Didn't see ETC on the list. My money is on them. Not only is ETC basically an undervalued ETH, but they're already in a good position to storm the lead on coinmarketcap. Now I don't think it will go first or second, but it can definitely go as far as third place with no problems at all.

Well congratulations for the very successful crowd funding campaign! I thought of taking part but missed the early stage where the bonuses were given out and now I won't be able to join in as I wanted. However I think the project is looking good with such huge financing and SONM team did a right choice asking for so much money. Their competitors are months ahead of them, but SONM have so much more money, that they'll quickly catch up and maybe take the lead.

Looking at some major crypto charts e.g bitcoin, ethereum, dash etc., it seems that this 3 day correction is almost over. onwards and upwards! Tomorrow will tell.
It's most definitely over, and we're back to pump city for most of the top coins. However don't think you've seen the last of these mass corrections and we'll probably have another one much sooner than we'd like to. This is some weird cycle that I see no logic in, but has recently been repeating once every ten days roughly. BTC goes down a bit and for some reason the entire board goes red afterwards triggering weak hands to panic sell all around, continuing the crash of the prices. Good thing there are smart investors who always pick up the cheap coins and we regain the lost ground.

Support decentralization, anonymity and the future of the crypto world by not going for XRP. IOTA provided it's not a scam might enter crypto into a new stage of its development. Ripple if successful might screw the entire ecosystem we have currently.
I think IOTA will get many people interested in the coming months, but it will be good if it gets listed on more exchanges.

Yea BTC isn't going anywhere...
That's unless the BTC community splits it in a thousand directions by the end of next month. Basically the only thing that can end the BTC reign at the moment are its own miners depending on the decisions they make.

True. Its hard to judge because there hasn't been anything like this since the dotcom bubble in the 90's I believe it was about five or six years before everything started to fall apart (1994 to just after 2000 before a lot of big companies went bankrupt) maybe someone can provide a more accurate timeline on this.
but the dotcom bubble was based on actual functioning companies, even if they were crappy ones. they had employees, products, services, serious investors and even customers and actual utility. that all takes real time to screw up and die. icos are dust built on even more dust. their 'bedrocks' are nothing than speculative playthings, let alone their ico offshoots. even bitcoin has a long, long way to go before it's anything more than speculation. Dotcom companies went down because there were too many of them offering things there wasn't a big market for. ICOs may not go this way because the main thing they deal with - their foundation is simply human greed, and you can count on that to go on and on. Just look around and ask yourself why are there still casinos and gambling halls when we all know they're just a legal way for robbing people.

What do you think about this PIVX,, ? i want to spend about 1 BTC to buy this, because in my mind for now PIVX is in buy zone area,,
thank you
I think you should wait for one of those correction days we see lately, when every coin seems to drop down at least 20% regardless. PIVX makes no exception and I've just recently seen it drop to $1.30 which would be a good price to buy IMO.

Exactly
All right, Thanks! I was going away for the week and wasn't planing on taking the laptop with me, but I guess I'll have to find a place for it in the backpack

Everyone,
We would like to let you know that the campaign will run until June 17, 2017.
Thank you all for supporting us!
Regards, The Aeternity Team
Does this mean that we still need to complete our post quota for this week to receive our tokens?
|
|
|
Does this mean the signature campaign is over tonight or tomorrow? If so, is it allowed to change or remove the signature and avatar then?
I think they'll let us finish this week by tomorrow night. It sounds only fair, as there's like only a day left. Anyway, congratulations all for the successful campaign and cheers to a bright future for æternity!

Oh wow it seems like a big problem for ripple and just when the probable Mastercard deal was maybe going to boost it's price. Hope to see the guys regain their XRP back. I don't like the coin in general, but it's bad press for all of us if people simply lose their money due to technical issues. Good luck!

Don't know how far this is going to get them. I've heard that some of the banks behind XRP will be starting their own XRP-like projects for coins. Now provided this is not just a rumor, Ripple will have the head start sure but it will also have some competition in a market niche that I'm not sure is that large to begin with.

I remember a few years back people saying BTC will be worth $10 000 one day. Nowadays this looks more than possible, and I'm wondering if the other ridiculous sounding prediction from current days will come true. That is that BTC will be worth $1 million per 1 BTC one day, and I think at some point I'll invest in a few BTC just to HODL and see what happens. One or two maybe, you don't need much more if they're worth a million

I'd add SC to my list of investments if I were you. It's still cheap as hell and has a lot of potential to grow. Its developers are very active and you can see that in their subreddit. The fact that it's been around and has been listed on all major exchanges is helpful too. You can also mine some if you're into that and don't want to spend money directly.

What would be your target price of Ethereum for 2022?
IMO it will most likely either be where bitcoin price is now, but that's considering BTC will probably be much more expensive than this. ETH must retain a relatively low price, at least I hope so in order to remain a viable option for use as a real life currency, while by 5 years BTC fees will probably be so high, that nobody will be using it to pay for anything.

Once the issues with poloniex are resolved this train will probably steam off for $0.1 or even more. It seems the devs are working around the clock at this so won't be long probably.

The only altcoin chat I know of is the Poloniex trollbox. Is that the best one?
The Trollbox was simply the craziest trash ever. God bless its soul, I loved seeing someone eat the ban hammer.

Hello, I'm from Europe and I'm looking for GPU's to mine ethereum. I've been looking for RX 480 but they're all sold out.
You can always buy them from ebay.co.uk if you're willing to pay an extra hundred pounds. I'd look for 580s instead but they're kinda sold out too at the moment. There's a bigger chance to find a brand new one with 5th series GPUs.

Anonymous coins are the new big trend. As it was in early crypto years, many people were drawn in by the chance to do their transactions without fear of being observed by institutions. Later on it proved that BTC(for example) transactions are practically not anonymous and agencies can get to you and prove your involvement in a transaction provided they invest enough time, effort and resources into this, like they did I think with Silk Road's owner a few years back.
The new anon coin trend is barely in its beginning, lots more projects will appear that concentrate on anonymity and out of them a few will emerge that will establish themselves for the long run.

LTC has basically shown what it's got throughout the years and its price is not going to go crazy either. I don't think it's adopted as currency in too many places which is pretty disappointing considering it's been around since almost as long as BTC. With BTC at least you know for sure you're not going to lose your money.
