IM FUCKING PISSED OF, THESE FUDDERS ARE FUCKING UP OUR INVESTMENT.

I AM GETTING THE PERSONAL INFORMATION OF ALL THE PARTIES INVOLVED AND PLAN ON MY OWN REVENGE.

EVERYONE WHO IS LEAVING SHOGDITE AND PHOENIX NEGATIVE TRUST CAN EXPECT SOME SHIT BEING FLUNG THEIR WAY VERY SOON.

Just quoting this threat for public record.

I think they need to lock this thread and make a new one, or maybe attempt a covert coin swap and rebrand of LIR.

The problem is not the clonecoin or cheap web-script dice game. The problem is the anonymous criminals behind the ICO who collected over a quarter of a million dollars through false pretences. Encouraging them to take their deception further is not the solution to your problems.

The solution would be for them to hand over the ICO funds to an independent escrow to manage and let the investors form a committee to use the money to hire professionals to create the platform you paid for and for the scammers to basically fuck off.

802  Economy / Reputation / Re: CRYPTODEVIL trust abuse on LEGENDARY member PT 2. on: August 13, 2016, 07:59:01 AM
You are probably them too. And I bet you are even part of the scam and if I find out you are you'll be in for some fun too.

Well good thing you know we're not part of the scam, then, what with you being an obvious sock-puppet account for the criminal fraudsters.

I think crypto-devil should give ultimatum to the sig campaign participants

All they have to do is remove their sig and I'll cancel the rating. The rating is there for other people to be made aware of the fraudulent nature of this operation, not to punish the investors who are the victims in all this.

He gave it to anyone who wears the signature. I'm sure that must be against the rules, does anyone know if it is?
Wow, you got negative trust. Can't believe that. Seems a little on the harsh to me.

No it isn't harsh. It is to try and alert forum members who see those sigs to consider the known facts about this shady operation.

If they want the rating removed they need only remove the sig. It is entirely their choice.

804  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: August 12, 2016, 02:35:41 PM
the main idea is inform chinese noobs of scams around.

Excellent work, well done!

I'm glad to know there are people actively looking after non-English communities in informing them of these scams, too.

805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: PAYCOIN XPY Future | Development | Foundation | Roadmap | Community on: August 12, 2016, 02:26:10 PM
It's not that difficult, and the existing platform is more than we need to take steps forward.

What existing 'platform'? It didn't have one. It was a clone-coin with a handful of special wallet addresses which staked at an insane rate while the rest did not.

if Paycoin is a scam then it must be inferred that indeed that all crypto is a scam and ponzi scheme including Bitcoin regardless of intention.

Fucking logic fail or what!

What do you think was so special about Paycoin that would make the collapse of it prove anything other than what everybody with half an ounce of common-sense already knew at the time about Josh Garza's bullshit-factory?

You sound like a bagholder trying to organise a pump.

806  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: August 12, 2016, 02:17:42 PM
i am owner of http://btc12.com

I wrote a post about deos http://btc12.com/2016/08/10/deos-outrightscam/
btc12 is a chinese blog aiming bringing updated info about ICOs, altcoins.

enjoy.

LOL, well as much as I'd like to be able to I can't actually read Chinese, although I think I can figure the tone of the piece from the page name in the link.

Is there any new information in it other than what we already know about the fraudulent claims Jawad has made?

807  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DeOS (by Razormind) is most likely a scam! on: August 12, 2016, 01:57:43 PM
Sounds like they are hyping themselves up vs Ethereum? Do they have a chance?

Read through this thread. Razormind were caught out fraudulently posting a number of blue-chip customer testimonials on their website which they had simply stolen and reworded to make it look as though they were about their company.

In January of LAST YEAR, Jawad was claiming this mysterious DeOS platform had 27,000 active users all busy developing it and using it. This is a lie.

Razormind's facebook page has 27,000 'likes' in total but barely any in their timeline and no comments.

So to have done all this astro-turfing and gotten nowhere at the time with their collection bucket, they appear to have decided to try and cash in on the Ethereum debacle by claiming their system to be a successor.

