -- Sort out this investor based game section once and for all. [POLL] on: October 02, 2016, 11:29:04 AM
why not just make the board info more clear for people who find it hard to understand that way cryptodevil and other members do not need to do this and those that actually want to play, can play without their profile being destroyed?

So all this incessant butt-hurt from you is basically that you don't want other people to know you're the kind of person who doesn't care if other people have their money stolen as long as he gets a share of it from the ponzi operators? You resent other people having this information to hand in order to better evaluate your post content? Because that's all it is doing, the negative rating, alerting other people to pertinent facts about you.

What's so special about you that would warrant this information being withheld from other forum users?

606  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: October 02, 2016, 06:59:42 AM
You'll need to ensure the full DKIM key is included so it proves the emails are legit.

If it turns out that there actually is no Jawad this would suggest a far more disturbing degree of long term planning and implementation than I originally thought. Or it could be that he really is the hopeless goon talking buzzwords and bullshit on those interviews and intends to attempt delivery of the useless minimum spec of the project he is required to contractually so he can keep the rest of the money.

Either way DeOS, the platform by Razormind, and DEOS the Omni-layer token are never, and were never, going to actually be what the investors were led to believe.

607  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Megacrypton multiple clonecoin ICO scam exchange with fake coin dev accounts on: October 01, 2016, 06:40:41 AM
 Could it *be* any more obvious a pump and dump coin?

608  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: September 30, 2016, 06:31:53 AM
The new "developments" seem strange as well. pardon for being skeptical. to me this seems low level cheaters OUT play.
Indeed, it doesn't seem to add up, especially given the deos.io domain was registered last year. Ish needs to start getting wayyy more specific about what's been going on behind the scenes of this sham.

Yesterday we talked to Patrick from Omni Foundation and he claimed he was not involved with Razormind. Today I got an email from Razormind claiming they are issuing their tokens using Omni layer. Strange huh?

Yeah Omni are risking getting tainted by this shameful ICO if they simply remain passive about it. This could still all be undone and Jawad and Phil could be forced to agree to return the funds to investors who now wish to withdraw from this nonsense if an established figure such as an Omni Foundation leader were to publicly call for it. *hint* *hint*

Quote from: Jawad the Serial Liar
The crowdsale operated through issuing individual addresses for each participant, which were verified and confirmed by teams who had no access to the funds.
So who does have access to the funds, Jawad and how do your 'investors' get hold of them to recover their money which you fraudulently conned out of them?

Quote from: Crooked Jawad
The Omni Layer Foundation was not involved in that process, the statement made in July 2016 about them providing verification services to the fundraise was withdrawn by Razormind after they clarified they donít offer such services, but we were unable (see below) to retract the statement in print across multiple media channel at the time.
BULLSHIT! You said it because you knew it would give people a false sense of security and legitimacy to your sham ICO process, which you changed the conditions for while it was running, something the Omni people would not have allowed. Then you made no fucking effort whatsoever to have the claim retracted from the Coin Telegraph article, which you could have done through a single email. You used Coin Telegraph's lack of shit-giving about promoting obvious fraudulent operations to ensure you could ensnare 'investors' by way of using this and numerous other lies, fraud and deception.

Fraudulent misrepresentation, Jawad, otherwise known as Criminal Fraud.

Quote from: Chief-Executive-Conman Jawad
Our Crappy Communications...We want to apologize first and foremost for the lack of updates and the general rubbishness of our communications. Ismail Malik was expelled from the DeOS project earlier this week for that reason.
Never mind your 'Crappy Communications', how about your blatantly fraudulent misrepresentations, lies and deception, Jawad?

Quote from: Jawad the Fraudster
You'll be able to spend your tokens to register smart assets, and identities and lookup those on the blockchain. Spent DeOS Tokens will be available for re-purchase directly from the platform, and the revenue will go to the DeOS Foundation for ensuring the platform stays in public hands.
Hear that, investors? Your spent tokens will need to find greater fools to buy them.

