We are very excited to announce the release of IxiBridge. You can now wrap your IXI into ERC20 equivalent. This will allow IXI to be launched on Uniswap and other DEX that supports ERC20 tokens. Please note that the KYC / AML verification is required for wrapping and unwrapping IXI. All information will be provided in timely manner and on official channels. Dev Update May 2021
Our work on Ixiac Omega, the new consensus algorithm is reaching final stages. The code is being finalized and we expect to launch the first version very soon. Stay tuned for more details.

Let’s talk about emission! From the beginning we wanted Ixian to be different, the planned emission/distribution was unusual by industry standards. Our initial plans included an uncapped total supply of IxiCash and an increasing mining and signing rewards over a certain period of time. This model received much criticism and there was a lot of discussion regarding it. We understood that this issue needs to be addressed and a different model needs to be put in place before we finalize the protocol and set it in stone for all time. Ixian DLT v0.7.5a is now available!
- Protocol v6 is activated with this version as are all optimizations that were included in v0.7.5
- All known bugs were fixed
- Increased soft transaction limit per block to 19980 transactions
Protocol V6 is an entirely new protocol which:
- significantly reduces bandwidth requirements,
- significantly reduces overhead
- significantly improves processing speed

Ixian is firmly on the road to 666 TPS and beyond.
Our latest Ixian DLT Node update v0.7.5 is full of optimizations and improvements which will help us achieve a sustained throughput of 666 transactions per second. We will soon release the new update and we advise all node operators to upgrade their nodes for optimum performance. In preparation for the Public Stress Test, we performed initial tests which confirmed the networks capability of 300TPS in bursts.  These tests gave us an insight regarding improvements that are required before we increase the cap to 20,000 transactions per block - which is 666 TPS. We are focusing on these improvements, which will be included in the next version of Ixian DLT - v0.7.1.After launch we will perform a Public Stress test with the help of our community. A special announcement for our community. We apologize for the delay with our planned stress test of the Ixian network. We encountered some unexpected technical issues which demanded our full attention. This is why the stress test was delayed. We are hastily preparing the Ixian DLT node v0.7.0 update, which will be released this week and proceed with the stress test next week. The goal for the test remains the same – 666 TPS. Hi,Ixian Team, deposit to vitex and txbit not working for a long time. Support is not responding, please help.
Hello @stratumex, Our attention was drawn to this fact. Apparently there was an issue with the network, which caused some nodes to split, apparently nodes run by Vitex and Txbit were among those. We are preparing an update for Ixian DLT v0.7.0, which will effectively eliminate issues such as this. We believe that it will be ready by Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience with this! But at the same time, these nodes only require a restart and resync. Txbit has already done so, and their node is re-syncing. It should be online sometime tomorrow. Stay positive, Team Ixian |

We are performing a stress test on Ixian network next week. Prior to that we will release Ixian DLT v0.7.0 and we advise all node operators to update their Ixian DLT. This will eliminate the chance of forking from the network. The aim of the stress test is see how the network behaves with an increase of transactions per second.
The current cap is set at 66,6 TPS, we will test a 10x increase. If all tests are successful, we will establish the new cap that will stand at 666TPS in the next weeks. Stay positive, Team Ixian