They are essentially guilty of fraud at this point if they have collected a single bitcoin off the back of these lies.

808  Other / Meta / Re: Is it allowed to sell Bitcointalk account? on: August 12, 2016, 10:53:32 AM
@cryptodevil please answer my message. I've decided to not sell the account, so please delete the red trust on it.

I have chosen to mark both accounts with neutral trust as you have control of both of them at this time and have assured me you will not be selling. If this changes the ratings will be amended accordingly.

Do not sell forum accounts. It only facilitates deception and crime.

809  Other / Meta / Re: Is it allowed to sell Bitcointalk account? on: August 12, 2016, 09:58:03 AM
Selling accounts is allowed on the forum, but some members do not endorse selling accounts so they give red trust feedbacks to accounts that are for sale to decrease their worth. Do not post the username of the account you are selling or a link to it because someone will give you a negative trust.
So meaning theres a bad people give you negtrust even you dont do scam or no scam accusation from other people just for selling the account. Hmm I think that's not fair if you really need the money and you need your account to sell to have money in a rush for emergency purpose.

Thats very unfair thing if DT2 put some neg trust on your bought account, but on the other hand they just make early counter measure since many scammers bought some high rank account just to deceive people and look trustable since the high rank account can fool people or newbies , thats why many people discourage to sell/buy accounts since there so many risk behind of those doings.

LOL at the guy wearing an avatar and signature from the very same ICO scam project I linked to.

Heads-up, I'm currently tagging people who are promoting this scam so as to avoid people believing the gambling site is trustworthy, because it is evidently not. Either remove your signature and avatar for it or I'll have to tag you, too.

I haven't lied about anything but draw your own conclusions.

My conclusion is that you are lying even as you claim not to have lied about anything.

Neither my account nor Shogdite are bought accounts and if you did even the slightest bit of research you would see I am active in other communities as well.

Except *you* are not the same Phoenix1969 from the Lisk forum as you wanted people to believe and Shogdite is a bought account as has been proven already.

So to claim you did not lie is a lie itself.

811  Other / Meta / Re: Is it allowed to sell Bitcointalk account? on: August 12, 2016, 08:58:06 AM
So, some time ago there's this user who gave me a red trust because of selling an account. He said that selling account isn't allowed on this forum.
So please answer the question, "Is it allowed to sell Bitcointalk account?"

Now don't be telling porky pies, JeWay.

This is what I actually said to you:

I didn't misunderstand anything. While selling accounts is tolerated by the forum, in that the staff do not seek to prevent it, it is by no means encouraged.

The fact is almost every single criminal act here is perpetrated through bought or stolen accounts.

There is no legitimate reason for buying a forum account, they are always for the purpose of deceiving other people and those who seek to sell account are helping with this deceit.

Then I offered to remove the rating on your account and reassign it to the account you were selling:
I'll delete the rating if you tell me the username of the other account for sale and then confirm you have control of it by responding to a dm from me to it.

That way I will tag the account being sold instead.

You then complained after this was done and I explained to you the reasoning behind it:
No I said I would remove your rating and put it on the account you are selling.

See this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1511021.0

The perpetrators of this scam conned people into 'investing' over $250,000 into their fraudulent scheme on the basis that they were claiming to be long-time forum members of good repute.

It is in using accounts *exactly* like the one you are selling that criminals are defrauding people out of millions of dollars-worth of bitcoin. There is no moral justification for selling forum accounts.

812  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: August 12, 2016, 08:30:26 AM
McDonald's bussiness is not only food or wastes - it's buildings - you saw recyclix new facility project? This is very similar to the McDonald's building projects

What on earth are you even attempting to imply, that Recyclix is partnering with McDonalds as a construction company?

You are either epically dumb or intentionally posting epically dumb things to try and steer the conversation off the topic of the lies being told by Recyclix.

Here, let me make it *real* fucking simple for you:

First, Recyclix posted the teaser image about who they were going to be partnering with, after which they then posted this
Quote
and put this on their own website news page
Quote

This pretty much explicitly states that they claim they have a contract for plastic restaurant waste.