Quote from: Jawad the instructor of how to launder money in two easy steps
In Belfast 2 BTMs are on order and due for delivery the week before the launch. A total of 10 are in line for Belfast which will become Razormind's European HQ, and another 10 for Paris, as we intend to launch DeOS based banking in 2017 in those cities.
Funny how you have no idea what the fuck you intend to do about non-performing loans and that you have nothing like the amount of capital needed to run one bank, never mind two. Still, having a bunch of BTM's near your home will be a great way for you to anonymously cash out your bitcoin stash.

Investors need to start rattling cages and making some noise to get their funds back, before Jawad can engineer his way towards them being released in his favour.

Think before you speak fucker. Talk within your limits. Dont test my patience. There are both good people and scammers in this forum and i know that im not a scammer. Talk with proof fucker. Then I will do whatever you say. Bunch of knowledge less Idiots are there. Are you one of them.

Can I test your patience? Is there a particular method used to score the result of the test?

LMAO! Awesome public display of inadequacy there. Reminds me of the scumbags behind the 'LIR' ICO scam.

You're just another pointless clonecoin ICO scammer.

610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ☉[ANN][ICO Round 1] PearlCoin - Innovating Crypto Economy Backed☉ on: September 29, 2016, 09:08:05 AM
Edit: Also the escrow address on bitcointalk ICO thread and that on website through shopping cart are also different.

ORLY? Can you screenshot that and post it? I'm sure if we could show Yahoo what the scammer is up to he'd withdraw his escrow provision which is probably fooling people into thinking it protects them.

on website through shopping cart: http://imgur.com/FdrHeGY

on bitcointalk forum ICO thread OP: http://imgur.com/qUZ89co

Firstly, OP, you're launching a coin which has no innovative features on the promise of it having a future based on speculative claims about how you're going to get it adopted by multiple platforms. That's just ridiculous.

Secondly, how do you explain the different deposit address on your website checkout compared to the one posted here for Escrow?

611  Other / Meta / Re: so are we allowed to post in investor based games anymore or not? on: September 29, 2016, 07:29:25 AM
You are completely missing the point. I know how ponzi's work, you know how ponzi's work...I choose to play them because I can profit from them but at the same time I can lose, just like gambling. It is exactly the same.

It is *nothing* like actual gambling, which has odds unrelated to the ability of the 'game' or its 'players' to rope in more suckers so you can get a share of their deposit in return for helping the ponzi scam function.

You know how these ponzi 'games' work, many people do not, many people on this forum do not have a particularly good grasp of the English language and struggle to recognise scams.

But, and here's the thing, the negative rating is to show people that you are untrustworthy. Your intention to profit from other people's loss in a scheme which is all about encouraging others to deposit after you, means you are not trustworthy. The rating is a valid way to communicate to other forum members who may read your posts about this-ponzi or that-ponzi looking 'good', that you are provably untrustworthy due to your motivation to profit through these schemes at the cost of somebody else having their deposit stolen when it collapses.

612  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: September 29, 2016, 07:04:52 AM
LOL at the convoluted excuse they've spun that McDonald's claim into:

https://recyclix.com/news/
Quote
Moving on, we would like to issue a clarification as some members have been interested in our collaboration with McDonald's Netherlands and unfortunately some confusion has arisen from an inaccurate translation of the original documentation. We are indeed proud to work with them through our partner company Plamika UAB, Lithuania, that has won the contract to process all of the waste materials. We on the other hand have collaborated with Plamika UAB, Lithuania to handle the plastic wastes as a subcontractor.

McDonald's lawyers moving to quash that in 5...4...3...

2nd LOL at the "We're definitely not a MLM scheme, promise!"
Quote
Unfortunately, there was some misconception that Recyclix is just another Multi Level Marketing company, which we are definitely not....Our next newsletter will be an Interim Financial Report that will include important financial statistics and data that we are happy to share with our users, as well as upcoming plans for future international expansion. We hope that this will enhance transparency between us and further show our commitment to make Recyclix not only a global ambassador for the environment, but also the best financial platform available to serious investors.

But not the Italian authorities, apparently. Which suggests they don't have a valid Financial Statement they can offer up right now (as they definitely should do considering how long they have been operating), they have to spend some time cooking the books sufficiently to try and pretend like their 'Interim Financial Report' is going to be legit.

