We have closed down our ANN until further notice - as changes are being made as to how and if QUIO wants to raise more capital in a public manner.
As our Bounty allocations are binding - we saw no reason - to cancel our campaign as it only benefits our means in the long run - as you will understand below.
As you can conclude QUIO is operating in two different countries.
It is correct - that Steven works at Essence - and holds the CEO position of a company called Qoin Global OÜ in estonia under which Qoin employs many freelance developers.
Jennifer however has been a treat to Qoin since they started to get the ball rolling - and helped them establish not only a complete financial infrastructure but also a family-esque environment. Through odds and ends and numerous glasses of wine Steven inquired to get her on board as temp. LPM.
I can assure you - that these people dedicate more work to our vision than anyone can possibly fathom.
To quit an extremely high-paying position to work for a company that is not yet profitable - and as we do not pay our executives from the money we've raised, would yield no monthly pay - is not as easy as it sounds.

"empty content project" - is more of a statement than a question  - but I'll accept that one.
"A fake team" - Our Team is not fake - we do not claim to be a good team - and of course we are more than 4 people - but yes - still a team.
We currently have 11 applications of new freelance developers wanting to join our team lined up.

Therefore, under the SEC's Report of Investigation by Pamela Sawhney and Daphna A. Waxman we were unable to raise funds in any cryptocurrency.
Any funds raised prior to our 9th of July official Sale - were sheerly raised in fiat.

We have a strong growing community as well. the projects vision is unique and different .

Waves really has good underrated technology yet price doesn't catch its quality. Its very hard for me to understand Waves so. I am invested in it but I have lost confidence and trust. I wish I will be proven wrong.

If you do not consider only cryptocurrency, and to take the subject of global - investment, the most important thing is to risk only available funds, not to take on this business loan, and to study the subject.

I think NEO is a very good long term investment also regarding to claim Gas from NEO. I also read that it is supported by the chinese government.
There are already neo based ICOs and many more will come into the market. NEO will be a promising coin and definitely have a huge growth in future.