Myself and others reach out to McDonald's to verify this claim.
I get this response
Quote
and another user posts their similar respons, albeit they mix up the company names on their post. They obviously mean that McDonald's deny that they are working with Recyclix
Quote

As you see, Recyclix then pretend that what they ACTUALLY meant was not what they clearly intended for everybody to infer, which is not that they have signed
Quote
an important long-term contract with the Dutch department of McDonalds for collecting of plastic packaging
no. What they now say when being challenged on their claim is that they really only meant they had signed agreements with SOME individual restaurants.

So I then reply to the McDonald's Senior Manager for Communications in Europe with this new version of what they are claiming and he assures me they will look into it. Several days later he apologises for it taking so long and says it is because they are checking with ALL their restaurants in The Netherlands.

Yesterday he confirms to me
Quote

Ok? So now I have walked you through the whole "we are partnering with McDonald's" lie and have provided proof that even McDonald's, themselves, deny the existence of any agreement with Recyclix, you cannot possibly claim that Recyclix did not lie.

In that they absolutely DID lie, one has to ask oneself what the purpose of said lie was and, given the nature of the ponzi scam they are running, it can reasonably be concluded that they lied in order to give the false impression of their claimed size, scope and legitimacy as a recycling operation in order to encourage others to invest.

Fraudulent misrepresentation for gain is a crime.

813  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: August 11, 2016, 02:43:48 PM
Ruh-Roh!
This doesn't look good:
Quote

So that's yet another block they've put in place to try and reduce the amount of payouts they have to make.

So it's official. Recyclix lied.

Which means I think I'm still on for this being part of their end-game to try and rope in some last-minute deposits before they abscond with the money.

You don't know that.

I know they lied about their supposed contract with McDonald's.
I know they cancelled all the account which hadn't made a deposit to them.
I know they blocked all withdrawals unless you make a cash payment to them

So which part do I not know?

This being their end game is simply what I think it is all indicative of. I'm not saying I know this is their end-game, I'm saying all signs point to it being their end-game.

No, you dont know that.

So that's your intention, then? To simply keep repeating yourself?

What are you claiming it is that I do not know?

paid in peanuts to hurt investors

That doesn't even make sense. Who would be paying us to expose the criminal fraud behind this ICO? More importantly, why do you consider the exposing of this criminal fraud a malicious act whereby we are somehow at fault for your shitty investment decisions?

As I said before, just how far did you think these conmen were going to go with this 'Let It Ride' bullshit platform? Beyond the shitty web-script they gave you, I mean?

How far are you claiming they would have gone in developing a properly-viable commercial-grade gambling platform if their scammy asses hadn't been exposed?

They haven't developed a thing here. A clone coin and a shitty website along with a pack of lies about who they were and what they were going to do with Lisk DApps. You can't possibly be labouring under the impression they were actually going to deliver all of this, are you?

They were dicking you around from the start and continued to dick you around for fun and even more profit on the Yobit exchange.

But we're the bad guys?

Come on.
816  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Polish-registered recyclix.com is provably a Ponzi scheme on: August 11, 2016, 12:50:56 PM
A real ponzi will pay members with previous members deposits and if they were doing this then they would have collapsed a while ago.

Read the OP of the thread, they even admit in their small-print to using customer funds to pay other customers. As for claiming it would have collapsed a while ago, that is entirely arbitrary a claim to make and utterly ignorant as to how little a percentage of income these scams have to actually pay out. This is predominantly due to the scammer-favourite-feature of "compounding your profit" otherwise known as 'auto-reinvest'. Add to that their recent move to stop anybody withdrawing anything unless you'd previously made a payment to them through your bank or card. So all those people planning to cash in on the referral payments they thought they were making so much bitcoin on from getting new victims to sign up for this scam are screwed.

What other ponzi schemes do you know of that have a real location? I have yet to see one that does.
Bernie Madoff had prestigious locations for his investment ponzi scam. That lasted decades.

You're quickly running out of excuses to defend this scam.

Oh, which reminds me:
Why don't you provide me with some real evidence this is a scam.