What's this?
Quote
Our activities are solely about plastic recycling, and affiliate marketing is just an added bonus. To avoid confusion and to further solidify our brand as a recycling company, we will move away from the 4-level affiliate structure and simply give a 12% bonus for every deposit of a direct referral.

Oh noes! This changes everything, surely? They are not going to be operating their painfully-obvious MLM structure as a Multi-Level-Marketing operation anymore! No, they are simply going to be paying people 12% of whatever they can directly con somebody else into sending to these scammers.

So, 12% of every new deposit which comes from a direct referral is effectively lost for the company. Which means before they can make the 'investor' any money, they have to make a 12% profit first in order to cover for the 12% referral-fee they give the slimy scumbag who referred said 'investor'.

THEN, and only then, an additional NET PROFIT has to be generated which pays to the 'investor' the expected amount of return on the total amount of their deposit.

That is a LOT of fucking profit they need to make from what is clearly a rather shoddy-looking under-staffed under-equipped recycling operation. All of this DURING an oil-price slump which means it is more cost-effective for manufacturers to buy high-quality plastic newly produced from petrochemical precursors than variable quality batches from recycling firms.

613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zcash Cloud Mining by Zeropond on: September 29, 2016, 06:45:49 AM
Yeah that zcash market looks like it is going to go to ridiculous numbers for a codebase which has yet to undergo real-world conditions.

614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zcash Cloud Mining by Zeropond on: September 29, 2016, 06:09:13 AM
they are very active on the zcash forum, seems legit  Tongue

It appears that 10 days ago he referenced his account here as being him and his posts over there are clearly for real so, yeah, I think we can say it is legit. I'll remove the warning.

615  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: September 29, 2016, 06:01:22 AM

That's just a Fiverr video, Jawad had a bunch of them done over the years. Look at the date of them as well, some of them are from the Razorcoin.com period, others from the Razormind Network Ltd (Another 'razormind' UK incorp that he abandoned) timeframe.

Funny how he also posted a tweet about looking for interns during the 'crowdsale' (It was an ICO by any measure as people only bought the tokens in the hope they would increase in value). I wonder if anybody in Northern Ireland even follows the serial-liar on Twitter.

@plastick - Any more news on the Ish Malik situation?

616  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: have you been given or fear negative trust? do not let your opinion be censored on: September 28, 2016, 03:31:35 PM

Play what you want to play, and post what you want to post.

Absolutely, it isn't as if I can actually stop anyone from participating in these scams or posting support for them. So that makes your "Help!Help! I'm being oppressed!!!!!111!!!" rant rather redundant.

Bitcoin is about freedom of speech

Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from the consequence of that speech.

@slow death I'm not supporter of this site or any other sites, but you know that your posts make no difference in this board?
I play these games and know my risks, people like you are just annoying, like flies in the summer. No one reallly cares what you have to say, no offense.

His posts do make a difference and I'm glad he annoys you, asshole.

This is just another fucking ponzi scam using the same tired old fraudulent UK registered company online incorporation and you're just another sock-puppet shill account  playing the "Oh your website looks really good, I will consider investing with you" claptrap.

619  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: September 28, 2016, 07:50:03 AM
That is what the demo looked like but from what I understand by all the docs I have seen it is more like ethereum but with file storage and sidechained with bitcoin...It looks like they want to create a basic version of DeOS then charge for "plugins". Kind of greasy if you ask me.

Yeah well it also was supposed to have 27,000 active users busy writing smart-contracts and developing on it since January of 2015, too. So I'd take anything that was posted on their website or came out of Jawad's mouth as stinking to high-heaven of bullshit.

The goal was to sufficiently astro-turf the whole concept and company so they could fool people into investing, that's the take-home message for every bit of deception and fraud they're guilty of.

I've been hearing very good things about this company from various sources, but I'm still a bit skeptical. I have lots of BTC from investments and don't mind putting some into this. I definitely see the potential in this company and will only hope the results I get are great. Going to shoot you a PM OP.

Will also update you guys with results! Wish me luck.

Have you now? Asshole. You were also part of the 'Bitcoin Bloom' scam.

another one of these sites...