I've just received final confirmation from McDonald's Europe, after they initially confirmed no contract was in place with Recyclix, only for Recyclix to walk it back and claim it wasn't actually an agreement with the Corporation but with 'independent' McDonald's restaurants, that this, too, is false.

There is NO AGREEMENT between Recyclix and McDonald's in any way whatsoever. They are lying and if you do not believe me, feel free to ask them yourself:
Quote

So it's official. Recyclix lied.

Which means I think I'm still on for this being part of their end-game to try and rope in some last-minute deposits before they abscond with the money.

Compare the value of the account that should be returned and the loss of value to investors. Try to deal with this with the help of administrators and not spamming this forum with market affecting statements.

Compare the value of the account and the loss of value to investors.

'market affecting statements'?

You mean the truth is negatively affecting your investment value?

At which point is it going to sink in that there never was going to be a commercially-viable gambling site? You gave these scumbags over $250,000 and they gave you lies and a cheap script-based website.

Because you *do* realise, right, that all the talk of a decentralised Lisk-based development in the works was just another lie they told to pad out the fake image they were creating through Eric's Phoenix account over on the Lisk forums? They never were working with Lisk and never were going to be working with Lisk.

They are criminal fraudsters. Stop deluding yourself that this project was ever going to be anything more than an attempt to fleece you all for as much as they could keep this pretence going for.

you're not terrible, your just not very bright are you

Wow. Just. Wow. I didn't say he didn't dump those coins. I said he didn't dump those coins by accident as he claims. He is one of the scammers, idiot.

Given that Siameze is using a bought account, what makes you think anything he said about this supposed 'accidental' sell off was true?

You're all being played and the ones screeching about how terrible we are for exposing the truth are the ones playing you.

If them fools who are on repeat on the thread managed to screw over the investors by pushing the devs away

LMAO! 'pushing the devs away'? Hahahahahaaaa.

You were conned into giving these assholes over a QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS and all they've done is put up a skinned web-script dice site and repeatedly move the coin price up and down to keep fleecing you some more off the back of promises of 'moooooon'.

Yet the people exposing this criminal fraud are 'them fools' and have screwed you over?

Denial isn't a river in Egypt.

820  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ShogDite / Let it ride ICO Scam on: August 11, 2016, 07:30:26 AM
Just want to collate some relevant info in this scam accusation thread for victims to be able to see outside of the active burying of posts the shills are prone to do in the LIR thread.

I hadn't realised the 'devs' had already been challenged on the status of their accounts and denied they were bought accounts. That explains the weak excuse from Phoenix1969 a couple of days ago that it was given to him by 'a friend', just so he could try claiming that he hadn't lied about it being a bought account.

The thread is moderated and I'm happy to report that not one single post has been deleted since its conception.
This is not a self-moderated thread lol.

I also noticed that you did not address my allegations of you being a sold account, of the OP being a sold account, of your entire team actually being "one person", of the use of multiple sockpuppets in this, and other threads, of recycling BTC to make it appear as though you have raised more money then you actually have. Do you plan on addressing any of these allegations?

We'd appreciate if you leave your allegations at the door.

Neither my account nor Shogdite are bought accounts and if you did even the slightest bit of research you would see I am active in other communities as well. If you think one person could do all of this you must be insane. There's far too much work to be done for it to have all been done by one person so that idea goes completely out the window.

Yes, we have been moving around BTC. We offer perks and rewards some of which will require us to secure fiat. We're not here to gamble on the price of BTC. Had we not been liquidating, we would've been hit even harder with the downward swing from the high 700's to what is now the mid 600's so I'm sure our investors our glad we took this approach.

In the next day or two, we will gladly make a post containing the majority of the BTC raised so far with a signed message. I assume this will be satisfactory?

That was during the ICO.

And now he sais his friend donated him the account for free... sure...

I WANT THE TRUTH,... NOW!!!
YOU FUCKING SCAMMER! I LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF YOU!

Well the highlighted part certainly shows his intention to try and claim the work being done by Eric over at Lisk as his own in order to further bolster their supposed credibility. As has already been said as well, once they chose to run there would have been hell to pay for the poor guy over whether it had been him or not.
